To add Illustrator on the side or do you have a plan for students which includes all programs for a better offer?

  You'll want the edition of the students. Much more affordable. Check with your school to see if they already available through their portal software plans.

From there, you can use your existing Adobe ID to register, or create an Adobe ID if necessary.

  There is no discount for photography Plan already very low.  You should be able to switch to another plan, even though it's the choice of Adobe, whether or not they will allow him without penalty.  You would essentially have to cancel the plan pone and subscribe to the other.

  It is not necessary to be in a specific school, but you must be in a school that meets the requirements for the education plan.
