Preparation of review DWCS6 ACA?

Hi all

I'll get the certification of ACA on Dreamweaver CS6. To be better prepared, I completed the "courses" with "Dreamweaver CS6 Classroom in a book" and "Introduction to Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 with ACA Certification", I followed guides and so on. Now, I would like to book this review but I am not completely sure I know everything you need for. Check around, I saw that there are sites that offer the t-prep or something like that, the simulations of the review of the examples and explanations. Thi, overall, for the ACE exam... and I did not see the ACA one!

Someone knows a site where I can buy a license or something like that for this kind of simulation? Or at least, it is a good site where I can practice more (or another book that prepares me better than those, maybe... don't say not that they are bad, but I'm not confident in my preparation).

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I think to do the exam prep ACE... would it be a wise choice? I imagine that, once you are ready for a review of the ACE, the ACA will be a walk in the Park... or am I wrong?

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) exams are much more complete.  To pass this level, you need to be very familiar with:

  • HTML,
  • CSS,
  • scripts on the client's side
  • scripts on the server, side
  • connecting to databases,
  • panels of different behaviors,
  • work with shapes,
  • working with models,
  • and all other aspects of the version of DW software you are tested on.

However, the review of the Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) is more than a review of level intro & not nearly as complex.  It measures the jurisdiction of base with your chosen product.  As such the preparation is not either too rigorous. Below you will find the preparation Guides to ACA for DW CS3 - CS6.

  • I am preparing the review of the OCA. I'm confused below question

Two tables with very restrictive search criteria, index on the common column must be attached and response time needs to be improved. What type?

    a. Merge

    b. Nested Loop

    c. Hash

    d. cluster Join

I think it's Nester loop, but sometimes I see joining the Cluster as a response.

I think that this question of the sample is FAR too vague.

    But the documentation:

A cluster is a schema object that contains the data for one or more tables, which have all one or more columns in common. Oracle database stores set all rows in all tables that share the same cluster key.

Thinking about the ACE or the review of ACA?

If it's the ACE, download and study guide review. If the subject is out there, it's fair game for the text. If the subject is not included you can safely ignore it. You can access the guide link on this page: Photoshop CS6 .

No matter how long you have used the program, you will still need to study the review guide. To separate those who know the program well to those who are truly experts in their field, the questions are deliberately confusing. Good luck!

  • 1Z0-053-question/answer dubious in the preparation package to transcend.

    Hello

I bought the kit for the preparation of review, and I'm confused as a correct answer.

    http://www.Transcender.com/practice-exam/Oracle/1Z0-053.Kap

In what concerns the Flashback Database procedure, he says we have to use STARTUP MOUNT EXCLUSIVE rather thant STARTUP MOUNT.

Enter the documentation of 11 GR 2, they say never do STARTUP MOUNT EXCLUSIVE, but simply STARTUP MOUNT.

Link: scene of Flashback and the database Point-in - time recovery

Here's the screenshot the question of the review and the correct answer.

I have read in some places that the STARTUP MOUNT EXCLUSIVE is obsolete and the simple START SUPPORT is the way to go, unless explicitly.

My answer is OK? Is the suggested answer OK?

If both valid and I see this kind of dualities in the formal review, I would prefer the simple START SUPPORT rather than EXCLUSIVE?

    Thank you

Third party documentation beats every time - even the Kaplan materials, which are generally pretty good.

You are extremely unlikely to find an ambivalent question like that in a review which exists since long 1Z0-053.  In beta exams or tests that came out recently beta maybe.  Those who are there for years should have to solve such problems.

In general, it is best to learn the version the most recent is available, unless you have a need to study a lower version, because it is what is supported (or you need it for a certification exam).

And in general the facilities of an older version you superset of the previous version... but the exceptions, however for PL/SQL here is usually the case.

In your case... 1Z0 - 147... is the oracle 9i-oriented and has a slight tendency to refer to its use in Oracle Forms. In fact, this review is an update of the reviews of earlier versions of PL/SQL.

It is available, a review of altenative 1z0-144, which is oriented to Oracle 10 g / 11g PL/SQL. Wherever you are in I would seriously consider if you would be better off as a result of this review.

While studying the document of 10g PL/SQL for exam 1z0-147 will generally be appropriate...
BUT... you can find one or two questions for exam 1z0 - 147 that PL/SQL 10 g 2 point of view the question may seem inappropriate, or even the 'best' if note would be the same as 9i PL/SQL. The best may to do this is to note all the "new features" from 9i to 10 g 2.

If all this seems a little confusing, the best thing to do is to take the 1z0-144.
And if you still want to take the 1z0-147 learn wha you think you first and and then review what's new.

