  I'm not an expert in the design of the filter, only a person in applying them, so please can someone help me with an explanation?

  I need to filter signals very infrequent using a buttherwoth filter 2. or 3. order of the bandpass 0.1 to 10 Hz.

  Very relevant amplitudes are BELOW 1 Hz, often less than 0.5 Hz, but there is as well the amplitudes beyond 5 Hz to observe.

  It's fixed and prescribed for the application.

  However, the sampling rate of the measuring system is not prescribed. It may be between say between 30 and 2000 Hz. Depends on the question of whether the same set of data is used for analysis of the higher up to 1000 Hz frequencies on the same measure or this is not done by the user and he chooses a lower sampling rate to reduce the size of files, especially when measuring for longer periods of several weeks.

  To compare the response amplitude of 2nd and 3rd order filter, I used the example of IIR filtering .vi and response:

  I was very surprised when I found that the response of greatness is considerably influenced by the SAMPLING RATE I say the signal generator in this example vi.

  Hello Cameron and thanks for my lenses of compensation.

  I can now proudly present the solution of my problem.

  It seems to be purely a problem of the visualistion information filters through the cluster of the scale.

  After looking in the front panel of the IIR, I suddenly noticed that the "df" of the pole size is changing with the Fs of the input signal.

  For a Fs to 30 Hz, the "df" is 0.03 Hz so you see the curve of the filter with more points, see png.

  For a Fs 300 Hz "df" is 0.3 Hz, so the curve is larger with only 3 points between 0 and 1 Hz.

  For a 1 kHz Fs the df is 0,976 Hz, so there is no point in the graph between 0 and 1 Hz.

  It's strange that for constant Fs, df of this cluster NOT reduced with the increase in the number of samples, as it does in an FFT.

  However, I hope now the filter used now for the curves obtained with the proposed Lynn way and the response of greatness from the filter information fit together.

  You simply set the font size of the car. Is at the top of the dropdown list font size, just before 6.

  I called support and they confirm that even if it shows that it will be compatible, there will be a problem. They recommend using a USB dongle to give you the 5 GHz, you need.

• Text size in compiled exe - required tutorial files changes!

  Hello, can someone explain how to manage the text sizes in control and list boxes to make them predictable in the final application?

  I just got very frustrated when an exe compiled labview which works very well on a test PC for a few days has completely changed the size of most of the elements of text when I moved it to the first production machine!

  It started with my upgrade of the development system of LV2015 to LV2015sp1 and at the same time change for a new laptop computer. All the text was larger in the front panels.

  I got little support help to understand this, but many had to be corrected manually. I learned not to use the windows 7 Zoom to 125% or 150% for example.

  Exe, I built and run on the development computer looked like enough to when it is run within the development system.

  But when I installed the software on a PC to test all the text was smaller... I had to move all the controls again and enlarge the text to make it visible.

  And now finally when I took the exe file of work of the test system for the production system the text was bigger still...

  There is clearly something I don't understand here, I hope someone can enlighten me! I mostly let the police stay on "make application 15 p" or whatever the standard configuration is, simply by changing the size if necessary.

  Versions

  All systems are Windows 7 Swedish, all running in 64-bit windows.

  LabVIEW is 32-bit 2015sp1 (tried on the old system of dev with 2015 32 bit - the same result)

  Runtime is LV2015f1 and f3 as I have found no 2015SP1 TERM.

  Set current font to something fixed (standard windows fonts 7 is Segoe UI, in XP it was arial). Do not use any system, dialog, fonts of the application on the façade. Most controls use the application fonts. So Ctrl + A-> set fixed font.  The internal components of the controls (chart axis fonts, type defs) sometimes need to be adjusted manually.

  Check vi has no checkmarks on properties vi-> window size page (keep the proportions for different display resolutions, on the scale as window resizes).

  also I do not use af:carousel component used instead af:iterator.

  is it possible I can get number total i.e. nodes size outside a java bean.

  something like #{nodes.size} or nodes.length.

  Please suggest something which can fly running (i.e. performing edition of the model should be enough)

• A separate loopback adapter is required on a laptop?

  I have installed Oracle on laptop computers with IP DHCP addresses several times and always followed the instructions to add a loopback database Oracle pre-installation requirements

  I wonder if this is really necessary on modern laptops Windows 7? I can just putORACLE_HOSTNAME=localhost and have everything work?

