  I upgraded to Sierra and I used to be able to use a fantastic extension called ClickToFlash, which would replace all the Flash on a web page with a white window and I would click above to load the Flash content.

  This extension does not work on Sierra I am looking for an alternative.

  In my view, there ClickToPlugin but after installing it, YouTube videos are all black screens and I do not see the drop down choices of media. So it seems that it is watered.

  I can't use Safari if I can't stop Auto playing every single video on each web page. Anyone know anything else?

  Open system preferences > Flash Player and select the Advanced tab, and then click clear all under settings and navigation data.

  Then quit and relaunch Safari and then test ClickToFlash.

  I speak not of advertising videos.  It seems that there is a new trend that sites add the AutoPlay videos as part of their normal textual content.  It's really annoying to try to read the article and have this semi-connexes video game.

  The message looks like the laptop will not boot the disc.

  The question is: is this a problem with the new recovery disks, or perhaps with Notepad

  To be honest, I think his recovery disk problem, and maybe you will need contact the drive vendor to replace the recovery media.

  But before that, try this:
  Switch on and press F2.
  Now you should be able to access the BIOS. Set the CD/DVD device in the first starting position here. Also, to clear the safe boot option from the UEFI CSM.

  Recently, I've provided a customer with a new Satellite Pro L450 - 13P (Windows 7 Professional). He came back to me the a few days saying it was a great laptop but CD / DVD will not auto play. I googled this problem and I tried all kinds of solutions suggested, including the various changes of registry, uninstall and reinstall the device DVD driver, unchecking and rechecking always use AutoPlay box everything has failed.

  I have a Toshiba Satellite A200 (Vista) and thought I would try to insert an automatic game disc in my drive. To my astonishment, my laptop had developed the same problem, it used to auto play, but now it doesn't.

  Any assistance people can give me in this matter is accepted with gratitude.

  As far as I know autoplay can be set to Autoplay settings (Control Panel).
  There you can define what should happen when you insert each type of media or device.
  For example, I have all the options set to ask me every time.
  Have you tried to change these settings?

  Have you tested with different media?

  If you have noticed that mean the same thing on your laptop computer you have tested with the same support as your client?

  Let us try the following steps.

  Step 1: turn auto play

  1. Open AutoPlay by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, on material and audioand then click AutoPlay.
  2. To turn AutoPlay on, select the Use AutoPlay for all media and devices check box.
  3. Click Save.

  I use Vista Home Basic now service pack2. My DVD player now refuses to autoplay option. Not sure of any critical file is deleted or not. How can I fix Announces restore it? are there any MS ATS engine for detection and fix it? The player displays the loaded CD and can explore the files.   When I try to install a new program in my windows system 7, or when I insert a blank disc to burn music the 'auto play' will not work.  When I opened the computer and right click on the 'E' drive, a window opens and I click on 'Open' and I get another window which asks to me "Please insert a disk".  Can anyone help?

  Select "Change the default settings for the media or deivces"
  There should be a box in the upper left entitled: "Use AutoPlay for all media and devices".
  Place a check in this box and then click on the Save"" button.
  You will also see a long list of options 'media '. two of them are named: blank CD and DVDs.
  You can try the default or set an action from the drop-down list and still "Save" the changes.

  I built this computer 2 months ago, and this is the first time I tried to watch a movie on it. It is running Windows 8.1.

It may be available on the site of Support of DivX.

  It is probably a codec issue missing... have a look to shark007 or k - lite, both add a large amount of codecs on your system also look for mpc reproductive it installs its own codecs and can play the .mkv files (blue ray), but with this program, it will not automatically load ok you select open file or open dvd and that's all... hope this helped
