  This isn't a mistake. This is just an informational message. It's just saying you that you do not have the equipment needed to use a specific feature. Don't worry; This is a feature that you have almost no reason to worry - the traced the beam 3D rendering engine. There are many superior ways to do 3D in After Effects without using this feature. Just ignore the message and continue.

  This will depend on where your locate in? If the United States then look at Newegg for a replacement HARD drive, but I would like to ask did you a defined HP recovery disk? If this isn't the case, then you must order these discs at HP and then use them to format and restore the software from the factory to the laptop to make it work.
