  I have a video consisting of footage of the GoPro. I've edited it together and distributed a reasonable SD (640x480px, 4:3) video using After Effects, Premiere Pro 5.5 and Adobe Media Encoder output (everything is rather ordered). So far, so perfect.

  The problem

  When I try to export the same images, properly edited, using the "Vimeo HD" preset (720px 1280px, 16:9), I get what I would describe as unacceptable "interlacing artifacts" around the edges of things. This is the problem that I'm looking for help.

  Background

  The camera images are 1280 x 960, some 25 fps and some 30 images/s. This doesn't seem to be a question that I get Adobe to mix on the output.

  My film is edited in hierarchical sequences, with the final sequence of 'master' with the same parameters as the images of GoPro native (1280 x 960, 4:3). This sequence I can export directly to the PP5.5 Vimeo SD preset and it's perfect. I put "made maximum quality" and "use interpolation".

  Then, to make the version HD I:

  • create a new sequence, with dimensions for HD to Vimeo, 1280 x 720
  • drop the above 'master' sequence in the new seqence, so there 4:3 images in a container of 16:9
  • scrub through the video, change the position of it so that my images still works in the new format without black borders or a ridiculous harvest. It is a bit of 'effect of movement', with keyframes.

  The result makes and plays perfectly 100% in the monitor PP5.5 window. So far so good.

  
  Now I select 'export', use the 'Vimeo HD' preset and export images. The result is cropped correctly, but there which resembles intertwining of the above objects.

  I tried everything first to increase different speeds etc and try all other settings to see if I could get rid of the artifacts, but nothing has worked. I have googled around, nothing selsible; I can not even find anything on people using a set of images of multiple pp image format, although it must be a common problem. Finally I came here and looked at the FAQ and fact research, still can't find anything, so here I am. Someone at - it ideas?

  If it plays perfectly on the screen but does not correctly export, then the problem is definitely at the stage of export, so there must be one of these settings, but I can't find out who and why.
  

  HA, if I switch to "uTube HD" screening, the objects disappear. The differences seem to be:

  • No keyframe specified distance
  • rate of 24 fps
  • Profile: main

  I suspect the frame rate is the problem, although I'll try each by a switch until I know for sure. I suspect the framerate because some of my images of entry is 25 fps.

  That's all: it's the framerate.

  Solution:

  1. Kindly pointed out difficulty of previous issues
  2. take the standard preset Vimeo HD and change the framerate at 25 fps.

  It's kind of strange that the framerate of the sequence is 29.97, but maybe I can see why he would do tat. In any case, who fixed, thank you.

  Hello, I have problems integrating a video vimeo on my site.

  I'm running AE CC 2015 and to the va through classroom in a book (2014 Release) Lesson 3. I can't get the effect of 'pipes' to work. Is this a bug known, please? I even tried the AE CC 2014 and seems to work ok.

• Download problems with Facebook and Vimeo of first 10 items

  I created a project in HD and I try to download on Vimeo.  First Elements 10 doesn't have a "Preset" so I followed some instructions on the Vimeo site.  The project is "fuzzy" given.  I checked with Vimeo and they said that they converted corresponds to what I sent, so the problem must be in the export - bitrate may be incorrect.  Can someone give me the correct settings for Vimeo of first 10 items.  I can see video of others in HD, and they look good so I don't think it's my computer screen.   I'm sure that you'll need more information on my project so please give me a list of specific things you need to know.  Thank you.

  My problem with Facebook is as follows.  If I use the first Elements 10 preset for download on Facebook, it sounds great, HD quality as expected.  Problem is, I want to download on my business page.  Given that the personal page and the page of the company (managed by my personal account) share a connection, the preset still load to my personal page.  Does anyone know the preset values so I can download video to my company page.  My business is event and wedding videography so I want messages to be as clear as possible.

  If the problem with the additions of Vimeo is resolved then I guess I can share the Vimeo Facebook file.  Thank you.

  I think you overlook what you already have regarding a Vimeo HD preset for export to files for download of the file saved on the Vimeo site.

  Share/computer/AVCHD with Presets = Vimeo HD

  On the Advanced Settings button and video tab, you can customize the preset more away from 1280 x 720 to 1920 x 1080 and increase the speed of transmission, if necessary, to a level that does not give you a prohibitive file size. With profile = hand and Level = 3.1, the range of bitrate is 0.19 to 14 Mbit/s (megabits per second).

  I'd start by default rates of the target = Mã¡XIMUM = 9 Mbps and 8 Mbps and to explore and experiment from there.

  If you customize the preset 1920 x 1080 in the customization of the export settings area, and then change the high profile and level in 5.1

  When you do this the flow range will be 0.19 to 300 Mbps instead of 0.19 to 14 Mbit/s.

  In all cases, check the file size versus bitrate compared to the quality of the final product.

• Photosmart 6520: can't get 2 sides Preset to save

  I use this printer connected by USB to an iMac running OS 10.9.5,, but this isn't a new problem.

