  I am currently working in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. When I import my media into my workspace and drag it into the timeline, the preview area where you can review your cup video remains black. Double-click the imported file gives the same result. I was initially import files .jpg (about 300 KB of size for each) so I tried to import various other image formats - .png, .tiff, etc... I even imported a my scene movie file to determine if the problem was with my format of content. With video, the audio plays fine, but the video remains empty in the preview area. I tried rendering my workspace and change my initial parameters of the project, but to no avail. I went to my preferences for first and far as I know, everything seems fine.

  I use the software on a HP Pavilion, Windows 7 intel core i7, 8 GB of ram with a 2 GB of 650 M from nvidia card. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  Have you tried to change your Video Renderer? It would be under the project > project settings > general. Switch option only the Mercury playback engine software and see if it helps.

  It there is no option to change the radius of (CRA) corner of the rounded rectangle and no other way that I never discovered in the Titler, to make a decent shape for her.

  Try to remove all the bodies earlier and partially exported versions of the file.  Then open a different project in Premiere Pro (any; even a new project will do).  Go to Edition > Preferenes > Media and click the Clean button.  Close Pr, open your project of problem and try to export again.

  I recently installed debut video capture software and installed codecs for it. I recorded some videos and imported into premiere. When I put it in the sequence and press play, it shows just a black screen, but play the sounds. I played it in photoshop and fine vlc but not first pro. Also, I opened a project I worked on before installing the video capture, and it plays the sound, but shows an empty preview. It worked fine before. How can I fix? I reinstall the creation, or reset something?

  Well, I discovered the problem, first sort was not automatic running on my Nvidia card and that's why it didn't work. I reinstalled first and now my main project media is all dissociated, and the audio is messed up.

  I have installed Premiere Pro CS6 creative cloud, once the application has been installed through the desktop application that I couldn't find how to start.

  From what I was told by an employee, newer than 10.7 Mac must subscribe in the cloud instead of buy CS6... and someone with Win10 must also subscribe to the cloud for CS6 is not compatible (meaning that the seller will ask you your operating system and not sell you CS6 if she does not work on your computer...
