  First and foremost, I don't know anything about computer jargon.  My operating system is Windows Vista and I'm on Premiere Elements 4.0.  I'm doing a video fan with many video clips choreographed around a song.  I have to save the file on my computer before I can download it from the Web site.  The registered computer file is not any sound attached.  The song plays very well with the pre video (what is the good abbrev).  I did a similar video about a month ago and did NOT have this problem.  The two songs are from itunes.  All video capures are derived from the same program.  The only difference in the two videos, it's that my other videos.  I recorded in different formants with the same result.  All the help how can I get my video to work right will be greatly appreciated.

  Open windows control panel, open Windows Update, select "View update history" in the left pane and then select "Installed updates" link in the next window.

  Locate the KB2962407 update, right click and choose uninstall.  Once completed, restart the computer, open windows control panel, open Windows Update and select "Check for updates".  You will see the update that you have uninstalled just offered once again - right click and select "Hide update".

  After that you may or may not need to delete and reload the sound driver - the latest version for your laptop is on the link below.

This occurs when using test animation in Flash (version MX2004), Quicktime Player or Safari or another browser to read the files. Also all the sounds imported into Flash will not play in test movie or using the play button in the library. You are not sure if it's a Mac or a problem of Flash problem...?

I imported the files using the Organizer, and they play very well (video AND audio) from the Organizer, but when I import clips into PE9, only the video is imported. • LR6 cannot prepare the Image file to use w / plugins or other publishers

  After having transferred my files DNG image LR6 on the drive internal of my Mac on an external hard drive, I am unable to use plug-ins or other image editors, like NIK plug ins or publishers of PS or affinity I used before. I did not move the image files using the operating system but don't have in LR drag - move my photos from my internal HD file to a new pictures folder configured in an HD external, made it in the Panel LR folders on the left side of the screen of the library. Now, when I try to use any plug in NIK or another editor, I get the following message appears:

  "Lightroom could not prepare the file selected to Volumes/G-DRIVE/JTO LR6 Photos/2016/2016-01-03/1601_untitled_570.DNG for editing. It will not open. "The same message for image files I select for use in my plug ins or other publishers.

  After that I moved the files to the new drive, in the library toolbar I also clicked on the options to find all records of missing persons and to validate DNG files.   I save video files using my Aiptek NPVR CB video recorder + and when I read them from the card using Media Player and Windows 7, the video is good but there is no audio data.  I checked to see if the speakers are turned upwards and they are.  I use an HP laptop.

  I really don't want to convert the files.  Here's something else I noticed.  Windows Movie Maker plays the video with the audio very well.  It's only Media Player that seems to have the problem.