  I want to print my bank statements using this configuration: double-sided and odd pages only.  I can't get this save as preset. It seems that when I try to save the current settings as a preset, the margins of Destination Size:U.S Two-Sided Letter paper nor the duplex option are registered.  I also tried to use Long Edge binding and which will not save either.  The same problem occurs if I print in a Safari window or if I save the document in PDF format and try to print from an excerpt.

  I have no problem getting the desired result for a single document, but I don't want to change the settings every time I want to print.  Isn't this why we have Presets?

  I would like to help you today with presets for printing problem you encounter when you print to your HP Photosmart 6520 e-all-in-one printer Mac OS X 10.9 operating system. Because your driver is unable to "Save" Presets for future use, I'll run you through a series of software and driver TROUBLESHOOTING steps below to resolve this issue.

  Step 1: Resetting the printing system:

  To begin, I will have you reset the printing system on your Mac. Please click herefor instructions on how to perform the reset. When the site opens, follow the steps under"Reset printing in OS X Lion system" because the steps are the same for Mac OS X 10.9. This Reset deletes each printer on your Mac. However, it does not uninstall printers. Therefore, if use you other printers on the Mac, once the reset is complete simply make sure printers are attached via a USB cable or connected network and (+) add hide them po do add not your HP Photosmart back in right now.

  Once the reset is complete, proceed to the next step.

  Step 2: Uninstall the drivers and software:

  Please click here to find out how to properly uninstall your printer. Once the site opens select the drop down menu 'Mac OS X v10.6, OS X v10.7, OS X v10.8 and OS X v10.9' and follow the steps to complete uninstallation.

  Once the uninstall is complete, please continue on.

  Step 3: Check and repair your Mac disk permissions:

  1. Open Macintosh HD and go to Applications
  2. Go to the Utilities folder
  3. Open disk utility
  4. Select the hard disk volume, you use (usually on the left)
  5. Select verify disk permissions
  6. Once this process is complete, select repair disk permissions

  Step 4: Check the Apple updates:

  1. Go to the Apple
  2. Select System Preferences
  3. Select software update
  4. Click update now
  5. Install your available updates
  6. Computer restart

  Step 5: Reinstall your software and drivers:

  Finally, please click here to download the driver package for your printer. Once the site opens, select the download button at the top left. Once the download is complete, please follow the instructions on the screen to install your printer.

  Once your printer is added in, check the driver to make sure that the driver of the HP Photosmart camera is used and not the driver Apple AirPrint.

  1. click on the menu of Apple , then Preferences System.

  2. click on Print & Scan and then check if the name of your printer appears in the printer list.

  3. click on the name of your printer, click the sign minus (), then remove the printer.

  4. click on the plus sign (), click Add a printer or a Scanner, click the name of your printer.

  5. click on the area of use or with the help of Print and then select the name of your printer on the shortcut menu. Ensure that the Photosmart driver is selected.

  

  6. click Add to add the printer to the list.

  Once the printer is properly added to, please try to save printing Presets again to check if the settings to stick this time.

  Hi, for some reason, whenever I chaque fois que je choisis choose a develop preset that does not have a specified camera calibration profile (it should be and used to be "Caméra Standard").  He would choose the first profile in the list instead of "Caméra Standard".

  «I tried to put this by accessing the default develop menu "settings" and clicked on the 'Restore Adobe Default Settings' and "Update to current settings" with selected "Camera Standard".»  Which no correction of the problem.

  Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?

  You try to use the Standard camera or Adobe Standard profile? The issue of Nikon D810 in LR 6/CC is with the Adobe Standard profile... it is missing after the day.1

  You should be able to use the Standard profile camera as your default develop settings or use it in a "Preset" without any problem. Only images or presets that use the Adobe Standard profile are affected and show the profile flat camera after the LR 6/CC.1 update.

• Kelby built-in problem

  I recently bought Kelby book for Lightroom 5 and downloaded presets or imported (for modules to develop/print) of "kelbytraining.com/books/LR5" in one of my catalogs. Catalog printing module no longer works correctly. Selected film images do not appear in the main window. Most of the options panel don't work right, and scroll to the Explorer model shows variations in the Preview Panel, but nothing appears in the main display area. I manually deleted the Kelby presets, but the problem remains. Any way to restore the default settings? I have a total of 4 lightroom catalogs. The other three work fine. Running Windows 7, 64 bit.

  OK - there are presets on the left in the develop module that were apparently incriminated gremlins. Deleted coming in Lightroom and in windows Explorer. Back to normal printing module. I think they have develop presets created for Lightroom 4 I had also downloaded/imported that created problems. Thanks anyway.

• Cant' create a preset for scanning to PDF using the same scanner but different version of Acrobat

  We have improved workstation 3 out of 4 in Acrobat Pro XI and since then, we have been unable to use the create a PDF file from a scanner.

  The scanner has not changed (Dell MFP) and the driver has not changed either. Our colleague who always uses v9.2 PRO is able to create a PDF from a scanner (using the B & W preset) without any problem.

  We are on the other hand is more able to create PDFS from a scanner - it throws an error message saying that the scanner model does not support the predefined settings: it IS! (since the other user can do).

