Print from a smartphone Android or iOs

I have a Hp C7283 Photosmart-all-in-one printer on my home WiFi network.

Is it possible to print from a computer Pocket iOS or Android?

I understand that it is mostly a problem of driver.

Thanks for a solution (if any)

S. stef

Hi @Salomon,

Thank you for being a member of the HP's Support Forums. I see you want to learn how to print from Apple or Android devices for your printer Photosmart C7283.

I assume that your printer is already connected to your wireless network. I've included two documents for you; the first is for Apple devices and the second is for Android devices.

Print from your Apple device with the printers, non-Web-Enabled (No. Apple AirPrint or HP ePrint Support)

Printing from your Android with non-Web-Enabled printers (No HP ePrint Support)

These two documents will guide you through the download and installation of the HP ePrint app on your mobile device.

Please let me know how it goes.

I am trying to print from NotesEverything on Android and it doesn't work, what's the problem?

Any idea about my problem, the printer is HP 6600

    HI Ahah,

I did some research using an android tablet. I tried the steps that you used tries to access the folder NoteEverything of the HP ePrint App and I see what you were doing referring to all types of files not supported.  The types of files supported for the app are controlled by application developers.

During my research, I tried to print from NoteEverything using the available options and each of them gave me an error message and I didn't want to report the error or force close.  I included the link to the FAQ for NoteEverything.  If the information you are looking for isn't here, you can click on the 'Support' Section at the top of the page and submit your request to NoteEverything.

  • Is it possible to participate in a meeting "as a guest" from mobile apps Android and IOS?

We analyze a scenario where we need to send a meeting invitation to a group of mobile users who do not have a connection or the license account. It is possible to participate in a meeting using the Android or IOS app "in as a guest"?

    Kind regards

    ~ Ken Lamborn

    Hi Ken,

I tried on my 2.5MR6 CWMS with Android (Samsung Galaxy s6). With Chrome, I was able to go to the meeting url web page and click on the top of the right page "Join by number. Even if the mobile browser is not officially supported I was able to attend the meeting, you must install the WebEx from the game store application (it will redirect you there if it is not installed). You can also click on the link in the email to join the meeting as a guest.

    Thank you

  • printing from ipad on hp3052a printer

I can't print a document from the ipad2 at 3052 on the 3g network a printer. WIFI and email works great. Is there a setting I need to turn on the printer or the ipad?

AirPrint feature to print from any Apple device (which IOS 4.2 or later version) which is connected to the same network as the printer.  Thus, to use the AirPrint feature, both the printer and Apple devices must be on the same local network.  However, the ePrint feature allows you to print from anywhere in the world as long that your printer has to an internet connection and is turned on. So, your best option is to put in place the ePrint feature.  I hope that that clears it for you.  The process step by step is under "Setting up ePrint" on the following HP Web site:

  • Why can I not print from my samsung Galaxy phone?

I can print from my iPad but my samsung s3 says I can only print to printers samsung, is this true? Due to an upgrade and the need to know if the samsung later would print to printers from the air.

    Hello

What is your printer? You can print from the iPad, which probably means that you can print from Samsung (or Android). Please use Google Store/Play to install "HP ePrint" or "HP AiO Remote" on your Samsung, and you should be able to print your Samsung.

    Kind regards.

  • Installation: HPLIP and remote printing from ANDROID and iOS on a static network of HP printer

I recently installed a HP LaserJet Professional m1212nf MFP printer on my network and gave it a static IP address.  On my main computer (also statically networked - Ubuntu 12.04) I installed the hplip service and can print to it successfully.  On the same computer, I have a Dymo Labelwriter and a HP ColorLaserJet 1215 connected by USB.

I can print from my iPhone / Tablet Android of ICS to the printer and the printer color laserjet use Airprint service, but I can't seem to print on the m1212nf with Airprint.  If I print via CUPS with Airprint driver I get a completion from print but the printer does not print.  Now, since the m1212nf printer is NOT connected to the CUPS print server by USB, it makes sense, unless I can be told how to configure CUPS to print to the device on the network.

    -or-

I think, from what I've read so far, this Icould use eprint if there was a way to put a windows driver (Yes, reluctantly, I have access to a Windows laptop that I can put on my network) on the m1212nf and hplip driver which currently allows it to communicate with my main computer.

I would prefer a solution Airprint as Airprint works with mobile devices, the other two printers.

    OK, egg on my face!

It turns out that iOS functioned perfectly well, but does not have the Android app, I had on my tablet.  In addition to continuation of the Android issue, I have found only one free application that worked (at least for the text) in the game store, but we were really a "demo" as the print was a watermark, but we could remove the watermark for two separate awards, one for the text and one for the photos.

