  Icon painting (a shortcut for paint) may be absent. but the program
  is almost certainly still there. See the answer of Jetta48.

  Ha ha, no problem.  He took me to always too.  I use paint to carve out the screenshots that I've posted on these forums, and I forget each time and probably 20 seconds trying to figure why I can't stick.

• Dell AIO Printer 962 Photo and Windows 7 32 bit

  OK, so I thought naively: "you had Windows XPII SP III for several years.  Time to update. "I bought a program of 32-bit Windows 7 for my old Dell Dimension E520.   Thank God I have the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor printed report that told me what to expect with a certain number of programs, including Dell AIO Printer 962 Photo, Jasc Paint Shop Photo Album, WordPerfect12 and a few others wouldn't work, or have problems with Windows 7.    First of all the Dell AIO Printer 962 Photo.  Despite the fact I've updated drivers, and the small list of control on the screen tells me it is read to use, I get a message saying something like "your computer is unable to communicate with your printer.  He then advises me to unplug/re-plug the USB power cord cord, restart the computer, etc..  I did all that, nothing.  Second, the software I bought Corel, WordPerfectX6.  The thing installs OK.  Then I try to run it and I get a message stating: "WordPerfectX6 has stopped working" No. S_t!  I tried to uninstall and reinstall and nothing.  I had a call to the toll-free line 1-taking in charge, but I swear to you that I am about to return the thing and just do with NotePad.  What is essential now is Dell
  Photo AIO Printer 962.  Someone at - he had THIS problem and found a solution?  I mention the other problem where the two events are related.   And since I use Windows7/32-bit, a Microsoft Product, I take a shot that maybe someone can have a cure!   Thanks in advance for any advice.   Dell, web site, there is no driver Windows 7 not listed for your printer on the printer control, so everything you download may not work. The thing nearest Dell listed are Vista drivers, you can try the 32 bit version.

  Cut first download auto driver from windows update.

  Start right click System computer/properties/Advanced/settings/device installation settings/tick won't let me choose and never install win update and save the changes then install driver.

  Regarding your concern, this depends on what type and model of your laptop. Some laptop keyboards include additional features on the function as keys by pressing the Fn button to activate the keys F1 to F12.

  As this shared Todd_S_88 , it should work fine without having to activate additional keys.

  For Print Scrn key you just need press Print Scrn and use paint or word pad to paste what you have screenshot.

  We suggest that you check your computer's manual or the manufacturer's Web site.

  There are all sorts of programs that allows to view and edit images.  I think that the default program in Windows 7 Home Premium is the Windows Photo Viewer.  You can tell what is used by looking at the top left of the window.  A program that you can download for free is the Windows Live Photo Gallery to

  I tried uninstalling Control Panel, CCleaner uninstaller and Iobit Uninstaller of power, but each fails with the notice "procedure entry point _LaunchGlue@12 could not be found in the dynamic link library hpfinst.dll.

  Sought ' net for LaunchGlue, but can't trace - Ref only is a anti-virus sites.  HP has no LaunchGlue@12 either.

  Can all-in-one help, if you please, so that I can remove 980, then re - install latest version of the software (which fails also each try) to my old faithful printer preferred?
