I have to do something stupid, I'm not a java programmer, but it's a path of installation not properly or something stupid? Tried it on two different PCs, still the same problem, also tried asking on the forums of Marmalade and a few other people have the same problem.

Any help much appreciated

I thought that it was something stupid... and it was

Talked to a Java developer and asked if I had installed the JDK - didn't know that this tool siging depended on it-Oops! You can get it here:

http://www.Oracle.com/technetwork/Java/javase/downloads/jdk6u37-downloads-1859587.html

I got v6 and v7 of JRE, but this is not enough.

  • App PlayBook signature does not

    Hello

I submitted my request about 2 and a half weeks he is shortly thereafter submitted version 1.1 by following the instructions of builder 4.5 Adobe.  Today I received a refusal of my application due to the lack of signature for versions 1.0 and 1.1.  The latter is expected to be signed.  I'll try to go through the process from the beginning again (the form submission, etc.) even though I fear the worst.

Could someone let me know what I was actually wrong, or what was missing in the file bar?

    Thank you

    Hi ugoano,

I found and confirmed the new version you submitted has been duly signed this time.  It is approved.

  • How can I register multpile pages at a time?

I work from home and I am not always able to get to work time to sign documents for my job allows me to use pdf signature. I have a stack of document 50-70 pages each month requiring my initials on the top corner of each page. I was converting documents to PDF and then signing the top of each page with the e-mail and then e-mailing signature to my work, however, it is very time consuming. so I was wondering if there is a way to sign the corner of each page at a time. my job prints the pages and puts them in the records that as we use it not as an e-document secure so it is not serious, is that each signature, except the last is not valid as long as they are all visible, they belong.

Let me know if any has any suggestions

    Thank you

What you do isn't really a signature, just a stamp. In Acrobat (not Reader), there are ways I think to all pages of stamps. Once you have marked all pages, you can add an electronic signature if you wish.

  • Signature of the device Pin showing Null when the Blackberry playbook tablet App

I'm developing an app for Blackberry playbook in action script. I signed the application (Release version) and it has deployed on the device, but the axis of the device shows null. When I run the application directly from Flash builder it is showing correctly.

I added the permissions for the config file, is to show the axis of the device, but after his signature for immediate release it shows null.

Please let me know why it's happening.

Thanks everyone, I solved the problem. In fact, there were 2 BB.xml file in my project, one containing the access authorization of pin of the device and the other did not have this permission. I removed the redundant .xml file and every thing went very well thanks to help appreciated guys

  • Problem signature App Playbook with ripple

I am signing my app playbook with ripple. I use version 2.2.0.5 of the tablet OS SDK.
I downloaded signature keys and installed them. I was able to generate a signed application.

However, the second time that I tried to build an application signed, I get the below error. All subsequent attempts to sign the app failed with the same error. The only change that I did between the first and the second was to activate my wireless router I have compiled and signed application push on my test device Playbook automatically via wifi using ripple. I don't see how this would have caused an error like the one below, however. Also, I know that the passwords that I am providing are correct.

A that someone has had this problem and solved?

Message: "Oh Snap!" Build request failed with the message: signature [ERROR] failed to the signature on the signature application didn't check the code. The probable cause of this problem is entered a wrong password CSK. »

To confirm that the password is not really the problem, you can try not to build your application from the command line?

  • Signature of BlackBerry PlayBook in Flash Builder

    Hello

I really hope this isn't a stupid question. I'm usually quite ingenious, but I can't find an answer anywhere.

I signed up for my signature keys and received 3 .csi keys. The instructions are for installation on the BB JDE, an eclipse Plugin or a plug-in for Visual Studio.

I looked the other way on how it works for Flash Builder and they say that I should have gotten 2 files .csj.

I'm quite confused and would love to test and debug my app on my real PlayBook, but have no idea where to even start.

    Thank you

    Patrick

Him are sent in different batches, but the lots should be treated near one another (usually in the same time).

Check your spam filter. Keys up often in in there. If you do not have now, I recommend reorganization.

  • Name of the company signature PlayBook with a comma

I am signing an app webworks for the playbook, and when I ran this:

    . / blackberry-keytool - genkeypair - keystore sigtool.p12 - storepass mypassword - dname "cn = Creative App Design, LLC" - author alias

    I got this error:

keytool error: java.io.IOException: format Incorrect AVA

The only way I have found to work around this problem is to enter the name of the enterprise without a comma. This allowed everything runs smoothly until I'm actually trying to sign the app, and I get this message:

barsigner error: Server error: Code signing request has failed because the developer certificate common name is not [Creative Design LLC App].

