  I suggest that you clear the cache of the AppWorld application:

  1. open the App World

  2. go to my world

  3. follow one (and only one!) of these steps:

  3. for the BB keyboard-oriented - hold down the ALT key and press on, in the sequence R, then S, then T

  3B. for touch screen only BBs - hold the num-lock (! 123 button) so that it hangs and then press on, in the sequence 3, then 4, then)

  3 c for the most recent (e, g., OS6 and 7) BB s, see this KB:

  4 AppWorld must close

  5. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull reboot

  6. return to AppWorld/MyWorld (it can be slow, while it re - sync).

  If (4) stage arrives not as described, then the empty the cache failed.

  Hello! When I did my last OS change my AP app started acting weird. I had the rear connection problems, and the keyboard is stuck on the screen without the possibility to hide. I contacted CS who suggested that delete, delete APP world, do a sweater batt and re - install both. Well, I always have the same problem with the application. I love it, so if there is anyway to do the work that would be great! Any suggestions? TIA

  Try this with the soft AP...

  On your device, go to Options > Advanced > Applications > new AP (or whatever his name is)...

  Highlight the name of the application and only select, just highlight this line > Menu > turn off the Compatibility Mode.

  See if that solves the problem and let us know?

  Before when I got on the phone, I could connect to AIM without problem. I didn't use my blackberry and go to another phone. A few weeks ago I started using again and everything on the phone and all the apps that I downloaded work correctly. Except when I sign into the LENS, it tries to connect and then I get a message saying "internal error please try again" I do and still the same message. I then noticed that my version of AIM was different from that in the world of the app, so I've updated. As soon as it was installed, it worked and I was able to connect to AIM. This morning I tried to sign back in and new message "internal error!"

  I tried all reboot the phone by removing the battery while the phone is turned on and nothing works. Can someone tell me what is happening and how I can fix this message? I noticed a few people left comments in the app world and nobody seems to know whats going on. Please let me know what we can do, thanks!

  Finally found a solution to this problem, that nobody seemed to know... I basically deleted GOAL completely out of my blackberry, let it restart because it automatically does that, I then remove the battery while the phone is on, try to leave as few minutes, reinsert the battery and reinstalled AIM once again and it works now!

  I can't be signed any day without it the kick me offline... so for all those who was getting the same error message try this and it works!

  Hello, I am the new owner of a BB Torch 9800.  I have a BB ID and Orange is my provider.  I have BB App World and I re-installed twice.

  When I try to download an App I get the site of App (I think anyway), but what I find is information about the App I download train and three options to 'share '.   I don't want to share!  I want just the App! There is no download button I see.

  Up at the top of the screen, you should see an arrow to the top, click on it.

  Once the download button is hidden at the top if you have navigated to the bottom on the screen.

  No, you use the Desktop Manager > switch device Wizard. It will move everything you need.

  To the media card, switch between devices, cards OR copy your files to the PC and then the new, or BB to BB if you have both plugged into the USB port.

  Thank you. These steps did not help, but I found the problem. Your first post was relevant. I downloaded the "PC Apps Store" application. Wrong store! One is labeled "Store". I don't know why no relevant 'PC Apps Store' appears on the initial list of Apps for Windows 8.1 PC.

  During playback "words with friends" through face book... I can't select and move the letters on the touch screen without the screen, scrolling up and down.

  You are probably just seeing a message offering it for download, if you do not have an Android phone, you can safely ignore it. Do not update your Firefox on your computer but, you are using an older version. Update Firefox to the latest version

• Cannot move words with friends tile touch screen

  When I play words with friends via Facebook I can't move the tiles on the Board using the touch screen. I can choose them but they do not move. I can move them via the mouse if I connect a USB mouse. I can select and move the mosaics in the start menu with the touch screen. I have updated software, refreshed and restarted unit but still no luck. Any thoughts?

  You can see my response to Sandyip on the link below. Looks like you have both have very similar problems with the Facebook site. Unfortunately, the Facebook site is not touch optimized.
