  I am using Acrobat Reader DC. I used to be able to open .pdf attachments to an e-mail by clicking twice on the attachment. Since a few days it doesn't work like that.  I get a message error "Acrobat could not connect to a DDE server. I discovered a way around - I have to listen to samples and then double-click on before its opening. It's heavy. Can I avoid it? How can I just double click again?

  My BIG problem is with .pdf files already in my computer. Worse - these .pdf files open at all.

  PS Look back, I asked once before, but without the information that I had created them as PDF files.  The problem was not resolved.

  The text editor suggests that what you have is completely corrupt. Usually if these PDF files sent by e-mail without binary coding, you have lost the PDF document on the end of the RRs and will not be able to recover. You should still be able to use the original file that you created, unless you deleted it. In this case, you will need to return to the original of the document and create a new PDF. It remains unclear how the PDF you are using has been managed since the creation, but it seems that the incorrect coding has been used or another error in a process of e-mail and the file was lost.

  It may be one, sorry.  But you can use an Excel template or Excel macro to analyze and open any kind of delimited file of reproducibly (even give you one-click button on the toolbar in Excel to do if you wish), and this is probably the best option.

  It seems that you have inadvertently installed the trial version of Adobe Acrobat. You must uninstall that and install Adobe Reader (free).

• CC of Photoshop crashes when opening multiple images

  Does anyone else have this problem of PS CC crashing while trying to open multiple images? If you open a file at the same time, there is no problem, but 2 or more and it hangs as shown below. I tried with JPG, TIFF and PSD and still get the same problem.

  I also tried booting while pressing ctrl/alt/shift, but still get the same problem.

  PS The CC is 14.0, 32-bit version, running on Windows 7, which is updated. I have only 4 GB of RAM, that PS takes 60% of it according to the system information panel. This could be a cause, or is this a bug in the software? I've never had this problem before in CS6 or precedent.

  The problem is with your Intel video card driver.

  Update the driver from the Intel Web site.  If this does not help, contact Intel so they can get more information to correct the error of the driver.

  When I double click on an image file on the desktop, nothing happens.  When I right-click and choose Preview, it does nothing. also, if I choose open with: Windows Photo Gallery, nothing.

  I can add pictures in a folder, start Windows Photo Gallery and view them.

  I have never changed the default Photo Viewer, it's still the Windows Photo Viewer.

  Step 1: Try these steps and check the result.
  a. Windows Photo Gallery closed.
  b. Click Start, type %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Photo Gallery in the search box and press ENTER.
  c. right-click Pictures.pd4 or Pictures.pd5, and then select Rename.
  d. change the name of the file for example OLD_Pictures.pd4 or OLD_Pictures.pd5
  e. open image files and check the result.
   
  Note: Photo Gallery Windows recreates the database based on the information stored in your media files and metadata. All the metadata that are not rewritten on a media file will be lost. For example, the metadata might be lost because a media file was locked or read-only.

  f. Once you find the culprit, check if there is any updates to update or fixes to the program. If you find, install them and check the difference or reinstall the latest program.

• CC bridge opening when I open an image file (always opens Bridge CS6)

  I made the switch from CC (Photo package) yesterday and I have already noticed a major problem that I can't find a solution for.

  Before yesterday, I had done Bridge CS6 my default program to open the image files.  So I would double click on any image file, and the CS6 Bridge would open in the folder that contains the image that I had opened.

  Now, I have tried, through "open as" characteristic of 'default 'own Windows program, to change my program "opener of the image" Bridge CS6 CC bridge and, despite the fact that the steps all complete without error, when in fact, I double-click an image file, it always comes back to opening in Bridge CS6.

  All have ideas, please?

  Please check what has the association type of file in Bridge preferences,

  

  • Replace all files Photoshop cs6 cc.
  • Close Photoshop(Cc/Cs6)
  • Restart Bridge, and let us know if this helps
