  It depends on your knowledge of jsp and the possible controllers like struts, the faces and the adf (which is an addon of jsf). ADF has the advantage that a large number of configurations and other stuff is handled for you. However, if you are familiar with Struts you can use it too.

  The decision also depends on demand and what he should do. I can't comment on this, as I don't know.

  As you use 12 c my recommendation is to use the stack complete adf, meaning adf faces and adfbc for access to the data in the Database.

  There is a license for the adf if you want to deploy on a WebLogic Server, however there is a free version (adf essentials) that uses a GlassFish server.

I just want to change it so that all the highlights are made in red instead, but no am not a flash developer so don't know how to do it.   I took a glance at the file you sent. This file was made some time in an older version of Flash. I'm guessing that version 6. The Actionscript code in the movie is AS2. Last but not least remove the keyboard plate to remove the cable from the keyboard connector.

  (1) as a general rule, all laptops can be upgraded to an SSD. If the connector on the SSD is the same as the original hard drive connector, it should work.

  (2) I believe there are 1.8 "PATA SSD available, google is your friend.

  (3) I think the R500 is using a connector ZIFF customized for the SSD drive, then you will not be able to install a standard SATA or PATA 2.5 "SSD Drive. I don't know if you can buy SSDS with the connector ZIFF, once again, google can help you.
