  Then you may check the list of extensions and disable or remove those that are not essential or unrecognized. Open the page modules using either:

  • CTRL + SHIFT + a
  • Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > Add ons

  In the left column, click Extensions. Then, in case of doubt, disable or remove.

  Typically, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

I am running windows 7, if I get a backup it box. I save it. so I open run it. When I click Run, I received a message asking if I want to run something from an unknown source... then I hit Cancel.

  I don't think that Mozilla will send e-mail to its users and ask them to update to Firefox. I have never received such and I have been using Firefox from the day that it was released. Users will have to use its built-in or from its Web site update. This email is probably a scam. You must remove it immediately.

  When you say "synchronization for podcast is on", have you done the following...?  Select the iPod in iTunes (click on its button on the device on the horizontal bar) to show its settings screen in the iTunes window.  The side left (in the sidebar), under settings, click Podcasts.  Right, Podcasts from iPod settings screen.  If the checkbox for synchronize Podcasts is not checked, check it.  Activates the automatic synchronization of podcasts.  Set up this form as you wish, to tell how to synchronize episodes of the podcast to iTunes and click apply.

  If sync Podcasts has been already verified, describe how you have the rest of the screen of the iPod Podcasts settings put in place (or include a screenshot of it).

One thing I noticed is that, after removal, some keys on my keyboard don't work, and I've read that other HP users encounter the same problem with the keys on the keyboard. It's one that HP must improve. In regards to your advice on the printer driver you have been 'right on' new! I reinstalled the driver using my own CD (not the latest driver, but one that works!) It is very unusual for a driver to Samsung, because I got excellent results with printers Samsung and free updates downloaded from their Web site.
