  If you do not find a way to do it with Numbers/Pages (I don't know of a way, but I do not know much Numbers/Pages), you can download and install Avery Design and printing software.   Problem is now solved! Choose the print option 'other measures' dropdown list allows email to be printed with the date of the shipment.

  Not sure whether you're El Capitan (as in your hardware profile) or Yosemite (the forum in which you posted) but the two versions of Contact are similar. In the dialog box print box is an option for 'Style' that includes "lists".

  

  By default, it can not show that lists so use the drop down menu to change it.

  I would conclude on the iPad Pro getting until you find the necessary application. There are several eligible applications on the App Store, but as you already know, they may lack the specific features you need.

  I had the same problem at first. You open the e-mail as usual. And then in the Actions drop-down list box, you select the print option. This has worked for me and printed the actual e-mail only.
