Poor quality crude export jpeg

I have a problem when exporting from raw image lr6 to JPEG 100% quality that results is terrible, if I take the same raw file and convert it to jpeg using other software, that the quality is much better, there must be something lroom made in the image.  I often use at high ISO (3200) where this effect is even more noticeable.  If I choose tif as the export file, then fine, but as I hear him jpeg as the final format it then adds another process which slows things down.

Any thoughts welcome

However, it is interesting to note that Faststone free software that I use and others manage to convert Hi Iso Raw to JPEG without noise and without treatment.

Check your settings Raw of FastStone. It is more likely to use the built-in Preview overview, which implemented the reduction noise in the device. You will be better inside the LR with the raw file using settings appropriate... not to mention all the other controls available sharpness and noise reduction.

  • Poor quality of export of raw to jpg image

I have recently switched from Aperture to Lightroom and am generally impressed.  However, I noticed a few problems in the export of images in JPG format especially noticeable when it comes to portraits on dark gray background.  You can see a few important and noticeable "scaling" in the background.  , I work on a MacBook Pro.  I know that it is a function of the algorithms Lightroom uses to compress the image and generate the JPG file

I played a bit with file setting quality and image resizing in the export module and can reduce the effect, but it is always present.  I tried to work with the same image on the PC of my mother, using his 5 Lightroom and can not get the same effect.  The attached picture was not resized, but the quality is reduced to 50.  If I work quality at 100, the effect is reduced but still present.

In conclusion, to export I get a crispy JPG image in Aperture and Lightroom 5 on a PC, but get serious distortion when exporting to jpg in Lightroom CC on my Mac

Someone else has experienced this problem and / or know how to fix this problem?

Mac image has been heavily modified with the white balance different, grinding lower, higher noise, lower saturation, Spot Removal tool and probably other settings. The image of PC seems to the "default parameters of development, which are quite different from the image of Mac processed. Since the unprecedented image of PC has not the development parameters, you used the image of banding Mac are causing the problem. This is why I suggested showing the original edited Mac image as a DNG on Dropbox export file, allowing us to see the picture with your LR settings.

  • Poor quality directly exported PDF Comp-projects

Quality projects Comp PDF is very bad. When I export a project model directly in PDF format, the PDF file quality is very bad. Is it possible to finalise compositin in Comp CC like this or do I have to always send to Indesign, Illustrator etc. for finalisation?

    Hi jonasv and RyanMovie.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your comments. For now, Steve is right to recommend that you take your compositions in a desktop application. However, I will pass on this feedback on the team so that they are aware. If I find anything, I'll share with you.

  • Poor quality and poor framerate with best export settings

Hello, this is my first post, I searched the forums, watch videos on youtube, etc, but don't never came across something like this before, but anyway let's get down to the heart of the problem at a time!

I am currently using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 (Version 6.0.2)

    Specifications of the PC

    -Intel Core i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60 GHz

    -16 GB OF RAM

    GTX - 960 M graphics card

    The problem:

I have been using CS6 6 months now and not had a problem since day one.

The videos that I do are gameplay videos captured at 60 fps 1080 p with 36857 Kbps Total bitrate.

The videos where export with large 60 fps framerate, quality, as it should in the first place.

But everything changed one day after I did everything with the same agenda, as I did each time and video when exported was of poor quality and the rate was 30 frames per second.

BUT, when I am trying to check the properties of the video exported, everything is as I put is on the export settings, even if the vacuum has dicreased quality and bad frame rate (30 fps) up.

    I am exporting as follows:

    -Format: H.264

    -Basic video settings:

    -Width: height of 1920 1080

    -Frame rate: 59.94

-Order of fields: Progressive (it doesn't let me change it)

    -Appearance: Square Pixels (1.0)

    Tv - standard: NTSC

    -Profile: high

    -Level: 4.2

    -Rendering to maximum depth (verified)

    Flow settings:

-Bitrate VBR, 2 pass encoding (I also made 2 pass, but had the same effect)

    -Target speed [Mbps]: 36,82

    -Maximum Bitrate [Mbps]: 62.5

    Advanced settings:

    -Key Frame Distance 72 (verified)

Use maximum quality rendering (verified) use Previews (verified)

    I finally understood everything!

