Pre installed apps are missing after reset

My iPad came with GarageBand, iMovie, Pages, Keynote, and Numbers pre installed. After resetting my iPad these applications had gone and not purchased. Is there a way I can get that back?

A connect to the App Store with the AppleID and the unit is approved in virtue?

BTW, apps, part of iLife and iWork, come not pre-installed but are available as a free download on the new features.

  • Fonts I have installed in the font book are missing after the upgrade 10.11.6

I ran the upgrade recommended this morning at El Capitan 10.11.6 on my end 2011 MacBook Pro. A certain font was not available when I opened an Illustrator document, so I opened the font book to see why and found that hundreds of fonts, I entered the book of policies over the past year or more are missing. I know that real fonts are still in my police records, but a number of hours of work participated in their addition to the font book and organize them into folders. Is all the work is lost, where can I access the preferences that contain this information somehow? What a brake if not. Font book does not yet have all folders that I put in place, they are just empty and only the core system fonts are loaded.

Unless I can access the old prefs I guess I also install all my software again, to make sure that necessary fonts are loaded?

    Help!

Use your backup Time machine restore.

Your book plist police is located on via Finder > go > go to folder, copy and paste:

-Apps have disappeared but app store think they are always installed

-For missing applications, the 'Open' button will be grayed out when I search for them in the app store.

-The title of the list of app updates, some applications will not have button normal update even if they are listed as having an update. If I click on the app description, she goes to the details and show an update button. But after the update, the button open does not work. This app will not be judged on the phone. You and your wife have separated Apple ID, right?  If not, do this (start) using separate identifiers immediately.

  • Cannot find "automatic detection" to reinstall the software pre-installed on my desktop after installing win7

I did a full install of win7 from vista on my hp Pavilion a6250z desktop which has deleted my preinstalled software that came with the computer.  They told me to go to hp and run detection system to reinstall the software, but after a lot of research were not able to find auto-detection. Any ideas on where should I look for?  Thank you!

What we call "automatic detection" can be found HERE. The only thing he finds some drivers and install some software updates for your original Vista. HP no longer provides the software pre-installed on their Web site.

My experience is that if you have created your HP recovery disks when you got the computer or just before you did a clean install of Windows 7, you should be able to find most of the original software on the discs. Insert the HP recovery disc in the DVD drive and navigate to the folder "HP". In this folder should be a file 'Drvr' and a file 'Apps '. You should be able to find the software preinstalled in the "Apps" folder Note that some programs may not work correctly because they were not designed to be used with Windows 7.

This is a known issue, we all see that if we have a specific application installed.

I forgot if they said it is already solved in the next version, but it is without a doubt on their list of priorities.

    Hi Furqan,

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community Forum.

The issue may have been caused due to conflict of third party software. I suggest you to restart the computer in safe mode and perform the clean boot to avoid conflicts.

Put your system to the clean boot state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. You must follow the steps in the article mentioned below to perform a clean boot.

How to perform a clean boot in Windows

Note: see 'How do I reset the computer to start normally after a boot minimum troubleshooting' to reset the computer starts normally after troubleshooting.

Also, try to rebuild your icon cache and check.

    (1) close all programs
    2) click Start, and then type CMD (without the quoatation marks) in the search programs and files engine
    (3) then right click on the CMD program that appears in the list, and then select: run as administrator
    4) access: C:\Users\\AppData\Local
(at the prompt enter: CD /d %userprofile%\AppData\Local now, press the "Enter" key)
    (5) now delete the IconCache.db file as follows: DEL IconCache.db /ah and press the enter"" key.
    (6) close the command window.
    7-restart the computer.

Important: Microsoft recommends the use of security that one software alone both. With the help of many will create conflicts between them.

MacBook Air (13 inch, mid 2011)

    MacBook Air 4,2

Intel Core i5 at 1.7 GHz

    4 GB memory

I upgraded to El Capitan (10.11.3) and now the calendar and Contact applications are missing. I was not iCloud used for backup or restore.

Before the upgrade, I was running 10.6.8. I had a Time Machine backup on an external USB drive.

I went to Time Machine to restore the applications, but they are missing in the Applications folder. Strangely, the address book more older (v9.0) and iCal (v5.0.3) apps are here. I copied them to the computer and I can run them. My contacts reappear in somehow, but not my calendars.

I had the calendar and Contacts before the backup, and they worked normally.

I can't find a way to download the latest calendar and contacts applications. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to reinstall OS X from your recovery disk. I do not know what effect (if any) installation of older applications will have...

    1. what programs are missing from the system?

    2. what spyware Antivirus software do you use?

You can try a system restore to a previous point where you have not experienced the problem.

Note: When you perform the system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

  • WebVPN install svc *.pkg missing after reload - bug?

    Hello!

    I use a CISCO1921/K9 with T1 IOS 15.1 (3) and a license offers ipbasek9, securityk9, datak9, SSL_VPN.

After a work of webvpn configuration I run in troubles after a reload - of course, the running-config is copied before reloading. )

    This line of config:

WebVPN install svc usbflash0:/webvpn/anyconnect-win-2.5.3055-k9.pkg sequence 1

is missing after a refill. Consequence: the "Client Anyconnect" refuses to connect. What can be the reason? This is the '1' sequence - I don't have a single sequence and not many of them? I use this CLI entry

WebVPN install svc flash:/anyconnect-win-2.5.3055-k9.pkg sequence 1

to install - the above line appears in the output of the running-config - is it the right way?

    Grateful for the advice.

  • I've removed the pre-installed app of xbox table surface how to reinstall?

I've deleted app pre-installed surface table xbox how to reinstall it back?

    Hello AmanRaj,

In fact, you do not delete apps, detach you them or uninstall. Try this if you have uninstalled the app: go to the store, sweeping in a bit on the right side of the screen to bring up the charms. Select search, in search box type xbox for it, then pick it up. Your Xbox app should be listed to be installed.

  • My executable Application are missing after the upgrade to Windows 8?

I've upgraded to Windows Vista Premium 8 and now my executable files of the application are missing? Can anyone tell where they went?

To install Windows 8 Windows Vista or Windows XP, you must perform a new installation. This means that you will not be able to keep the settings, all files or programs when you upgrade.

You need to reinstall your executables.
