  I have use a Toshiba Windows 7 upgrade disk that could be my problem. I used the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor and Windows 7 Ultimate disc.

  I tried to download and install the latest Windows 7 32 bit DVD Toshiba drivers but still no joy.

  Can someone advise procedure I should follow to correct, if I need to downgrade back to Vista, hope not!

  I have a CD of free upgrade to windows 7, which had been communicated with my vista pc purchase. I don't want to do the widows 7 level installation on Vista. I want to be able to run two operating systems and have both available to choose from at the start upward. Is this possible? Once it restarted, the screen works reconfiguration and became black.
