Photosmart wireless b110a all in 1 printer on Windows 7

Hello!

I need help with the problems I have with my laptop HP G62 is not connecting with my Photosmart all-in-1.

I had a lot of problems involving a driver goes missing everytime I turn on my laptop, which means that I can't use my printer for printing or scanning.

I followed the instructions via the website of HP, downloaded all updates & have done the "HP solutions for installation on Windows 7 errors"I did it several times, and one or two times, it worked, until I turned off the laptop. "

I recently uninstalled it for the printer, & then re-installed, only to have another pop error message - up is to say that the program is not recognize my version of Win 7 & check that its true!  I can add that the version of Win 7 on my laptop IS authentic because it was already installed when I bought new in 2010.

Is that what I can do to fix these issues?  As soon as, I will seek for new job & having a working printer will help of course.

NTANGOUKANI, sounds like you have a problem with the printer drivers. Now, when you say that after you turn on the computer the drivers are gone. Do you mean that the printer is no longer listed in devices and printers, you cannot print to it using a program, is it removed from programs and features or all of the above? Have you had any other problems with the software on your computer? This could be a problem with the OS, just look at the symptoms.

Well, first we will remove the software and reinstall it using my preferred method. This will ensure that we are both on the same page.


First of all, if you use a USB cable, be sure to remove it (it's important). Do not plug it in again until the software instructs you. Through devices and printers, programs and features and issues Device Manager and make sure that all copies, files, and programs related to the printer are removed. As indicated, and then restart the computer.

    In the United Kingdom, the cartridges would be 364 series.  You can order black, cyan, magenta, yellow or pack combo with three cartridges.  The cartridge photo and four packs of color with the photo cartridge are not applicable for your printer.

    You can also use the XL 364 cartridges, they have more ink at a higher price, but at a lower cost per page.

    Using windows 7 Edition family, my scanner everything just stopped scanning and stuck at halfway through the last picture of around 200 photos I've been analyze to create a PDF file, it took me forever and I don't want to rescan all these again, nobody knows how to convince the scanner to create my pdf without a new analysis all these images again , I took the backup of all temporary files it creates during the preliminary scan and the creation of the PDF, such as MaglevExpressTemp (1.4 GB), etc... any help is very appreciated

    Okay, so what I thought you meant originally was not that far from reality. Unfortunately, there is not a way that would be easy to convert these files. I would recommend performing the analysis again, into segments of 30-50 and then you can use PDF SAM program to combine those into a single unit.

    Took the plunge and erased from my HARD drive and reinstalled Windows 8 pro. Tried to install the HP software after installation. EVERYTHING IS OK.

    I see that you get a runtime error when trying to install your software, and you have recently reinstalled WIndows 7 64 on your PC. Please follow the steps below and let me know the result;

    1. Hold down the Windows Logo key () on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the dialog box run, type %temp%
    2. Delete all files and folders in the temp folder. Choose Skip if all pop ups seem to say all files cannot be deleted
    3. Download the software and choose Save as, save to desktop > PS_AIO_07_B110_USW_Full_Win_enu_140_126.exe
    4. After downloading software and extracts, reopen the temp folder, use the instructions in step 1.
    5. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356)
    6. Open the folder Util
    7. The CCC folder
    8. If you have a computer HP run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have an non HP computer run the L4uninstall.exe
    9. Once the uninstall is complete, reboot the computer
    10. Follow these steps to reset the registry settings and options for Windows Installer.

    I understand that your office is the start of your printer, and I'd be happy to help you!

    I suggest turning off your computer and unplug the USB cable to the back of the printer. Once the printer is unplugged and turned off, please re - turning on the PC. Condition that the computer starts well, please follow this document on the updated the BIOS on the PC. Once the update is complete, please reconnect the printer (USB) and power back on. Once again, please turn off the computer and turn it back on.

    If the computer still starts at the printer, please disconnect the USB cable to the printer. Turn off the computer and turn it back on. That it starts properly, run your antivirus software to search for viruses. I also have to know product and model number of the desktop for further research.

    I reconnected my USB cable at the airport, but left the WiFi of the HP printer and now I can print from the iPad and iPhone / Kindle.  My Inspiron 1525 PC and my PowerBookG4 can print on the HP printer using WiFi or via the USB connection.
