Presarion CQ62 - Combo adapter

I have a "adapter HP 65W smart ac/auto/air combo" leave early and wonder if that fits my Presario CQ62. The P/N on the map is 394202-001 and # is 403706-001 replacement.

Marking on it said output of charge mode not 15.0V and the release of charge mode say 19.5V. The charger supplied with the CQ62 gives 18.5V. Both have the same exact connector to the CQ62.

I can't find the Combo cards manufacturer on any page of HP and looking for the adapter said HP pages it gives 18.5V, but it is marked 19.5V.

It will blow my diet or it'll work?

Thank you

Peter

Part number 403706-001 I have the following information on partsurfer website:

403706 001 AC/DC Smart adapter - adapter automobile/truck/air 65 w - accepts AC and DC - input 100-240VAC and 10-32VDC of entry voltatges - 18.5VDC voltage output - requires detachable 3 son power cord with plug C5 (part of ED993AA)

So if this fits your laptop CQ62, this card should work just fine.

    Hello

    Thanks for providing this information.

I would like that go you to this link: drivers PC laptop Compaq Presario CQ62-421NR. Once here use the "scan now" under the control of the updates. This will scan your laptop all the updates that are available. If you see something that indicates wireless, make sure that this update is complete.

The other option to do this: go to the Device Manager (start type in search Device Manager), under network adapters, you should see the wireless card. Make a note of it (it must be a brand name) so that you can reply back with it. You can then right click on it and try to update directly from the driver.

If neither help in updating the wireless, please answer back with card network information. In addition, the operating system that is currently installed on the laptop.

  • X 220-headphones and microphone port combo adapter

Hello, I want to save my external microphone as well as the hearing using the helmet on this laptop. Because the connection is a combo Harbour, this means I need an adapter of some kinds.

    I tried this one:

    http://www.theheadsetbuddy.com/PC-headset-to-35mm-Phone_c36.htm

And I don't know if it's the cable or the pc - it is very picky with me able to record low levels... With funny behavior as part of the position of the microphone in my helmet and I need to tweak the connection to get a balance between appearing as "not connected" and to work somehow, to turn off a loud static noise and appearing as connected.

found the problem. In the Smart audio settings, the "tab" speaker has an option for multi flow or classic flow. The multistream in his description seems to have its independent in the speakers and headphones. Also it messes up the microphone, perhaps the combination of the two (internal and external)?

Classic to change that, all allowed cables to work properly. Woohoo!

  • AC/DC Combo adapt failure/short

I bought the slim AC/DC adapter with my ThinkPad and at first it seems to work, but it soon became apparent that he had a short which would cause it to fail intermittently. I've isolated to the point where the cable comes out of the brick.

I first noticed the problem about 8 months ago but sat on it too long and inadvertently let expire the first anniversary of my laptop computer purchase. The product has been used to sentence, and he has no works as advertised, so I hope that Lenovo will offer to replace it, even if the warranty period has expired on a technical level.

But I can't understand how (otherwise than through the forums) someone at Lenovo to know if you will honor this contact.

    Help?

    Tim

As far as I saw, you can not. The product is no longer in warranty and unless you modify the warentee (as they sometimes did on defective batteries) or issue a recall notice, it is not really much you can probably do. I've only had problems with mine, and it's doing the same thing as yours just after the warentee period is in place (I have two plugs DC fried in the period of warentee.) You're not alone in the situation, but you probably will get stuck there until you buy a new.

    Hello

I turn my Wi - Fi adapter to something "better."  I don't know much about Wi - Fi adapters, so I can't really specifficaly highlight what I'm looking for.

The power adapter is: Mediatek MT7630E 802.11bgn (according to the Device Manager). If you can point me to a list of compatible cards I can research the differences.

I hope my question is not too vague.

    Thank you very much!

Your notebook is new enough to be beyond the problem of the 'white list', so you can install any adapter compatible wi - fi, correct form factor.

    Here is the Service Manual:

  • Want to M6 1225DX: updated HP Envy M6 1225DX wireless adapter

I'm looking to upgrade the card wireless in my HP Envy M6 1225DX.  Here are a few features on the machine:

    Product # D1E93UA #ABA

    CPU: Intel i5 - 3230M @ 2.6GHz

    RAM: 8 GB DDR3 SDRAM

    GPU: Intel HD graphics 4000

Wireless: Ralink RT5390R 802.11bgn Wifi adapter

OS: Windows 7 x 64 (I know that HP does not support this)

    BIOS version: F.26

The wireless adapter that is currently installed (Ralink RT5390R) only supports SISO and the download speed tops out around 18-20Mbps.  I'm looking to replace this card with a card compatible MIMO and bluetooth, for example a 7260 Intel.