Personally, I think that it is yet another reason why 1z0-147 must be reprocessed (as well as of 9i DBA OCx) as textbooks online for her now are no longer available... but hey wait, they are always available and candidate could not find them. What a plonker I am. Mission further still 1z0 - 147 candidate should display an are:

  • Request for clarification on the new Solaris Cert review requirements.

    Regarding:
Important changes to Java and Oracle Solaris Certifications
Architect Java, Java developer, system administrator Solaris and Solaris Security Administrator path of certification requirements, starting August 1, 2011, will include a new requirement of compulsory attendance of courses.
Candidates can obtain their certifications with the current requirements of the track available on the website of Oracle Certification through July 31, 2011...

-If two classes are needed and a candidate has participated in the Solaris 10 OS part 2 System Administration which is a pre - req common for both exams, would be that monoclass is sufficient for two exams.

Thanks for the questions. I could get more details on this.

Reference (1) seems to indicate candidates wishing to obtain the OSSA and OSSESA would need to attend two classes, one for each.
    - Or is that what someone already ASFS/OSSA would not attend an additional for OSSESA class (as is the case for 10 DBA OCP/PAP 10 OCÉ).
-If two classes are needed and a candidate has been involved in System Administration Solaris 10 OS part 2 which is a common pre - req for the two reviews, would be that monoclass is sufficient for two exams.

If a candidate holds certification of sysadmin (Sun or Oracle brand), they can get safety Admin certification taking the exam, without additional training. So, 2 possible paths to safety certification Admin will be:
-Oracle Certified Professional, system administrator Oracle Solaris 10 + Oracle Solaris 10 security administrator Certified Expert examination = Oracle Certified Expert, Oracle Solaris 10 security administrator
-Training course + Oracle Solaris 10 security administrator Certified Expert examination = Oracle Certified Expert, Oracle Solaris 10 security administrator

From my point of view and I suspect many others are in my situation, having a 10 existing ASFS.
+.... Does that mean that post July 31, 2001, it was desirable to acquire the ECO 10 OSSESA one course then to must attend after that date? +
+.... Looking forward to Solaris 11; This average current holder of OSSA/ASFS 10 existing will be should he follow a course for the upgrade to what I guess is Solaris 11 certifications at one point. +

If a candidate holds certification of sysadmin (Sun or Oracle brand), they can get safety Admin certification taking the exam, without additional training. This means that if you got your certification Sys Amin before the obligation of running training, your certification will fill always the prerequisite.

What about the next version of certification: in general, Oracle no training required for upgrades, so if you have the Solaris 10 version of certification (if you completed or not training), you will be allowed to upgrade to the new version with no training requirment. However, training is strongly recommended to help better prepare to review and also to better prepare for their role.

  • Quit iMovie, change the size of the video

    Hello

I'm preparing a review of Appstore App.

I use the reflector 2 SW to save some example scenarios of the APP and captures the movements in a mp4 file. Then I use iMovie 10.1 to y to add a melody.

The problem is: iMovie changes the video content with no intention of me either! Yes, it's true!

    The input mp4 file I use is: 1080 (w) x 1920 (h) and in portrait mode.

The output of the iMovie file is: 1920 (w) x 1080 (h) and my video application is confined within a thickness of blackborders...

How can I stop this from happening? I looked around for options for some time. There seems to be no cure, or is it?

    Thank you very much

    Tanner

iMovie works in format 16 x 9. When you add a clip that is the portrait mode and select Insert in the toolbar of harvest that you get the black bars you see. What you can try is to select the crop tool and rotate the clip 90 degrees, then made. Share your video and open it in Quicktime. Here, you can turn it back to portrait and save it. Hope this will solve your problem.

  • Local property node on the VI Analyzer VS variable

Hi I'm preparing my review of CLD. I had this problem...

I learned that there are two methods to update the icon on front panel using the value of the variable local node and property

It is not a good method to update an indicator using these, but if we want to update a control, then there is no choice...

CLD NOR recommend using the property instead of the local variable node, but when I run my code on the VI Analyzer he created an event

believing that it is better to use a local variable for good performance...

    ???????

Yes, the text is correct. Property nodes are useful to access things like visibility and string [] in the control of the ring, but for the value, it is much slower than a local variable.

One of the advantages is that there wired error so you can force the data stream, and given that the nodes property are executed in order, you can use a property expanded node to find out what order things occur, especially compared to a free local and free property node, in which case you would be forced to use a sequence structure where ofc is a bad solution.

  • Windows 7 Anytime Upgrade from OEM Home Premium to professional

Yes I'm agree it is OK - a pure and simple update specified in the EULA is not allowed and I even said that in my first post on this topic. That * IS * explained in the EULA.

