  Hello, so I use Premiere Pro CS6 now for only a few months and when I imported (using "capture" or F5) and tested a few images a HDV camera using a miniDV Tape, I noticed that Premiere Pro would be to import the mpeg format.   I use Premiere Pro CS6 for some time now, but only for stereo video projects. I recently started working on a short film and necessary 5.1 Surround sound as well. I created a track 5.1 surround to the AU and were able to control the sound and the surround panning effects in AU during development. Here is the Audio parameters and mapping the chain, I used to get my 5.1 working so I could control:

  

  As can be seen, I chose the default Ms Device Class here, and everything seems fine. I have 6 channels identified and mapped in the right corners. I also confirmed that my title of master in AU is 5.1 Surround. I exported a 5.1 WAV and it imported to the RA, in a session of 5.1 surround, confirming that the track where landed the WAV file and the captain are both 6 channels (and even if the order is displayed differently, the content correctly mapped from UA in Pr).

  Now, my fun began. When I followed the audio Pr, I mean only stereo. So, I check my channel mapping in Pr, as shown below:

  

  As can be seen here as well, I chose the sound 'default' first Pro WDM. I learned that the WDM is a newer version of MS and encapsulates all the functionality of Ms. I don't know why in the use Mrs. and Pr WDM. However, as shown, with WDM chosen, I have that 2 channels in the dialog mapping to work with, not the 6 I (and was in AU). I can't will produce these other four channels.

  As seen in the fall down captured in the screenshot above, I also ASIO4ALL installed, but shows too only 2 channels in the Pr and the AU. Interestingly, when I move the mouse over the selection of the speakers in the control panel of ASIO4ALL, it indicates there are only 2 channels (but says that there are 6 INPUT channels). Creative SBZ series ASIO option is not better, offering only 2 channels.

  So I went to check my system settings, which are all shown below:

  

  As seen above, Windows knows y 5.1 surround on the system, and the Test available in the box on the left bottom proves that each speaker is configured and working properly. Hearing knows as 5.1 is available on my system and use it correctly, as described above. However, Pr refuses to acknowledge this fact and therefore, I am unable to monitor projects 5.1 surround on my system. If the AU neither Pr worked, then I would mark it down as driver or the sound card, but as an Adobe product problems correctly uses the audio system and the other is not, it leads me to believe that it is Pr that is at fault.

  So, my question is the following: why Pr won't recognize my as to the fact 6 output channels?

  I finally got an external audio interface (MOTU UltraLite MK3), and I can see NOW all channels in Pr and to the. So it seems that it WAS the Creative Soundblaster card and it has the drivers (32 vs 64, or something similar) which prevented one or the other of Pr or AU to see the surround channels.

  This is a user forum, you talk to other users like you, no Apple or the manufacturer of your GPU - which is, moreover, you neglected to specify in your message.

  When you post should give specific information - in this case, your mac model, and especially what GPU it uses.

  Some Macs have discreet GPU NVIDIA or AMD, some only the integrated Intel GPU.

  I have a client who is willing to burn me a DVD of their marriage, and I wanted to use again. However, I noticed that he was not a part of the cloud creative and discovered that it's included with Premiere Pro CS6. I had it installed on my computer, but has not yet had for some reason any. So I uninstalled Premiere Pro CS6 my computer, just to see if I would get the opportunity to install even if I reinstalled Premiere Pro CS6. But now, when I look into the creative cloud app, I can not even find Premiere Pro CS6 to install. I looked under the tabs 'Previous Version' so much 'find additional Apps', and it is not found.   I need to publish a DVD 2 disc set (with menus on both discs), because the final length video in Premiere Pro CS6 is about 3.5 hours. In the past I just sent my large video file to an editor, and they put my file on 2 discs. But now I'll be self-publishing and the need to know what is the best way to create my DVD. I have Encore CS6, but cannot find a way step over the images between two discs. What do I have to split the video into Premiere Pro, then send it to yet? Or export the file in full size/resolution of the PP and it is separated into yet?

  And what settings should I use in PP and yet?

  BTW, I'm on Windows 10, so I don't know if I need Quicktime to DVD (cannot install on Windows 10). Thank you!

  What is the length of the program? Don't forget to use 560/minutes or a bitrate calc to fill as many disks as you can for a better quality, no sense given the empty space (unless the program is less than an hour, then it is inevitable).

This makes me wonder if the new Mac support the maximum speed for the Mercury playback engine?

  I use Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 on a MacBook Air. (I use an external hard drive for files and the project, don't worry). I'm editing an average movie film I already filmed and stored on my hard drive, however the audio is missing part of a clip when I open it in the program. When I play the original video in QuickTime format, the sound is fine. In Premiere Pro, the audio works at the beginning of the clip, then it just suddenly stops at a certain point and does not return. It stops at the same place everytime I play it. I tried to open Bars and tones, and I hear the tone very well. I tried to look at the audio mixer Panel, and nothing is cut or a smaller volume. I double checked to see if the clip is on and it is indeed turned on. As far as I know, there is no other clips blocking audio somehow. I tried to cut the video with the razor tool to see if he wanted to kickstart audio feedback, still nothing. I tried to change the name of the video. MTS of. AVI (tip, I found online), no change. I have really no idea what is the problem, or why the audio is missing. And I don't understand why it affects only part of the clip. The clip is around 10 - ish minutes and audio works for about the first ten seconds, then stops. He's a longer video which is about 20 minutes in the length, clip, that I'm getting is the last half of the video.

  Open the item in Adobe Media Encoder and export it as a WAV file. See if the Audio is finished. If so, put that in first and make a subelement with the original video file.
