  It's really two different questions for two different products. I'll pass this on the forum of Business Catalyst so that they can get your problem immediately solved first.

  Regarding connection problems, I always find that if you use twitter to message @AdobeCare on behalf of the problems. Usually the fastest response.

  I am at a total loss.  My site published through catalyst for business is very good. but my computer crashed and I lost the file MUSE.  Is there a way I restore the file to Muse out of the catalyst for business published system?

  Unfortunately, it is not possible to convert a HTML .muse file and files on the server. As Muse can only read .muse file only option is to re-create the site referring to the live site you have.

  In the future but I advise you to keep a back up of your file to muse on a cloud as creative cloud server so that you can recover the files of Muse in the case of another accident or loss of data.

  You can opt for the one application CC if the product is available. The CC app cannot be designed according to the choice.

  You should have no problem then. It's actually a very common procedure as much Muse designers we. Many download sites Business Catalyst before the approval of the client and then move if it is permanent home. Good luck with your projects!

  You should be able to do so just a blog or e-commerce or anything else. Remember, you will need to upgrade the hosting BC at least the plan plan Web marketing to paid for it.

  I'm afraid that you can retrieve only the Site (HTML, JS, CSS) files, etc. active business catalyst but not the .muse file. There is also no way to convert these files into a .muse file.

  We currently have a bug that e-mail accounts does not allow e-mail with the latest domain extensions accounts. File a ticket or reach out to support by Live chat with a list of mailboxes that you want and we can create from our front-ends. You will not be able to see these mailboxes in our e-mail accounts interface, but they will work correctly once they are created from our backend.

  OK so, essentially, I built a site in Muse downloaded to the catalyst for business and I install a site template so that the client can create new pages as each new course arrives, but how can I get the link from the home page to post a link to the new page?