So when I started the project for some reason, I had chosen under the option 'Make and video playback' Renderer: Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA) instead of Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (Open CL).

After that everything worked perfectly as it should in the first place.

Thanks to everyone who tried to help me understand my annoying error!

  • Poor quality of the sound in the timeline and export; very well in the Source?

    Hi all.

Newbie-Pr but experienced pro audio digital. I am confused and I know I am missing just something somewhere.

I made a video for one of my songs. The graphics are quite (in AE), imported Pr and everything what is superb. I import the final audio mix and it sounds very poor quality when played the chronology and the final output, regardless of the format (I tried several presets and custom as well settings). I played a bit and noticed that the audio sounds fine when played in the Source window inside the Prime Minister.

The session of Pr is comrised of 18 video tracks (not all playing at the same time, of course) and a stereo audio track.

I tried to re - export audio from logic to depths of different bits, sampling frequencies and formats of file (mp3, wav, AAC, etc.) but the results are the same each time: Source (Pr) sounds very good, logic output sounds very well made / reading of the timeline looks very bad quality mp3 and produces final sounds just as bad.

I tried everything I can think of. I hope one of you can show me what I'm missing.

    TIA!

    Mark

    First Pro CC

    Processor 2 x 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon

    Memory 8 GB 800 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM

Graphics  ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 256 MB

    Software  OS X 10.9.1 (B 13, 42)

    Thanks for the reply!

I lived the same results, no matter what I used the export settings. In addition, the poor quality of the sound was present in the timeline itself, without even exporting the project.

Finally, I lifted my hands, has launched a completely new project, the same audio file in drugs... sounded good. Copied / pasted the video clips in the project original, broken and boom, everything is fixed. Yes, corrupted file Pr, it turns out. All I had to do was start a new project and import all the old components.

I had to do that in logic a lot (more and more these days). I wish just that I had tried 10 hours earlier! HA.

Anyway, problem solved and many thanks!

  • Poor quality in Flash to export GIF animated

    1. How can I get better quality animated GIF of my flash document.when I try to export is very poor.
to be precise, I wanted to add a sparkling effect on a picture in my website. As shown in this tutorial page ( http://www.entheosweb.com/Flash/sparkling_effect.asp.)
I put my image and works fine in flash but the quality is poor when you export in almost all file formats.
    2. is it possible flash content is displayed fine without pageviewers are asked (prompted) to download flash player?
This is a case that I need try gif.

    Thank you

Well, it's really easy today to download the flash player to your browser. Easy and fast. If many of these computers do not have the flash plugin, it's something to consider. Maybe you should give up just flash for now? The only solution I see is to simply provide the standard for flash download option, if the flash player is not present. If flash player is not detected, or code examples below will bring up the option to install the flash player.

Here is the embed code, you will get this code (or something similar, depending on what version you use) when you publish your flash and export of page html file. You can change which files are published in your publishing settings.

Code for Flash 9 (CS3) - This includes the required use of the javascript file that will be exported using the HTML if the publication option.

  • I've updated my LightRoom to 5.7 and now my exported JPEGs (recorded with 100% quality) look blurry!

It was perfect with the previous version, but now my blurry pictures. I used the tool sharpness in LR, but I do not see the effect on the exported JPEG files. My LR is the stand-alone version.
    lr_quality.png
Any ideas? I use LR for the job.

Sharpness applied to develop module is only shown correctly at the 1:1 or more and must be applied to the 1:1 or more. I think you want to of course that there is no difference of switching between library and develop at 1:1.

Your jpg gives to think that you have applied a lot of sharpness, detail, because this will have a similar effect on my photos.

Im hoping that Lightroom 6 will have the same resizing algorithms in develop module as a library module.

  • Export of poor quality in CC

I just stumbled upon this problem from last night. I record videos from my office through Fraps - game and online software tutorials. I recorded with Fraps with the following parameters:

    • Video capture: 29.97
    • Loop buffer: 30 seconds
    • Framerate locked during registration (checked on)
    • My screen resolution is set to 1920 x 1080

I've eliminated Fraps as the issue for the following reasons:

    1. my video video games are always very well, it's only the tutorials that have a degradation of quality when exporting

    2. my Fraps limpid eyes, Premiere Pro source files, both in view of the outside of Premiere Pro.

