  Suddenly, or perhaps from a recent upgrade to Firefox on Ubuntu 13.10 25.0, I can play is no longer the game (Shockwave Flash) on the web, 'Multi-player Pool' on the miniclip.com website. I tried to start Firefox in safe mode and also the Firefox option reset. Both without success. I have reluctantly used Google Chrome browser to continue playing the game online, but prefer to use my chosen and favoured browser - Firefox. There are other games on Miniclip that never worked, of course, they do not recognize the version of Flash, but they say that when you try to play them. There are also different pool games that work, but they aren't games I want and have always played. Does anyone have one solution other than the usual ones I tried?

  It seems that the problem is with the site update their games of 8-Ball and perhaps others, and so there is no solution without support of Adobe for Linux. Unless of course, Miniclip.com fix themselves...

  From the description of the problem, you are not able to run applets.

  1. the problem occurs only with yahoo games?
  2. are you able to play other games?
  3. what web browser do you use?

• Monitor the IOPS / s in a Resource Pool?

  I am quite new to vROM and just get your feet wet for me.  I've been delving into the book "Mastering Operations Manager vRealize" useful and which was helpful, but I'm trying to understand an important piece on:

  We have pools of different resources for different departments within our Organization, and I try to get a good graph for IOPS / s in each resource pool.  I was able to get a list of all virtual machines in a resource pool by creating a dashboard with the widget resource pool game object selector, then use "Diagnose e/s disk of the Virtual Machine list" view to see all the virtual machines within the list of resources and then for the summary allows you to SUM add them all together.  This gives me a number, but does nothing for this over time.  I'd like to be able to see that number over the next few months (even if it means just go ahead of data today onward, not historical).

  Any ideas?  I think I must be missing something, like the Resource Pool looks like it would be a good way to measure the impact of the drive.  Folder of the Virtual Machine might work also, but is not as clean as I would like.

  Right after I got this resolved so I thought I would mention it here in case anyone else is curious.  It has to do with the SuperMetrics.

  The formula I created is as follows:

  SUM (${adapterkind = VMWARE, resourcekind = VirtualMachine, attribute is virtualDisk | commandsAveraged_average, depth = 1})

  It takes the sum of all virtual machines to a level under the resource pool.  I also used average and Max values, because this helps to show trends and you have aberrant VMs eating a ton of IOPS / s.

• Just upgraded from xp to vista ultimate (or should I say downgraded)

  and now icannot play games I downloaded for example live 3d pool.a pop up appears saying no acceleration hardware peripheral 3d direct located please update video card driver. I checked it in the Device Manager and it says it dosent need it. On another pool game it says cannot find compatible D3D video card. These games worked fine on xp also scanned with dtectve driver and said that my standard video card vga is fine. I have directx 10 and run the 64-bit system. PS when I go pogo games have it works fine.

  I noticed that when I do cloning EBS R12.2, I cloned two race and records editions patch (fs1 and fs2) with identical content but different port pool game.

  My question is, because they have different ports, I can start editions both the two? Start or any of them and use alternately?

  Yes you can start the services of two file systems (use "forcepatchfs" for the patch file system), but users should be accessing the file system to run only. Start services on the patch file system is required for certain tasks that are usually documented (examples, (1375769.1), (1590356.1) and (1530033.1)).

• Satego X 200 - 21u + Win7: freeze all playing a game for about 20 seconds

  installed win7 a few weeks ago and I need help.

  as long as I have used default displays the drivers of toshiba (~ 1 year) windows7 tends to freeze while playing a game for about 20 seconds, and everything goes normal again.

  After searching the internal pool, I discovered that most recent nvidia driver could solve this problem, so I downloaded the latest drivers for your laptop from there. now windows freezes over, but rather a huge amount of pixels displayed for fractions of seconds. could someone help me? is it possible that toshiba will bring display drivers compatible win7?

  Hi mate,

  The point is that you should only use the Toshiba display drivers directly because are pre-tested on the on the laptop. Other drivers don't have overheating protection, which means that you can display errors and damage to the graphics card. So I advise to use Toshiba display drivers.

  I don t know the difference between display drivers, you should ask this Toshiba directly and not here in the forum of the user.

  Maybe there is another solution for your problem like cleaning your laptop with a jet of compressed air. This could blow out the dust from the cooling fans.

  I have a MacBook with OS X 10.11.2, and I have 2 users on it, my private account and my dj-account.

  I have iTunes game and all my music in there. so I went to my account private, downloaded music from the cloud and its there.

  on the other dj-account, iTunes detects music in the cloud, but it is not yet downloaded!

  I already have a dictionary that is shared with all read - and write-rights and recorded the songs in this Dec. two itunes users are related to the dic.

  When I am trying to download a song, which is already uploaded on the other user account, iTunes saves in the same dic., but with a '1' at the end of the file name.

  is it possible to set up iTunes in this way, I can simply download songs from any user account, so that it is automatically already downloaded in the other account? I mean, the file is there...

  The only way for iTunes to automatically recognize the media in a common pool if the two user accounts use the same library file.  I'm guessing that you probably don't want that because then you essentially use a library (a library = media + support files).  In addition, the library file cannot be opened in an account at a time which can be tedious, it is use you the fast user switching to move back and forth a lot.

  Oh, I remember it being perhaps a script on the web site of Dougscripts which can go through a folder of media and draw attention to the titles is not added. Who could do what you want, but it might also be tedious, especially if you have a large library.

  Doc here with the latest news from my lab. My kids love the pool now that it is open, but how can I take advantage of the afternoon without my Xoom? Taking along seems quite risky, because a good by a stocky teenager unsuspecting Cannonball could fry my electronic Sidekick. So I was very happy when I found this awesome watertight flashlight which allows me to enjoy my experience with Xoom poolside without a worry about the pool next Tsunami. As a bonus, I can now bring my Xoom along on my boat and watch the jet of the dance of the waves through the new case to my Xoom. I tested the touch screen through the sticky vinyl cover soft and I can honestly say there is no difference at ALL (really surprised me). I wanted to check how the hermetic enclosure could affect heat, so I ran my Xoom for two hours tonight in the Pocket without any problem of heat whatsoever. Of course, you can not connect cables (who would?), but BT, WiFi and 3G everything work perfectly (no change of signal). And both of my stylus pens work perfectly as well. It also comes with a strap to wear it around the neck, but I'm not much of a geek!

  After you have downloaded and installed the game.
   
  a. right click on the .exe file and run as administrator
   
  Step 2:
   
  If the pool sharks is not compatible with Windows 7, run it in Windows compatibility mode .
   
  If none of the help of suggestion, contact the game manufacturer for a better support.
