  I have not read what is happening in an installation of XP to 7. You can find this file on your system:

  C:\Windows.old
  

  If so, you can find one of these:

  • C:\Windows.old\Documents and Settings\your user name
  • C:\Windows.old\Users\your username

  If so, your old given Firefox might be in there. To explore more, it would be useful to set windows to display the hidden files and folders. This article has the steps: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files

  Then search either:

  • \Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profilesyour usernameC:\Windows.old\Documents and Settings\
  • Your username\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles C:\Windows.old\Users\

  Here you can find one or several folders named random semi. Who has most recently updated content is probably the one you want to restore from.

  Bookmarks only

  Go down the old bookmarkbackups folder and copy the last two backups in a location such as the desktop.

  The restore feature will replace the bookmarks in Firefox by default (and what you added since the reset) with all like bookmarks. If you want preserve newly added bookmarks, use the first, export function before the restore, then the import function later. The following articles have details:

  • Restore bookmarks from a backup or move them to another computer - to access backups on the desktop, use the command 'Choose file' menu

• iPhone 6 / Lightroom CC / can not import Photos

  I have problems to import photos from an iphone 6 in Lightroom CC on a computer Windows 10.  There seems to be no problem with the computer recognizes the device from iTunes works fine and I can access the photos on the iPhone folders in file Explorer.  However, when I try to use the "Import Photos and order of videos in LIghtroom, it seems to freeze.  The iPhone is considered to be a source in the window Import Photos and videos, but he is not pulling up from the pictures.  I have no question seeks to import photos with my CF cards or older Apple devices.   I would be very happy to hear possible solutions to fixing this problem.   Thank you!

  Yesterday, I bought and downloaded the Upgrade Version of Lightroom 6 (order number AD018505688).  To complete the installation of the upgrade, I need the serial number for my Lightroom 5.  Unfortunately, I was able to locate only the installation but DVD no box with the serial number on this subject.  Proof of purchase, B & H Photo, for my 5 Lightroom is attached.  Please advise me on how I can proceed with the activation of my Lightroom 6 upgrade.  I think that my proof of purchase must be sufficient to provide you with directions on how to complete the installation of my Lightroom upgrade of version 6.  I'm sure you've had other customers with similar problems.   Thank you for bringing your question about Restrictions here in Apple Support communities. My understanding of your question is that you change the Restrictions, but no change is noticed. I tried the same on my iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 10 and noticed a similar situation. Please allow me the opportunity to explain how the Restrictions is designed to work. First, I put my limitations for applications, do not allow Apps and together 4 +, which basically means everything beyond 4 + will be blocked from buying. Then I went to the App Store and the first app that caught my attention was NCIS: hidden crimes. This app is rated 12 + and is definitely an application I would not want my toddler to help. It is that Restrictions come into play. When I type on NCIS: hidden Crimes, the Get option is grayed out. Restrictions does remove all apps, songs, books, etc. from view, but it will prevent the purchase, download, and install all applications rated above the setting you choose when you set up restrictions. It's the help article that discusses the Restrictions and prevent purchases: Use Restrictions in order to avoid buying on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

  I checked on the restrictions help articles, and I understand where it can be a bit confusing. In the help article Use Restrictions on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, it says "You can use Restrictions, also known as parental control, to block or limit specific applications and features on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch." This means in fact that apps, features or services (rated above that helped you, or if you have turned off completely) can he no longer appears on the device if the restriction is activated and starts blocking them. I also tested this by activating Restrictions and turned the cursor for Safari to off. When I went back to the home screen, Safari doesn't show any more and I could no longer use it.

  I hope this helps to clarify how the Restrictions. If my understanding of the issue was not accurate to the issue that you are experiencing, I will be happy to pursue this issue with you. Please indicate exactly what you took measures, and what expectations you had or the some restrictions, applications, features, or services you are restricted.   You need to activate the phone. There is nothing that the phone can not be activated.

  Are you sure that you don't have a message indicating that the new phone could not use the old backup because the old backup contained a new version of the iOS the new phone has on it? You cannot restore a backup from a device running a newer iOS on a device with an older version of iOS on it. In this scenario, you must update the new phone to the latest version before you can use this backup.

  If the iPhone is running iOS 9.3.3 as indicated in your profile, install the 9.3.4 update.

  Tap Settings > general > software update

  Then try to synchronize your iCloud data.

  Also, when re download music, you must use the same Apple ID, music was purchased with.