  The only difference is that we have upgraded.

  The only way we can get the scanner to work is through a customized analysis and then a helper opens to scan or listen to samples that never happened before.

  Can you please help? It's very frustrating. Should we cancel our subscription and return to v9?

  I guess that the problem on windows computers.

  Try steps.

  1. click on the Start button > Search > run.

  2. run start.

  3. type %AppData%, hit OK.

  4. you will get localized name\AppData\Roaming user C:\Users\ (xxxxx)

  5. go into the folder Adobe > Acrobat.

  6 If Acrobat 11.0, there should be 11.0 folder. Rename the folder in Old_11.0.

  7 launch Acrobat again and try.

• Problem in LR4.1RC tattoo

  I work watermarks in which have been imported from LR3 LR4.

  Today, I made a logo in black and white.

  Size 160kB in PNG to be transparent.

  When I try to use the logo, looks good in the graphical configuration.

  When I save the preset it comes with the name of the saved preset.

  I also tried the same thing with my older PNG who works in made in LR3 presets

  Same problem, it will not appear as a saved preset.

  Everyone who experienced the same problem?

  Is there a solution?

  I create a video that I show tomorrow. I looked up the projector and see its native resolution is 1024 X 768 and with Premiere elements 12, I have like a save option, suggestions for a complete beginner?

  When you wrote

  I shot the video with a Nikon D800, HD 1080i 29.97 Fps editing mode, the picture size is 1920 X 1080. When I save the project to use as reading on this computer it displays the size of the image in 720 X 480.

  is it possible that your export settings were not accurate? You may have missed an opportunity to customize the settings to export up to 1920 x 1080 and was caught up in a framework of SD? If the projector was not involved in your result that I quoted, it may just be a question to adjust the parameters of export rather that a major problem with the scale done by this projector when 1920 x 1080 16:9 video was involved.

  Are you sure about 1080i? Could we have 1080 p. What I read of your Nikon D800, it seems that it uses just progressive frame rates.

  If you have a 1080 p, a choice of good export would Publish + share/computer/AVCHD/with Presets = MP4 H.264 1920 x 1080 p 30 or publish + share/computer/AVCHD/with Presets = Vimeo HD.

• Audio/video Out Of Sync after export

  Hello, I hope I gave enough information below. I searched high and low for an answer to this and can not find a solution that has helped.

  I have an audio problem be out of sync a few images when exporting.

  First Pro Version CC using 2015.3 works on a Windows 7 PC with 16 GB of RAM.

  Source footage is Panasonic Lumix g-7 MPEG Movie wrapped in .mp4.

  Rate of the source footage is 59.94

  No external codecs are used.

  The problem seems to be that I was unaware of a 2 ms latency when recording with a wireless LAV microphone system. I moved the audio advance 2ms and the delay has disappeared.

  Hello world. I'm doing a simple simple slideshow (no effect or alterations of any type) of pictures taken with my camera canon 6 d. They have been taken with the best resolution of 5184 x 3456. The ratio is 3:2. When I let fall one of the photos in the new point bin and I let first choose the sequence for me, first do not find one of its presets, but creates instead a sequence custom with dimensions that correspond to my photos of 5184 x 3456. It also corresponds to the normal of 1.0 square pixels. The dimensions of the video previews it creates are 1620 x 1080. Just after the sequence is created I get a solid red line in the timeline and at that time my photos fill the program monitor completely even during playback, but as soon as I made the timeline, then I get a solid black border to the East (from my point of view in looking at computer) all my photos, I spent a lot of time on it to try to find me a solution. I couldn't do it. So I did an experiment and I resized images in 16:9, and as soon as I did that the first matches a sequence of his presets and the problem disappeared. I think that the first sequence that is format of 5184 X 3456 with my native is not quite correct. But my question is how to find the right order?   Umberto, sorry for the long time between responses. Finally, I got the chance to test with your images and was able to reproduce it on my system. While I can't tell you why this is happening, I have a work around you.

  The problem is in the render files. When you return your files PP done new video files and play those back instead of the original and support for some reason to MPEG I-Frame rendering only (default) creates this black bar.

  I imported two photos into a new project in Premiere Pro v2015.1 and drag them to the new sequence button. They played back normally. Then, I made the timeline and saw your black bar on the right side.

  I open the sequence settings and changed the File Format of video preview GoPro CineForm (YUV 10 bit) and then made it and it worked fine! Personally, I normally use QuickTime ProRes codec, but I see on your screenshots that you run Windows, so the GoPro CineForm codec is probably your best option. Which should contribute, and during this time you should present this as a bug to Adobe since it is so easily reproducible.

  While I heard about some of the problems, I downloaded these presets and no problems:

  • Adobe - Adobe Media Encoder: for Macintosh: SOUL CC ProRes presets (Mac only)
  • Adobe - Adobe Media Encoder: for Macintosh: SOUL CC 20141 ProRes presets (Mac only)

  Note that if you have a PC, these presets will not work. PC users should create from scratch in the SOUL.
