  The HP ePrint application home & Biz allow you to print the Documents, images and Web Pages only, it does not support printing of email.

  In order to obtain the desired function, I suggest you search the App Store for any printing application to 3rd party who support printing of electronic mail.

Also, I will mention this all started when I restored my computer laptop back to factory settings. I did it because that's all I could think about.   Try hard wiring the printer to the laptop and see if you can get printing to work.  If yes then you need configure the printer again to work in wireless mode.  You may need to re-run the installation for her disc as you reset the laptop.

  If you use Google Chrome open dialog box print, then press change.
  Select your printer from the list instead of the default save as PDF option and try to print again.
