  (2) Toshiba Win7 Drivers Upgrade drive

  I have updated successfully however the drivers Toshiba disk does not list my model of laptop. I tried to install the drivers on the disk for the OEM software such as drivers of web cam (which are not available online), but they do not work. Also now my DVD player does not open and I can't view the contents of the disc?

  Can someone advise who I come into contact with to get a drive for my laptop model?

However, when you try to update the firmware of the DVD drive for my particular model (PSAK9E-00C003EN), I realized that the firmware he suggested was wrong. After watching on my pc, I discovered that my drive is Pioneer DVD - RW DVRTD08A (1.50), but I can't find information anywhere on the net about the updates of the firmware (or the existence of this drive at all!).   Satellite Pro A300D was equipped of various CD/DVD players.
  On the Toshiba driver page, you can find an update of the firmware that came out for a CD/DVD drive that was not installed in your laptop and so you can not install this update.

  If you are unable to find an update of the firmware of your CD/DVD drive, then an update doesn't exist and is not necessary!

  Regarding the sound issue:
  You have posted some info on the series of the laptop but I put t know which model of laptop you have exactly: Satellite L750D-xxx

  Your DVD drive is visible in Device Manager? If so you can try to run the option "Troubleshooting" from there.
