Popup: Message of the webpage your computer is in danger of malware attack...

I would like to know the name of this diversion, so I can see if it is listed in the malicious software removal tool.

DO NOT CLICK ANYTHING!
This is a very common scam that says that your computer is infected with malware
If you click on anything it will infect you with red antivirus
to stop it press Ctrl + SHIFT + ESC to start Task Manager. Then, go to the processes tab and finish something named iexplore.exe or firefox.exe.
This will force all internet browsers close then open them again and do not restore your browsing session

  • "Message from Web page" (object error)

I am locked out of some Web pages with this message... "Message from Web page" (object error) that - what it means and how can I solve this problem?

    Hi Cindy,.

Thanks for choosing Windows and thank you for providing an opportunity to help you.

According to the description, you are having problems with the Error Message from Web page"(object error)

    1. what browser do you use to access Web sites?

    2. What is the exact error message that you receive?

This problem persists because of some addons or incorrect settings in Internet Explorer.

Perform these steps if you are using Internet Explorer 7, Internet Explorer 8 and Internet Explorer 9.

Method 1: use the Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) mode

To do this, click Start, point to programs, point to Accessories, point to System Toolsand then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

If this resolves the problem, follow these steps to isolate the browser add-on that is causing the problem:

a: Click Toolsand then click Internet Options.

b: Click on the programs tab, and then click Manage Add-ons.

c: Click an add-on in the name list, and then click disable.

d: Repeat step c until you identify the add-on that is causing the problem.

Method 2: Reset Internet Explorer settings

Follow the steps in the KB article and check out them below if the problem persists.

  • When I shut down windows I get a pop-up message from Web page

When I shut down windows I get a pop up message saying-Web page

"Doesn't not loading skin name 'Talk Talk' the"shell.css"file is necessary in your" sscommon, skins, talktalk, css / ' directory. ". To resolve this problem, please check the name of skin in your config file, or re install the application. »

    What it means?

Well, I go back to them and tell them you can send and receive mail, but then with them, indicate the exact error message and ask him what is the file that is supposed to be missing.  Its clearly a talk talk question, since talk talk generates the error message.

The actual message means you need to move the mounted image - the small icon that is displayed after you double-click the .dmg - and put it in the trash.

  • The file created from web page margins

    Acrobat X Pro

When this version of Acrobat creates a file for conversion of a web page, the margins are all false--they are too close to the edge of the page - and there seems to be no way to set preferences for what should be the margins, or the size of the page.

I've used Acrobat since version 4 and don't remember not thios going on before.  This is particularly annoying when you try to mount a collection of pages more than a webpage, as the Append function ignores the margins for the previous pages.  I have to print every page in my browser PDF format, save each individual file and then merge them into a single file.

In creating a PDF from Web Page dialog, click the settings button. Click the Layout tab. You can change the margins and the size of the page here.

I got a phone call from someone who said they were from microsoft and my computer was in danger, unless I paid 130 pounds for a new warranty, is it a scam?

    Hi Debra,

It's a SCAM! Microsoft does not make that neither have they partners that do and don't they hire contractors or individuals or even to find volunteers to do. There are probably thousands of these companies out there do every day - we get two or three posts like this (or more) each day ask about it. You are lucky who have recognized the scam enough not to be sucked in and eventually identify theft, infections, hacking your computer, convince you to buy software or services you either did not need or that do not really exist at all and all sorts of nefarious stuff. You'd be surprised how much contact us AFTER THAT that they realized they had been duped asking what to do. Don't waste time talking to these people, not give them any personal information it is, don't be fooled by what they can get allows you to see on the computer - in fact, not do anything they suggest on your computer or even to visit Web sites they recommend and for the love of God don't give them access to your computer.

Microsoft knows this is happening, but with these companies popping up like dandelions, or closing and changing names when discovered and operating mainly from abroad, it would take an army of lawyers to sue each other. They do the best they can, but they are just too many and more added every day. People need to pay attention to these things. They occur not only by telephone, but also by e-mail, instant messaging, mail and all the ways imaginable. Forget not that Microsoft doesn't this and hang up or remove the emails or messages or mail from someone claiming that they do because they know the information on your computer or that you want to get information from you to confirm your account so that it will not be closed and asking you your name of user and password and all sorts of other personal information. Microsoft DO NOT!

See below for additional information on this topic and what to do and how Microsoft works:

I'm glad you don't get captured by these crooks and save yourself a big headache. Continue to use the same caution and you should do fine.

    Good luck and best wishes!

  • Cannot print e-mail messages and web pages

    2 problems:

    (1) I use Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail, and a printer Samsung: recently, I have been unable to print emails.  I had to copy the e-mail message, and then paste it into a Word file and then print the Word file.

    (2) when I try to print a web page, nothing prints, and I get the error message: "there was an internal error and Internet Explorer is unable to print the document" I can't see the web page when I select print preview mode, but it will not be printed.

I would be very happy to help these printing problems.

    Thank you

After following your instructions, I always had the same problem - could not print, e-mail and pages of the site.  Then I started thinking that maybe there was a problem with my printer (Samsung ML 2950 series).  So I uninstalled my printer driver and then reinstalled with updates from the Samsung.  Now I can print emails and web pages.  Once I knew that the problem was not due to Windows Live, the next step was to focus on the software of the printer.  Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

  • Popup size of Web Pages

Using TestStand 3.5 and step of Popup's Message.

I want to display a web page (tab on the display Image or Web Page Options).

I created the web page and step and it works, but the dialog is great.  There is plenty of space dead around him.  Is there a way to control (via the software), the size of the dialog box.

I have attached the files that I created.

Unfortunately, I believe that those are hard coded in the msgbox.dll.  You have the source code and could rebuild if you have the CVI.  The variable to look for is called STD_MARGIN in the file msgbox.c. I could not find a way through the API to change this.

  • Cannot send emails from web pages or print them out.

I'm unable to send emails directly from web sites or print.  I want to talk about s email from forms you fill out on site thren send.   I was able to do that, but now they won't.  I tried to send email to gma (Good Morning America)), returns as a refused delivery error message I think it was the code 411.  I had never seen it before.   I am able to print emails and puzzles without problem.  I am able to send emails, no problem.

I tried to restore to several point but does not work.  Down loaded updatedio was no difference...

    Help please.

    Hi John,.

    1. matters that you talk about e-mail?

    2. this happens with all e-mail accounts or any particular e-mail account?

    3. were there any changes made to the computer before the show?

Please post with more information on this issue to get help.

When I click Create file its supposed to create pdf it tells me that it does not find you? I tried also to pdf creator and it also gives me the same prompt and only works in non-protected mode as well. However, my other computer which has windows 7 pro with IE 11 acrobat Pro DC worked fine. and when I he classified 10 Windows I have no problem at all. Adobe engineers and Dell tech have tried everything and I mean everything without success. When I contacted Microsoft they asked me if it worked on board... well duh that ended the conversation.

Thank you for reporting the issue. It is a known problem and the engineering team leans on it.

Let's say I have a Web page with 5 boxes which are essentially buttons/links.

When you click on a box, the box expands and becomes the container of data/content/text.

    1. is it possible to Animate?

    2. the output will be in html5/css code?

    3. it will be compatible with all types of browser?

    4. it will be sensitive.
