  I have a number of customers with machines that are fully licensed with XP, XPe or Vista.
  Each of these clients have a device that we have created, piloted by drivers custom within the OS.  The operating system will sometimes funny (corruption, etc.) causing the device to not function.
  I decided to create a diagnostic utility to check whether the fault is in the operating system, driver or device.  Because the fault could be deep in the operating system, the only way I can see to do is through WinPE
  I searched the net, but can do not seem to arrive at an acceptable legitimate answer... So here's my question.
  If I create a WinPE 2.0 distribution, either for CD, USB or chain loaded from Linux (Syslinux or PXElinux) which will take place on one of the machines running 'something Microsoft' what are the implications of license? Is it legal?
  Operating system licenses are not owned by us, but our customers if we do not have mass of licensing agreements or something like that.
  The plan is to create a unique distribution and add drivers to it that we encounter different machines.  I know it's frowned upon to speak Hirens on a MS site, but something similar to that (I won't use Hirens because I want that it is completely legitimate)

  I remember one of the available features when we first installed Eloqua was that we could add leads to programs through SFDC.   You have several options to add individual Contacts or leads SFDC to campaigns (or programs if you are on Eloqua9):

  1. If you have just a campaign:

  1. Add a field to the lead/Contact record and a new Contact in Eloqua - a checkbox field will suffice. Map this field in your Autosynchs to update leads and Contacts up-to-date. Ask your sales team to check that box in SFDC if they want the person to be entered in the campaign and record.
  2. Your Segment (or Contact for Eloqua9 filter), include a rule to pull in Contacts that have this field checked. In your campaign (or program), set the entry to continue (not just once).

  2. similar to the above, if you have several campaigns:

  1. Add a field list choices in SFDC, with a multiple selection field and the list of campaigns in Eloqua (caveat: I'm a little rusty here, and another type of field may be required). Follow the same steps as above.
  2. In your respective Segments (or filters), include a rule to pull in Contacts that have this specific value for the campaign.

  3. and if you have several campaigns and that she would like to offer a lot of advice to your salesteam on which they have to select:

  1. Create a landing Eloqua with a form page.   You might want to run the ADD and CLEAR methods in their own son so that it can run in the background without slowing down your user interface.

  I also reuse rather a single button for several features instead of to apply with hundreds of nodes used only rarely with masses of code to show and hide as needed.

Also, it will sometimes appear that another copy of the same tab I have open try to open again at the top of page.