But in responding with a solution to this problem myself, I consider that it {SOLVED].  In addition it leaves no doubt that Airprint and the "generate airprint-' script works for versions of Ubuntu Ubuntu on the side.

  • "Could not read data" when you try to print from Android

Hello. I have a printer HP Officejet 6700 Premium, which is connected via ePrint/HP connected to my Google account so that I can print from my Google devices (Cloud Print). While this works very well when printing from my laptop (29 Chrome on Ubuntu 13.04), it does not when printing my Nexus 10 (Android 4.3) or my Galaxy Nexus (CyanogenMod 10.1.3). I tried printing both outside and inside the network on which the printer is on, but whenever I get "could not read data" in the Cloud Print dialog box. It seems that Cloud Print knows that the printer exists, since it is on the list, but it cannot communicate with the printer. Any way to solve this problem? He's good enough additional features only on my previous printer, who died of old age.

It seems to me that the question is in fact Cloud Print related. Here is the support page: https://support.google.com/cloudprint/?rd=1

Remember that Google Cloud Print is still in beta phase. Good luck tomslominski.

  • How to print from an Android device via bluetooth?

You had purchased the Mobile 100 Officejet printer to print from your Android device via bluetooth.

You have paired with bluetooth devices, but do not see an option to print or the "print" key does not work in this case.

Well, here is how this can be accomplished in Android.

For this example, I'll use the steps to print a photo.

    1 pairing.

    2. open the photo you want to print.

    3. Select the share option (for example can send to aid based on the version of Android).

    4. Select Bluetooth.

    5. Select the printer in the list of devices.

    6. the file will be sent to the printer.  You can check the notification area upstairs to check on the status.  It may take a few minutes to send at the end.

    7. it must then print the photo.

Bluetooth HP printers support printing of photos only, but a third-party application can be used to print documents and other items.

    Hope this information is useful.

I know there has been many cases of users who were not able to print via bluetooth since an Android device.

  • HP Officejet 5740: after that 10 updated iOS, cannot print from the iPad

    Hello

I've updated my iPad to iOS 10.1.1 2 Air.  I can't print remotely.  It runs from my other devices (phone, Macbook Air) Apple which have not been updated to iOS 10.  I use AiO Remote.  The iPad recognizes the printer and the IP address is correct.  I was able to print from my iPad yesterday until I updated.

    I appreciate your help.

    Hi @AllanAAB,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

I came across your post where you are unable to print from the iPad after iOS update. I would like to help.

Please refer to this article http://hp.care/2bSjSnW , he explains how to use AirPrint and also troubleshooting steps to solve the problems with it.

Recommend that you remove the printer from the iPad, and then reconnect the printer on the iPad. (Display settings and select Wi - Fi, if the printer is listed, click on the i on the right side of the printer that there are listed and select forget this network/printer.) And reconnect the printer)

Restart the router, printer, and iPad. I'm sure you could have already tried this.

Also, look for the printer firmware updates (if applicable, on www.hp.com/drivers) and also check if there are other updates released by Apple via iTunes.

Remove the HP all-in - One Printer remote app on the iPad and reinstall it.

Let me know if this helped.

  • OfficeJet Mobile 100: Printing from a Bluetooth for Officejet 100 Mobile Android device

Can I use my new "HP Officejet 100 Mobile" to print documents from my Android Samartphone?

But I managed to pair the printer, cannot connect to it.

Or I'm wasting my time trying to print from Android?

    Thanks for the information Banhiem,

I think that I hurried and bought the wrong printer
I needed a printer, I can take mobile in a truck and be able to print invoices from an Android device.

I just assumed that the printer as it had Bluetooth would be able to print from different sources.

I'm very disappointed because I can't make it work even on a USB cable from the desktop computer or laptop.

    See you soon!

  • How to print from Android to V715w via Wifi device?

I tried Dell Mobile Print app, & even tried manually installing V715w entering address IP & Mobile Print found v715w & quickly told me that 'No supported printer' that sucks for Dell to have Mobile Print support V725w & DO NOT the V715w?

And since the V715w is not a ' cloud ready printer "then Google Cloud Print requires that a laptop or PC is in the loop, & otherwise does not allow to directly print the V715w directly from my Android device, Chrome or something else!

I've read here on previous assignments, but they are a couple years, so I hope someone can direct me to a better current solution?

    Thanks :)

    Tthomas,

You are right, that the Dell V715w printer does not have the capabilities of Cloud Print. You cannot print from an Android device, but the printer does not work for the other operating systems.