I read on several forums that HP basically whitelists some cards wireless in BIOS.  I have reviewed the maintenance manual and it has a list of compatible cards I listed below:

    • Atheros WiFi 802.11b/g/n 1 × 1 9485GN and 3012 adapter Bluetooth 4.0
    • Atheros 802.11b/g/n 1 × 1 Bluetooth adapter Combo WB225
    • Broadcom 4313GN 1 × 1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 adapter 802.11b/g/n 20702
    • Module Intel Centrino Advanced-N WLAN 6230
    • MediaTek MT7630E 802.11bgn Wi - Fi adapter and adapter Mediatek Bluetooth 4.0
    • 1 × 1 Ralink RT5390R 802.11b/g/n WiFi adapter
    • RALink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter 690020-001 1 × 1
    • Atheros AR9565 1 × 1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter 802.11b/g/n
    • Module Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235 WLAN for the Japan only

These are the only cards I can run in this machine?  I also read somewhere that HP no wireless adapter like whitelisting in the BIOS, and if that's the case, would a BIOS update fixed this problem?

I've been watching the 7260 Intel, but I don't know if it would work and would not order it and he has no job.   This adapter could work in this phone or I am I'm confined to the list given in the service manual?  If I'm limited to the above list, no matter what recommendatins to the adapter that will give me what I'm looking for?

Basically, what I'm looking for in a wireless adapter is:

    • Supports A/B/G/N and AC at 2.4 Ghz and 5.8 Ghz bands.
    • More high speed possible
    • Bluetooth 4.0
    • 1/2 height Mini PCIe form factor

I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question about your m6-1225dx HP ENVY Notebook and supported wireless cards. Yes, these are the cards that are supported in your notebook and fortunately will work with your graphics card and processor.  Some say that just restore BIOS to factory default help if you decide to go with your choice.

  • HP Probook 450 G2: adapt WLAN upgrade possible?

My Probook 450 has a slow transferspeed of via Wifi connection. I have the Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn 1 x 1 Wi - Fi (+ BT4.0 HMC Combo adapter?)

but I don't know that I have the adapter bluetooth handsets. This because I see only 1 cable antenna.

Can I put this adapter for extra speed to Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2 x 2 WiFi + Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 BT 4.0 adapter combo?

    Hope someone can clearify this.

I'm very surprised it is working very well and have good reception on both bands with a single antenna.

Hi, need a m6-1105dx with a map of wifi Atheros AR5B125. need to upgrade the card for best wifi speeds and enjoy my Airport extreme 5 GHz band. Product # to the laptop: C2L91UA. I am running windows 10. So, what most recent wifi adapters and will be compatible with this system?

    Thank you

Sorry to say (as always) but it is the 'white list' HP and the system works only with certain very specific wifi cards. These are the only ones from the Manual:

    Atheros WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 adapter and 1 × 1 9485GN 3012 655795-001

    RALink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter 690020-001 1 × 1

Atheros AR9565 802.11b/g/n 1 × 1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter for use only on the computer with a processor Intel 690019-001 models

That fat would be OK, but it's a typo. If you are looking for this part number, it's a much smaller card. Yet once again, I'm sorry, but this is a feature of HP had for years in order to comply with the laws of the Federal communication.

As a general rule, 'white lists' HP provides a set of HP adapters WiFi to work on a particular model. HP does not seem to provide a WiFi 7260 Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC adapter, it is unlikely that any version of no HP you find will work on your computer.

    Following the previous post...

Have since been advised by HP which recommended the HP 90 watt Slim Combo Adapter to run a 12v car support Probook... they added the adapter equipped with a suppressor to limit any voltage fluctuations and will be the input of pure sinusoidal wave who recommend HP to power the Probook. Now, I haven't checked this Advisor nor can attest to its accuracy - just post here as HP solution to my problem because they recommended.

  • Should which adapter I for a T61?

I searched in the Lenovo forums and could still not find a definitive answer to my question. I get a T61 used the adapter was lost, so I don't know what was sent with the machine originally. I need to order a new and I would order it until the computer arrives. But I looked at the possible choices and do not know if it is possible to know the right answer without knowing the T61 serial number because I don't have any idea what kind of graphics card there. There are, apparently, 65 watts and 90 Watt adapters, but I don't know who is right or wrong or if it's just that one is better or worse than the other.

I'm in the United States, so it turns out that I'm looking for a 'figure 8' as opposed to a "mickey mouse". I travel so if there's a guy who would make it easier to use on a plan that would be good to know too. I will also have the cable that plugs into the wall too.

If anyone has specific part numbers, I would be very grateful.

The ThinkPad and Lenovo 90W Slim AC/DC Combo Adapter will power any configuration T61 and can also supply/recharging other portable devices, so this would be a more useful solution to meet the needs you describe.   It comes with a power cord 'local' for any region of the world in that buy you the packs in the transport package provided.