Steppenwolff asked what would happen if a component on the computer has failed or otherwise had deformities requiring a replacement and I think who has responded. He asked what if in 3 years I want to go inside my PC because it's quite slow.

In case you have not noticed, what you've posted above is the 'education Operating System Licensing questions' and we don't discuss licenses for schools. In addition, that the document was last updated 17/10/2005 - well before the Windows 7 EULA was relased to the public and it probably was even not prepared or reviewed by the legal teams at Microsoft. How you can use a document to respond to questions about a contract that has been released to the public almost 3 years later is beyond me. Even in this case, this document clearly States at the top: ' Please Note: this Q & A is only for information purposes.»  Your use of Microsoft software products is governed by the terms and conditions of your license agreement. " and dating back to the EULA I really want to know if I missed something - where he mentions motherboards or even anything on the computer's components, upgrades, or component failures?

Yes I'm agree it is OK - a pure and simple update specified in the EULA is not allowed and I even said that in my first post on this topic. That * IS * explained in the EULA.

  • vSphere 6.0 Configuration Max gap

    Hi all

I'm looking for clarification on an inconsistency that I found in the learning material. I am preparing the review of the foundations and I watched the video on the my Web site knowledge. In vSphere 6.0 maximum of Configuration section, it says that the maximum vms for each host is 2048 (see image below), and google searches and regular documentation that this value is 1024. I'd appreciate it if someone from vmware can inform me as to which is incorrect because I wonder if it was increased from 1024-2048 in an update and documentation are not being updated, or if the video is in fact inaccurate. Thanks in advance for your quick reactions

    vsphere_conf_max.JPG

seems a mistake on this slide registered courses.

vSphere 6 config. document anyway, Max is indicating VMs 1024 max 6 ESXi host. and that can be validated in different official sources of VMware.

    https://www.VMware.com/PDF/vsphere6/R60/vSphere-60-configuration-maximums.PDF

I understand, this confusion is purely because the two things are coming from official sources of VMware, but since I have taught a variety of vSphere 6 official courses and everywhere it says that 1024 virtual machines per host ESXi 6.

  • VCA - Datacenter & Cloud experience as a newbiee!

Coming from a cisco networking background and with 2.5 years of experience I was eager to learn and to explore the potential of virtualization and Cloud computing. Not to mention that VMware offers a platform estimated to learn the right of root level, thanks to Vmware the e-learning courses and certification.

To be very frank; It took me 1 week of preparation for each certification from scratch. My message to all of you who are totally new to this technology.

VCA_DCV: I recommend before start up with the e-learning courses it is best to have an idea base on technology and content. Read some pdfs base for introduction - love the vmware products and some concepts of underscore. Once you have a good look at the same thing. Return to the e-learning courses to the rhythm of the participant. At least pass by here a couple of times and then try to make a short note that brings out the purpose/significance of vmware products, features of vsphere, vcenter server etc. That you get with an understanding and clarity. I guess for VTC as preparation should be enough. I scored 400/500

VAC_Cloud: after going through several posts where people claim it is a hard bet that I was quite doubtful to take this test in the first place because I don't have any prior experience. However, I wanted to give it a shot. I followed the same approach for both cloud and appeared for the test. I failed in the 1st attempt (283/500). However I found the questions were not too hard, but yes, we certainly need a better understanding of the concepts yet they are many! I recommend going through the e-learning courses for at least 4 - 5 times, take notes, don't jump no matter which slide and finally make sure you take the practice test again and again (they change few questions in different sets) it's best to familiarize yourself with any questions. I found a couple of in question appeared on the review of the practice test. So make sure that you do it right. And you are good to take the test. I myself presented to the test after 2 days of rigorous preparation and review. I did the review fairly well.

Now I'm on my way to my VCP - VTC training and certification.

    It will be useful.

    All the best

Thanks for the information. I am a newbee VMware and helps me a lot to prepare for the exam...

  • Could not power on VM: msg.vmk.status.VMK_NOT_FOUND.

    Hi all

I am myself preparing the review of the VCP5-DCA, and I build my personal testlab, to try some functions where I need to improve.

At the moment I have following configuration:

    3 x ESXi host: 10.0.0.20 - 10.0.0.22
    1 x NFS server (Linux) - 10.0.0.30
    1 x AD (Windows) - 10.0.0.10
    1 x VCC (Windows) - 10.0.0.11

Network works perfectly between machines. All machines are virtual machines on VMware Worstation 10.

