  There are some other options that you can try.

  1. Do a complete Uninstall and download and install the drivers from hp.com.  Click here
  2. Install a different driver.  This can often solve printing problems.  See the link to Shane_R.  Click here

  Can anyone suggest where/how do I get help with printing labels Avery8160 on my Officejet 4635.  I tried to use Avery templates and other options on the site of Avery, Avery downloaded on Word 2010, using HP Photo Creations with labels Avery, tried to use models of success in the past on this printer, which I have not yet used for the labels.

  Everything seems perfect for the labels on the computer with all the editing screen and centered, but when we print the text is not aligned in the location of the label and not all three columns are centered.  I'm lucky if three or six labels on thirty are usable.  It's @# $% & frustrating.  I too lose paper, labels and ink, not to mention my time!  I also tried to use brochure mast as suggested in a post.  That did not help either...

  My last 3 in 1 HP printer does very well with the labels - they were child's play.

  We retested printing of labels Avery 8160 with HP Photo Creations and two different printers Officejet and could not reproduce the problem of misalignment. (We used the default device and HP Photo Creations print settings panel.)

  To be clear, the options of scaling I mentioned above would be in the control panel of the printer itself, you can reach by clicking on the blue printer settings link on the HP Photo Creations print screen. (This link is between the printer and the paper size in my screenshot of menus.) I think that you have checked that. However, if you have not installed the long drivers for your printer, you will see fewer options. It's a possibility.

  It is a long shot, but engineers thought that it would be possible that you are using J8160 stock. It is a format of A4 paper and would produce out misaligned.

  Just found solution on this forum.  When you print, click PROPERTIES.  Click NONE to "Print on both sides."

  I have a hp 6700 premium all-in-one printer. I have an iMac OSX 10.9 running. (although I don't think it matters, does?). I'm trying to print an address label with the standard of 3 rows of columns x 10 Avery label paper but I want to CLARIFY that column and row to print to (so I can reuse the labels not printed on the page and run the page through the printer again and again until they are used to the top). Years with another printer and the computer I could do but I can't understand how doing it now with the software and the hardware. What can I do if I select an address to print from my Contacts list is printing it in the default location: 1st column, 1st row. And that would mean that only two labels can be printed by every label page (when I want to print a label), wasting the other 28.   I did some specific research label printing and found some information for you. First, I would like to point out something important, I found. "Do not feed more than once a sheet of labels into the printer. Re-use of a sheet of labels can result in damage to the glue of the label printer. Labels must cover the whole sheet No exposed spaces. »

  When you print labels, you would typically use a model. You can go to the website of the brand of paper and download a template.

  Your question is "is there a way I can print just a single label and specify that it print to", the best way to respond, Yes with a model, but consider my first quote. By running the sheet of labels into the printer several times you take a risk, as this may damage the printer over time.

  Just change the name to "Custom" to "Avery" and then save.

  Hello! Welcome to the @Quickie forums

  I would recommend to change the quality of 'Best' when you try to print your labels. Best mode will pull the slower paper and sometimes will help properly align the labels.

• HP LaserJet P1006 - print mailing labels

  I just got a new computer at work and it will not print my mailing labels.  If I create a word document and print it, it will be printed on paper for labels, but if the document is a model of language, I get a pop-up that telling me to insert the correct paper and click on 'go '. On my old computer I'd get this warning, but when I hit 'go' it would print.  Now the printer flashes red (as the work is underway), and then again, the pop-up appears telling me to reinsert the correct paper. I tried to change settings in the properties automatically expect paper for labels, but I get the same warnings.  Help, please! I need to solve this problem, because my colleagues will eventually have this same problem, because they all got new computers too.

  Thanks for your reply with all your troubleshooting efforts.

  I looked in the print mailing label little more and I would post the question on the Avery Help Center to see if they can provide a better answer. We determined that the printer will always print, so I don't think that the problem lies in the printing of mailing labels.

  There are 2 types, I don't know that you are asking

  1. print the labels on paper model: you need a good software otherwise most likely you can get arounf 25% of results because the hole don't align. As @wb2001 mentioned above, the label will not long stick and my get stuck in your player.

  2 print directly to DVD printable, well no, your printer will not support it.