  I want to install Oracle Server Standard Edition 11.2.0.3.

  ping localhost works with all Wi - Fi networks and disconnected there seems to be a loopback service installed by Windows 7.

  Most of the facilities of DHCP are actually pretty static when you assign a TCP/IP address and the host name, however, has DHCP for configuration to change potential address TCP/IP from your computer and host name and therefore can break software configurations that rely on a fixed TCP/IP address. It is there that the MS Loopback card comes into play, which allows the user to assign any TCP/IP address, but access is restricted within the system or the host computer, similar to the localhost loopback address.

  The 127.0.0.1 address IP is an address reserved and built-in TCP/IP software. The name Localhost is defined in the hosts file and used by the program for local name resolution.  It's all very basic TCP/IP network management knowledge and there is a lot of information about this on the web.

  You can use localhost or 127.0.0.1 for Oracle database server? Of course you can. You can configure any network service to use localhost, but access will be restricted to the local computer only. In fact, localhost or 127.0.0.1 should always work even when services are allocated to the TCP/IP from your network adapter address. Goes the same for the MS Loopback Adapter, except that it allows you to specify an IP address any and gives you more options to test and analyze network traffic.

  Type size refers to the size of the slug type-based. Baseline will be located above the background of this slug, with descneders going below the base line and the caps and ascenders goes upward, but there are no rules or amounts set for how long the height total slugs will be used (and you can assume that there is always at least a certain clearance top and bottom to avoid collisions between the lines.

  Hi all - I am trying to create a report that shows the number of projects for the past weeks 13 with a column for each week.
  
  I can get the correct filter for the current week, but I don't know how to revise my expression sql for the previous weeks.
  
  I use the 'In between' operator on the column of date with the following sql expressions:
  
  TIMESTAMPADD (SQL_TSI_DAY,-(DAYOFWEEK (CURRENT_DATE)-1), CURRENT_DATE)
  and
  TIMESTAMPADD (SQL_TSI_DAY, 7-DAYOFWEEK (CURRENT_DATE), CURRENT_DATE)
  
  As I said, this works to get the data for the current week. Does anyone know how I would revise to search beforehand for the week or two weeks earlier?

  If I understand correctly, you want to get a report showing the number of project per week for the current week and 12 weeks before? But according to what date? The date of project creation (I guess you have a field like that)?

  In this case, you will need to place a filter by saying something like:

  Where "Date of creation" between "Current date" and "Date of the day - 12 weeks.
  * Date Opened. Date BETWEEN TIMESTAMPADD (SQL_TSI_WEEK-12, CURRENT_DATE) AND CURRENT_DATE *.

  I guess you'll have to use the TIMESTAMPADD function with interval SQL_TSI_WEEK, the current date and the value 12.

  I tested the service request creation date to have the number of service request for the last 5 weeks, it worked...

  Would need a laptop 130W power adapter or the 150W? I prefer the 130W if it will work without problem, because I guess it would be smaller.

  It works, and an adapter 130W, it seems very well... and no external cooling fan seems necessary, but I'm not a gamer... I tried a few tests of stress, including the cpu and gpu together at the same time and the only that it becomes hot enough to worry is the prime95, but apparently the newer versions of this software use fpu too and very hot processors. Older versions don't you almost as hot. However, it's winter. In the summer a cooling package may be necessary. Right now the laptop is just flat on the desk with the lid closed.

  Basically kernel time run low average of years 40 to 80 years. 80 that I only ever really during the stress tests. I got 90 using this last premium 95... but it's the only thing that was always close to 90.

  I'm so happy. The adapter of 150W (generic) in the store wouldn't run with the i5 processor (before upgrade - do not test after upgrade)... but I think the 130W is fine, even if I play games. Most of the apps I don't use the GPU dedicated anyway. I recommend this upgrade for those who really don't mind completely dismantle their computer and putting it back together. There is a good video how to replace the motherboard (in line - but I don't know if it's on youtube... but is it on google)

  I have Windows XP sp3 on my A30. Try to install something for my son, but he says that it is unable to run because it requires a graphics card that supports Shader Model 2.

  Are there new drivers that would work?... is .or impossible for me to hope for this configuration supports Shader Model 2?

  Welcome to the forum!

  ATi Radeon 7000, which has been used in the units of the A30 is * very * long in the tooth by today's standards and there is not much that can be done on its performance or lack thereof.

  The 'latest' driver's eight, according to IBM/Lenovo:

  These machines are still OK for light use of navigation and office, the GPU is still their biggest bottleneck.