All hosts in ESXi 3 are 5.5(Build 1331820). I exported 3 NFS shares on the NFS server and mounted on all hosts in ESXi 3 they are writable:

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \VMware\VMware CLI\bin vSphere >list of esxcli s ESXi1 u root nfs storage

    Enter the password:

Volume name host share Accessible mounted read-only hardware acceleration

    -----------  ---------------  ------  ----------  -------  ---------  ---------------------

NFS1 nas.tntwrk.info/nfs/1 true true false not supported

NFS2 nas.tntwrk.info/nfs/2 true true false not supported

NFS3 nas.tntwrk.info/nfs/3 true true false not supported

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \VMware\VMware CLI\bin vSphere >list of esxcli s ESXi2 u root nfs storage

    Enter the password:

Volume name host share Accessible mounted read-only hardware acceleration

NFS1 nas.tntwrk.info/nfs/1 true true false not supported

NFS2 nas.tntwrk.info/nfs/2 true true false not supported

NFS2 nas.tntwrk.info/nfs/2 true true false not supported

NFS3 nas.tntwrk.info/nfs/3 true true false not supported

On the NFS in Linux server, I exported all NFS as follows:

    / nfs/110.0.0.0/24(RW,no_root_squash,no_subtree_check,async)
    / nfs/210.0.0.0/24(RW,no_root_squash,no_subtree_check,async)
    / nfs/310.0.0.0/24(RW,no_root_squash,no_subtree_check,async)

There is sufficient disk space on all hard drive partitions that are exported via NFS (I also checked use of IO-nodes, and it is about 1%):

File systemSize used available use % mounted on
    / dev/sdb99G 1.1 G 93 2% / nfs/1
    / dev/sdc99G 62 M 94 G 1% / nfs/2
    / dev/sdd99G 62 M 94 G 1% / nfs/3

Now, I created VM1 and wanted to turn it on, but I'm getting following error:

An error was received from the ESX host turning on VM VM1.

Unable to start the virtual machine.

Has no power on the virtual machine.

Cluster is configured for HA, HA data warehouses are: NFS1 and NFS3 (I think that this information is not relevant, but I wanted to highlight).

Do you have ideas where the problem may be?

Finally I had time to check this problem more deeply and discovered this problem came from the fact that I had 2 ports attached to the same subnet (vmk0 for mgmt, vMotion) and vmk1 for IP VMkernel and them configured with IPs: 10.0.0.20 and 10.0.0.100. When I removed the vmk1 and restarted host all started working as expected.

It was similar to the challenges question with multiple VMkernel Ports on the same subnet. Insider - Articles VMware VMware support.

I wasn't expecting it is a question that I have configured the NAS server to connect with whole subnet 10.0.0.0/24, so same 10.0.0.100 was allowed to use the datastore NFS, bot for some reason any it was causing problems.

  • How exam VCP can be changed after releasing the vSphere 5.1?

    Hi all

I am preparing to review the VCP of vSphere 5.0, and now vSphere 5.1 came out, so I have a few questions on the possible evolution of the review of the VCP in near future:

-Do you know or can you guess when the knowledge/skills based on vSphere 5.1 will be tested on the exam?

-Exam based on vSphere 5.1 will be a separate with its own code review, or the current review of the VCP5 is updated to include the content of vSphere 5.1?

-If the VCP5.1 exam (based on vSphere 5.1) will be a separate consideration, it will replace the current VCP 5.0 review? or the two exams for vSphere 5.0 and 5.1 coexist at the same time?

I have invested in current VCP5 exam, so I just want to know if I take VCP5 review the earlier to avoid the review update/update/change? or don't have to hurry because vSphere 5.1 will not affect the current review of the VCP5?

Thank you very much for the advice,

    Minh

This question comes up every time VMware a minor version of vSphere, and the answer is that PCV tests are independent of minor versions. VCP510 is the exam for VCP for vSphere 5, not 5.0 or 5.1.

The certification team go through each of the questions in the pool for the review and ensure that each item is valid for all minor versions. Unless VMware publishes a new examination plan that specifically call 5.1, you can continue your preparations you are today.

  • question about oca and Ocp 10 g DBA

    Hi all

I want to prepare the review of 10g DBA, OCA and ocp.

Can I provide instead of the 1z0-051 exam 1z0-007 exam?

    Thx a lot

I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be collecting this article, except that it is obsolete.  Is About.com, Oracle.com and is thus not definitive (and Oracle's Web site even occasionally has errors).  In five minutes I could get you 10 articles on the Web about the certifications of Oracle 8i, and they've been retired for years.

How about this a definitive link.  It is the site of Oracle and in particular mentions that 1Z0-007 retired July 31, 2013.
