PIX515-E DMZ clients struggling with WAN web pages

I have a DMZ behind a PIX515-E configuration that can not display web pages on devices that are managed on the external interface of the firewall. Clients can communicate with the controller without problem, except when the web interface on the PLC is requested. I tested with my laptop on the outside and the inside of the PIX. I get the same problem on the inside as the client systems, but the pages are well outside. I studied it to know what I can do and have found nothing that will help you. I can shoot a web page running on IIS from the inside without any problem. Set up rules to allow IP, UDP and TCP destination and service everything for each value have all of the automaton. No syslog messages appear when customers try to access external web pages. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

You may need to try to increase the length of bytes of dns by default in pix, 512 MB is the size by default, increase it to 1024 and see if it makes a difference. I've seen similar issues which increases, it solved.

    Hi, it happened to me as well and made me mad, I've sorted this problem out by updating FontExplorer XPro (from version 2 to version 5.5), check your font app situation, if it is old, if you corrupt fonts etc.

    If you use font book, select the fonts and post them and if the problem persists then go to FILE) restore the Standard fonts.

    It seems that this is a problem caused by your application of policies or corrupt fonts, to give it a try.

  • When I open IE msg said "a problem with this web page caused IE to close and reopen the tab."

    I have a Compaq CQ60-202US about 3 years and all of a sudden, without making any change in the software that I am aware, whenever I try to open Internet Explorer, it gives me this message, "a problem with this web page caused IE to close & reopen the tab."  I can open Google without any problem. I upgraded to IE 9, but that made no difference. I don't really know what it takes to solve this problem.

    You can try resetting Internet Explorer as follows: be aware that this will remove bookmarks and saved passwords etc

    Open windows control panel, open Internet Options, click the Advanced tab, and then click the reset button.  Click 'Yes' or 'Ok' for all additional guests needed to complete the process.

    In case of failure to correct the problem and you are using Windows 7, follow these steps.

    Click on the Start Menu and select Control Panel.  Open programs and features, click on "Windows turn features on or off" and remove the check mark next to Internet Explorer 9 click Yes, then OK and then when restart the laptop.

    When Windows has restarted, click the Start Menu and select Control Panel.  Open programs and features, click on "Windows turn features on or off" and re-enter the checkmark next to Internet Explorer 9.  Click Yes and then OK and when it is finished installing, restart the computer again.

  • Can't get multiple tabs with multiple web pages

    Hi, my plain vanilla firefox browser to Win 8 ceased to give me multiple tabs when I access more than 1 web url. Before you say I have access to 5 sites, and then for each site I get 5 tabs so I can easily switch between web pages. Now they all appear less 1 tablet only. Checking the box in Tools/Options/Tabs/open new window in a new tab instead, not working... very frustrating... any ideas? Thank you very much

    I'm not sure that understand the change, then allow me to mention a number of things, and you can respond with comments and clarification.

    How you direct links to new tabs: do you use any of these methods?

    • Right click > open link in a new tab
    • CTRL + left click
    • Click middle (using a mouse scroll wheel)

    Other questions:

    • Is Firefox bar tab not showing or behave strangely? (Please describe in more detail if necessary.)
    • If the problem is that the Windows taskbar does not in the way which he used to check the last setting on the Panel tabs of the Options dialog box: "Show glimpses of tab in the Windows task bar" to see if it is what has turned off.

    Create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problem.

    See "create a profile":

    If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a profile already used in the new profile, but be careful not to copy files corrupted to avoid transporting more problems.

    It could be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check "Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

  • Not compatible with all web pages.

    The following web page is not displayed correctly. Chrome and IE are OK.

    This is a problem with this Web site and caused by a lack of clear: both the rule to the sidebar DIV #sideNavWrapper container

    If you increase the font size, then the menu is moved to the bottom and the side bar is placed right after this menu instead of on the left side.

    You can use an extension to set a page zoom and the size of the default font on the web pages.

  • Cannot download vmware - client.exe from the web page of the ESXi Server

    I used VMware-VMvisor-InstallerCD - 3.5.0_Update_3 - 123629.i386.iso to create CDs and ESXi successfully installed on the server.  However, post customer I can not download the file VMware - Server Web page viclient.exe.  Says error page Web page could not be found.

    I checked the cd and compressed all the *.tgz files.  None of them included VMware - vclient.exe

    A link to the VMware - vclient.exe would be appreciated.

    You can try the following steps.

    (1) ssh to the box of ESXi using PuTTY or any other ssh client.

    (2) go in /locker/packages/3.5.0/ folder find customer record Vi you should have the viclient.exe file.

    (3) once you get the scp file to your windows desktop using winscp and install it.

    I have use the class Web page, but the documentation, it seems you should subscribe to the loadingChanged signal and wait for the download to complete. The download can begin asynchronously so loading() might return false immediately after the definition of the URL.

    Secondly, you have throughout your web page, the links that point to files on your local hard drive.

    I recently started to get this message when I try to do exercises on the site Doulingo.  The site loads up to the time when I hit enter to begin an exercise then I get the exact massage indicated above to the upper left of the Safari screen, same thing happens with Chrome.  It only happens on this site and only when you ask for an exercise.

    I tried all the usual suggestions: compensation historic site and the data, a complete reset of the iPad reboots, stops.  So far, nothing works.

    I use a mini iPad 1st Gen with iOS 9.2.1.

    In my house I also got an iMac and iPad 4 and do not have this problem with these devices, it seems specific to iPad mini.

    I have the Doulingo app and it works, but does not offer the same functionalty than the Web site.