After I wear my videos in Premiere Pro, edit and render, I then export with the following parameters:

    • Format: H.264
    • Screening: YouTube HD 1080 p 29.97
    • Frame rate: 29.97 (this is the default value of YouTube)
    • Order on the ground: progressive
    • Appearance: Square Pixels (1.0)
    • TV standard: NTSC
    • Profile: high
    • Level 4.0
    • Encoding Bitrate: VBR, 2 Pass
    • Target bit rate: 8Mbps (I tried maxing bitrate to 300 with no luck)
    • Max Bitrate: 8Mbps (same here)
    • The key frame distance: 90

My software tutorials record from my Chrome browser (the software is software such as line/cloud - reports Adobe & Analytics to be precise). I have not encountered this problem until recently, and it has no impact on my game at all videos. Y at - it all I need to change the settings or is there something else? Here is a screenshot to look at how bad the video:

    http://i.imgur.com/bfUXVRx.jpg

two-pass h.264 encoding had problems with quality degraded in CC (7.0 and 7.0.1). The update that went live today should solve this problem. Please update, try again encoding and report here if the quality is up to par.

  • Quality PDF export from InDesign and Photoshop problems

    Hello.

I have problems exporting my InDesign files to PDF and keeping the Res. And it's not only images (I understand on the CIO) is the guy over there too.

I exported as preset high quality printing - this is false. Are there other settings to make sure the PDF export retains the quality of high resolution and clarity?

At the time of high resolution when I export jpeg or eps but not PDF.

I also noticed the same problem when I export to PDF from Photoshop.

I really need to create interactive and high quality print PDF of my InDesign files.

    Please can you advise.

    Thank you

    Karen

Sounds like it might be that the setting resolution in Acrobat is not corresponding to the screen.

  • Export jpeg ignores the setting of 300 DPI and 72 dpi is becoming

When I export my file (1200 x 1200 pixels) to JPEG, the jpeg final is only 72 dpi, even if I take 300 DPI and maximum quality of the JPEG options window. The original file that I use is quite large 3366 x 2476 Pixel with 300 dpi. Help someone?

Different software may interpret the resolution defining differently or not at all to interpret it.

Try and open the image in Photoshop and check the resolution here.

  • Text Type tool unfoced, pixelated, poor quality

    Hello guys!

I have a subscription to creative cloud and I have been using Photoshop cs6 for some time now.

But recently, I had this weird 'error' about the poor quality text in photoshop.

I did everything in my power to try to fix it, but nothing works. I have checked all the anti-alising, stuff reinstalled/updated to update my graphics drivers, restored Photoshop and so on. Nothing works.

The weird part is that the text is bad only while in photoshop, not as a saved file (jpeg for example).

I post two photos, one a live screen shot of how the bad text looks like in photoshop and the other with crunchy quality as a recorded image.

    screenshot.jpg

The one above is the screenshot.

    real.jpg

does anyone know how to fix this?

Wild guess, but not closing"use graphics processor" in the Performance preference and restarting Photoshop have a bearing on the issue.

  • Satellite C660D webcam very poor quality

    Hello

I bought my laptop 2 weeks ago and have only begun to use my webcam today.
It is of very poor quality and flashes.
What happens during the day in a good light as well when it's dark outside with light.

    My os is windows7 x 64.
Yes, the plastic film is out of the front of it, I checked.
I reinstalled the driver twice and is still the same poor quality.
I restarted the process in both Device Manager.

Please help I can't think of anything I can do.

I put t know which model of laptop you have, but Satellite C660D has generally not HD cam but 0.3 M Pixcel camera only. And with this cam, you can't expect excellent image.

There is nothing you can do. If the cam is installed properly, you can just try change the settings of the cam in the hope that the image will be a little better.
When I compare 0, 3 m pixcel cam on old L300 and now 1.0 M (HD) Pxcel camera into my new P500 the difference is simply huge.
