  I have already heard this with avery paper, I thibnk its caused by the mark on the paper, if I remember correctly a blue logo on the top of the paper. Try this as a test, cover the blue logo with a thin strip of white paper, so stick on or cover it with Type-ex.

  Well, after some additional research, you are right, that the page option is not there to change the order of pages. It seems that they have the option taken in 32 Version of the software. I have no explanation for you as to why it was deleted, I apologize for the confusion.

  You can always try and use another driver, but you may lose some other characteristics. Have a look here: How to assign drivers to Print in different Versions of Windows.

  Ok.  You can try a few more things?

  Also - can you please try changing the 'Labels' media type in the media type settings.  These type of support should be under options when your print dialog box opens.

  When I print a model for sewing, it does not print the right size. Each model has a square inch test and the test square on the printed document shall measure a square inch or model will be wrong. My test of square inches measured five eighths on a thumb. So, the block quilt that I am sewing will not fit. I think I need to change the settings, but I have no idea what, how and where.   It really looks like some settings need to be changed within your Microsoft Word program. I recommend you look at this post Windows 7: margins by default Word 2007. Otherwise if this does not help, please consider contacting the Support of Microsoft Office.

  When you print a photo using Adobe Photoshop, the faces are printed reddish and all the color is darker with funny looking lines throughout the picture.  I tried printing HP and Scan Dr.  It is said that everything is fine.

  Yes, I use HP cartridges, ink is 3/4 full, diagnosis always say nothing is wrong.

  I remove the black cartridge, the vertical lines are now gone.  The color is always a little too red.  I'll try to change the coloring in Photoshop.

  Hello, I have a HP Officejet 4635 e-all-in-one printer and can't print a multiple page document. The printer will print all except the two or three first pages, stopping in the middle of the last page it is printing, and then ejected from the page, usually with the third print top. At this point, I get an error message on my computer screen that says: "cannot print from xxxxdocument. I can go back into the print menu and select the pages that are not print and manually fill the work, but which requires sometimes two or three attempts, that the printer stops again impression after two or three pages.

  My operating system is Windows 8, the printer is connected to my wireless router which is on the same floor, the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet. I met this problem until print 28.0 Firefox, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. The documents included diagrams, sheets of computing, graphics and text. Oddly enough, I think I'm able to print several pages (of least until 4 on my last attempt) of Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

  I have no page unique impression of difficulties from the browser or any installed program and am able to print from my devices android as well, although I still have to try multiple pages printing app. The problem seems to occur more often if I try to print more than two pages.

  I searched on the Web site, looked through the installation of printer troubleshooting, including the instructions under "step 3: If your printer is connected to your wireless router, but you can't print (or scan). Nothing I've tried has helped him.

  I wish I had a solution to this problem.

  I installed the OfficeJet 4635 successfully on my Windows 7 and XP machines by using the wireless network.  I installed on my Windows 8 machine using the full features of hp.com driver, can see the printer but cannot print.  I ran the print and Scan Doctor whenever the error that the driver must be uninstalled and reinstalled.  I finished this process 3 times now.   What else should I try (in addition to resume the printer?)

  I understand that you can not print in Windows 8.

  I suggest a different manual uninstall. Then use our printer HP install wizard for Windows for a re - install.

  I bought this printer all in one HP Officejet 4635 yesterday and are unable to print via USB.  I have an iMac running OS 10.6.8.  Until I'veI tried all of the suggestions that I could find on these forums (ex: downloaded the latest driver, disconnect/reconnect the power to disconnect/reconnect usb, delete and 'Add PRINTER' again, etc...) The computer does not recognize the printer, but displays "Unable to send print data" after I click on print.  I know that the printer works very well because I was able to send the document directly to his personal email address.   Help, please!
