• 5.6 Lightroom to crash after enabling the mobile synchronization to Lightroom

  Dear community,

  I have been using a CC version unfounded 5.6 Lightroom without too much problem until today. Today I bought a subscription photo for CC Photoshop and Lightroom Mobile so I could see my photos on the road.

  So I connected with my AdobeID in Lightroom and installed Lightroom Mobile on my iPad and created a Collection I wanted to synchronize. However, as soon as I switch the 'Sync with Lightroom Mobile' bit, Lightroom crashes without any specific error message just the plain 'Adobe Lightroom 64-bit has stopped working ".

  I tried to reinstall Lightroom, even on another drive, but without success. I also tried to build intelligent previews of all the images I wanted to synchronize.

  Debugging with Visual Studio generates the error "unhandled exception at 0x000007fedbbc9da0 in lightroom.exe: 0xC0000006: page fault ', but I don't know if that helps...

  No idea what is the problem?

  Have you tried these steps (i.e. run chkdsk etc?)

  In addition you use any particular security software? If so, you can try to disable it temporarily and see if it helps?

  Hi Faraz,

  If you go to your MySQL database and find the config_property table, you will find a field that will allow mobile, feature_mobile_enabled. The default value is set to off (0) so just it set to 1, then you should get the option of mobile use in the hub of 12.1.

  I keep a copy of LR on a laptop and desktop, I keep my LR catalog and the library on an external drive. I also synchronize with LR Mobile. When I get out of my office, I get a message saying that x number of photos are always sync. I do not get this message on my laptop. Synchronization on my desktop does not start unless that delete all my data synchronization. It will be just me to get the same message on my laptop. So, I know why this is happening but I do not know how to solve. I would like to continue the synchronization via my laptop. Is there a way to tell LR on my desktop to ignore the mobile synchronization.

  If the solution is to load LR from my external hard drive, which causes a problem with creative cloud and update software? I also have Photoshop on both computers.

  Try hovering over the plate on the desktop and click the menu drop down. In Control Panel, you can pause sync from your desktop.

• Tecra M5 - annoying popup messages when fails the automatic BT connection to headset

  Hello

  I use my Bluetooth from Sony headphones to work with my Tecra M5 laptop lately and there is a boring bunch of message that keeps popping up.

  In the bluetooth settings, I ticked the box "auto login feature will be validated. This causes the headset to connect automatically and it works a treat.

  But, when I bring my laptop home I did more than my helmet with me and about every 5 minutes my laptop keep showing these annoying messages popup at the bottom right of my screen saying the "auto login failed, please ensure that your bluetooth device is turned on etc...". ".

  Sometimes it gives me a prompt in the lower right of the screen asking me if I would like to disable the "automatic login" function for headphones.

  Is it possible to disable these popup messages annoying when my headphones are not detected, without having to turn off the option "auto-connect"? I want to leave the function "automatic login" enabled so when I get back to work and back on my headset again, it will be always connected automatically.

  But when I get home, I wish I could continue to do stuff on my laptop without contstantly being bothered by these electronic popup. If there is some sort of registry setting or something to turn them off, that would be great.

  Toshiba gave me a beta version of the next Bluetooth stack. There the option you are looking for. Just disable the setting in
  "Bluetooth-> Bluetooth-> Options-> Audio settings-> display a message when the device is connected."
  So just wait until this version is available for download.
