  Here's a tip for the user on the problems of Wi - Fi. Suggest from the top and bottom. Maybe one of them will help you.

  (1) restart you device.

  (2) resetting the network settings: settings > general > reset > reset network settings. Join the network again.

  (3) reboot router/Modem: unplug power for 2 minutes and reconnect. Update the Firmware on the router (support Web site of the manufacturer for a new FW check). Also try different bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and different bandwidths (recommended for 2.4 to 20 MHz bandwidth). Channels 1, 6 or 11 are recommended for 2.4 band.

  (4) change of Google DNS: settings > Wi - Fi > click the network, delete all the numbers under DNS and enter 8.8.8.8 or otherwise 8.8.4.4

  (5) disable the prioritization of device on the router if this feature is available. Also turn off all apps to VPN and retest the Wi - Fi.

  (6) determine if other wireless network devices work well (other iOS devices, Mac, PC).

  (7) try the device on another network, i.e., neighbors, the public coffee house, etc.

  (8) backup and restore the device using iTunes. Try to restore as New first and test it. If ok try to restore the backup (the backup may be corrupted).

  (9) go to the Apple store for the evaluation of the material. The Wi - Fi chip or the antenna could be faulty.

  I tried the below problem on systems of 2 2 portable Windows desktop and with the same result. Please test this procedure and report if you do or do not have the same results.

  I guess that the systems you use are later with all updates installed.

  1. start Photoshop and open any image file. Click on the move tool and see that you get the normal tool cursor.

  2. navigate to http://www.layersmagazine.com/working-with-text-in-flash-part-2.html (uses Flash 10 as the engine tutorial).

  3. the tutorial should start automatically. While it runs switch to Photoshop and make sure that you always have a moving cursor.

  4 switch the tutorial and click on the flash icon to watch full-screen mode. Watch it for a few seconds. Press ESC to return to the normal size.

  5 go to Photoshop and look at the cursor. On 4 systems I tested on, the cursor turns into a hand and remains a helping hand any tool icon is clicked.

  Sometimes the tutorial and closing Photoshop returns all this normal functioning. I reported this service the customer. Sometimes I have to reboot for it to happen.

  I want to determine if it's just that I've tested 4 systems or if others are experiencing the same problem. Thank you for your help.

  Our database is 10.2.0.3 with 2 RAC nodes. Our database servers are MS 2003 R2. Recently, we moved our database on different servers in the other location. Say that we pitch A, B and C.

  Location B and C are in the same city but different places. A and B are located in different cities. For me, I constantly "ORA-03135: connection lost contact" Sqlplus or Toad if I leave my session idle for an hour or more, no matter if it uses dedicated or shared connection. We also asked our network administrator to make sure that there is no firewall between the two and we have also added KeepAliveTime and KeepAliveInterval the new db server record. We also have a TAR with Oracle.

Since B can communicate with C, I would bet that there is a hole in the firewall allows connections between B and C. But firewalls commonly kill idle connections after a timeout: you would need to talk to the administrator of the firewall to determine how to configure the firewall to allow connections to be idle indefinitely.