The only thing I can think is that when I signed up for signature keys I registered under the name of the company by a comma, so it won't check when I do not use a comma when generating the key. Do I need to re-register for keys under my name of the society without the comma, although this is not what my actual company name?

This whole process has been an incredible pain...

You are right.  Punctuation is not allowed in the CN name, and this name should match what was used when registering for the keys.  You will probably need to get a new set of keys with a simpler of the organization name.

  • Eception blackBerry smartphones. Exception when connected to the playbook in presenter view

I have the BlackBerry Curve 8520, device Os 5.0 bundle 1682, running with bridge blackberry 2.0.0.25. I'm able to go to connect with my playbook successfully.  However, when I use the remote in presenter mode, I get error exception uncaught after some time of work successful.

    Hello!

Well Yes, there is a problem with OS5 users to the bridge with 2.0.0.25 version.

But, according to my personal experience, I recommend you to remove the battery and re put back in order to restart your BalckBerry Curve 8520 and also restart your BalckBerry PlayBook as well.

Go to Bluetooth on your PlayBook and remove existing BlackBerry Curve device ahead of him.

Now try to connect through bridge by following the usual steps, you know I guess.

I hope that solves your problem!

If your problem has been resolved then would you be asked to click 'Like' and accept as a 'Solution' that other advisors invest it times on this Message more.

  • Bug in signature tool: PlayBook & BB10 WebWorks signature tools create different ID of Package

Hello, I wanted to download a version BB10 of a portal provider WebWorks app, but I've always had the

File bundle (blabla.bar) was rejected. Package ID is required for all .bar file. If this is an upgrade, ID of Package must match ID of Package in the bundle of original file.

error. I read a lot of articles like this one

    http://devBlog.BlackBerry.com/2012/03/package-ID-rejected-by-app-world/#more-8665

on this issue, and most of them say, you used a different signing key, or you have changed the name of the Package. However none are the case - really.

    What I found is:

The latest version of the SDK PlayBook WebWorks 2.2.0.5 produced an another Package ID in the MANIFEST. The latest version of the SDK BB10 WebWorks 1.0.2.9 MF file. I use the latest plugin ripple to package and sign applications.

If I package sign my application with the SDK BB10 bundle file gets rejected. If I package and sign the exact folder of files (not changed character) with WebWorks PlayBook the supplier portal SDK allows me to download the bar.

When I checked both the MANIFESTO. MF, package-Ids files were indeed different. However this way, you can provide a free upgrade for your existing PlayBook application for BB10 platform.

    Here's your solution, 3rd post http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Web-and-WebWorks-Development/How-to-set-up-Package-Name-for-P...

It is good that we can specify the name of the package in bb10 sdk.

  • Signature of the App Playbook

    Hey soulouko,

I know a lot of people have seen troubled app there signing with Flash Builder (including myself)... .it says it works correctly but is not in fact sign the file of the bar.

A way to check if your file of BAR was actually signed is open (winrar or any other ZIP tool) and check the META-INF folder, a signed application should have 5 files in there.

Another way you can do is just sign your application using the line command, which is what I did and it was really simple. Just follow this guide:

    http://supportforums.BlackBerry.com/T5/Tablet-OS-SDK-for-Adobe-Air/useful-tip-package-images-via-com...

It could be useful, good luck!

  • Link HTML Signature colors

When I create a HTML signature, all my formatting is licensed, except for the colors, I chose for the links.

Example: I have red selected for a link like www.website.com and when I send the email the website link color is blue. (still, no other blue color)

How can I get the HTML signature to contain the colors on the links.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Under Tools/Options/display/colors you have for colors... 'Override' setting? You may have 'Never' to see your specified color.

  • one of my email addresses converted to text signatures, others view them as html settings seem to even have, I missed something?

I have multiple e-mail accounts set up on the same computer (all in thunderbird). As far as I can see the settings for each of them are the same. I got the signature of html email set up for each account and all except an account receives and these display properly in html format. This one account displayed in plain text.
I went through all the account settings and there is no difference on the offending account.
    Can anyone help please?

Maybe you use this account to communicate with special correspondents? Is it possible that these specific correspondents are listed in your address book as preferring to send plain text?
