  Hi all

  (1) where is the control to set the image of the book (e.g. book purple, yellow folder) for all books. I did this once before have forgotten since.

  The parameter - ' TOC book properties > advanced > Image'-does it for all the selected book.

  (2) is there a way that I can put to a Book TOC node to make it Open by default (showing its sub-nodes/books) on the execution of the CHM HTML Help?

  You can manage this by using a bunch of custom icon. File no tricks end of Rick Stone shows you how. For your second question, I believe that the only way to achieve this would be to have the default topic of the CHM file inside the book to open. You may also be able to achieve it by some form of Javascript that I can't help you with that. If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone else will report it.

• HAVE LOST THE ICON FOR ADDRESS BK, 'WRITE', 'SEND' ETC.

  The top of my Email in Thunderbird page normally includes an icon for my address book. I think I clicked on the tool, menu and therefore lost the address book icon and have to go through quite a performance to find the names and addresses, etc. Anyone know how I can get it back please? With this, I also lost my 'writing' etc. Any help would be appreciated.

  Well, the spot color has not changed, but the way they were simulated four-color changed, they now use color management to get to the nearest ink possible task.

  Do not post your phone number, users of public forums - I asked the host to remove it.

  How is it locked? If it is locked to a carrier then contact the carrier that it is locked, only they can potentially unlock it.

  If you mean than locking activation and it is locked on behalf of the previous owner via the settings > iCloud then contact that person, no one here (or Apple) can help.

  You can probably do it with the code in the userChrome.css file.

  Undated to ver 9.0.1 the other day. Since the update the icons for web sites are no longer visible in my bookmark menu. Web site titles are OK and all the links work but 90% of site icons disappeared, and those remaining is generic file icons.

  WiFi or Ethernet. Check your network preferences.
