Print the document margins

Hi all

I'm fairly new to InDeign.  I created a nice brochure three folds that print beautifully except that I receive a small margin - may 25 around all the edges.  I want to bleed off the page. I have all my background lost and margins all margins set to 0.  I can't understand why I could get this margin.  I thought it might be a printer setting, but I don't see anything that would have an impact on margins.  Any ideas?  Thank you!

Most printers are unable to print edge to edge. If you can do without margins, you need to set in the printer driver. Otherwise this should be accomplished by printing on oversized and cut paper.

  • PSC 2510 double prints the left margin - transport stops

Hi, my 2510 double print the left margin so as to look as if the letters are ghosts, now it started to leave a wide width of letters about an inch from the left margin. At the same time, he will start a print job only to have the transport stop about 1/4 of the way, I have manually position the carriage to the position of Park - the menu says so is printing - it is not. I unplug the AC for 10 seconds and when I reconnect the printer resets and continues its merry way, until at the latest.  Thank you Kent

You probably have a buildup of ink on the MICR band used by the printer to tell where is the transport.  Gently clean the Strip as shown here.  Don't forget to respect the warnings, if you do not you may damage the delicate MICR band.

    Hi kalpesh_vaghela,

    1. Did you the latest changes on the computer?
    2. What is the full error message that you receive?
    3. What is the number and model of the printer?
    4. You use any program to print the document?
    5. Are you experiencing a similar problem with any program that allows you to print?
    6. You have security software installed on the computer?

    Method 1

See the link below and try the fixit tool available, check if it helps.

    Problems printing and printing errors

    http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/printing_problems/

    Method 2

If the previous step fails, then it is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you configure the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  • HP Officejet 4630: 4630 Officejet prints the document

HP Officejet 4630 prints the document.  An error message appears, but there is no error #.  I ran printing HP and doctor scan and it says that the printer works fine.

    Hello @LindaSS!

Thanks for posting on Forums HP thr!

I see you found a mistake on your Officejet 4630 when you try to print complete documents.  The error on the printer or on the computer or both.

Is the printer that is capable of performing a photocopy.  I suggest to try a copy of photo on the printer to make sure that the hardware is OK.  If the printer is able to copy, then you're probably looking at a software related issue.

If copying success so the first thing I recommend is to uninstall the HP software. Once the uninstall is complete, it would be wise to perform a cleanup of the computer disk. A disk cleanup will improve the performance of the computer and remove the temporary files that may cause problems during the installation of the software. Once disk cleanup you must restart the computer and reinstall the HP software.

To uninstall the HP software, click here: uninstall the HP software

To perform a disk cleanup, click here: perform a disk cleanup

If please, after back and let me know how it goes!

  • 8600 premium print and then gives the error message that it cannot print the document that it just printed.

It isn't really a problem, just a nuisance.

Last week I printed several documents from PDF files and print documents.  Once printing has been completed, an error message would be displayed on my laptop that the printer cannot print the document.  I've ignored the warnings and continued, and then the printer would print the document again.  I found that if I clicked on the error message, printing in double stop.

Since then, whenever I don't print from any program (MS Office, Firefox, Chrome, IE, etc), I still get the same message if the end of the print document.

Just a nuisance, but if I forgot to point out the error, the doc print again without error message after the second printiing...

I noticed that the queue, regardless of the size of the document, always freezes on the last page to print before closing.

I turned and turn it back on and reset the connection to a static IP address for the printer wireless...

    Hello DRS1966,

Yes, I can understand the frustration of getting an error once printed of your document. I'm glad that's not interfering with your documents but would like to try and get rid of it. Please run the HP Print and Scan Doctor- designed by HP to provide users with troubleshooting and problem-solving features needed to solve many common problems encountered with HP print and scan products related to Windows computers.

Please let me know if it detects errors, or that it cures the problem. I'll watch for your reply.

    Thank you

  • Stroke shows when I print the document

I wrapped text around a stroke, but when I print the document, the race appears as a black line.  I put the weight of the race to zero, but it does not help.  Am I missing something?

    Thank you...

Could be configured on the text to 0, not the way that the text is on the run. Don't forget when you are looking for in the Toolbox Panel or swatches with text object selected that the small square is active, not the "T" which tells you is styleing text.

Also, make sure that you set the color of the outline on [none] for good measure.

  • E studio 282 sets on top of the document margins

    Hello

For 3 days I try pring a PDF document no whole a4 page. The problem is that the printer always sets margins on the top of the document - move down by the value of the margin.

In this way the spirit of the document size A4 starts printing of about 0, 5cm of tol with the course as it gets on the bottom (outside of a sheet of paper).
I tried the dacument even on other printers and it prints fine.

Another thing I tried was setting (in e-studio) the top and bottom margins when printing.
It simply causes high-low 'cut' of the document fragment.

I also tried to tinker with settings e-studio282 and the
"Print properties > finishing > use... custom margins. »

Not allow me to set a value less than 0.5 cm.

Is it possible to solve my problem?

    Hi StishMa

I doubt that anyone here would be able to provide a solution to your problem of printing, because in this forum, that you will find Toshiba enthusiasts who share the experience especially on laptops, like hard drives and media (television sets) consumer products.

But I recommend you to check the page of user manual 236 defining the area printing options:

  • Photosmart 7150: Printer prints correct colors of the web; printing of background colors incorrect when you print the document

I have a Dell desktop computer, using Windows 7 with a HP Photosmart 7150 (I know this is an older model, but I have no reason to spend).

When you print to the web, the colors are printed similar to what we see on the screen.  When I try to print a document that includes a background with color, the color prints differently.   The document I'm working on that requires a background textured printing on glossy photo paper.  When the document is formatted with a brownish background, the background is printed bright green.  When the document is formatted with a blue background lighting, the background is printed a bright torquoise.

I worked with the printer settings changing the quick project to the best print quality. increases the magenta color, but nothing seems to work.  The ink cartridge is fairly recent. I hate wasting more paper and ink.

    Any suggestions? Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to try to help solve the problem of color with my printer.  I solved the problem: I had a PHOTO, #58 print cartridge in the printer.  When I changed for the black cartridge, #56, colors came out as it should.

    Thanks again!

  • cannot print the document from Windows Mail, get a script error

When I try to print an electronic document of Windows Mail, I get the following error message:

-An error has occurred in the script on this page

-Error: unexpected call to method or property access

    Hello

    1. are you able to print other documents?

2 have had any changes made to your computer before this problem?

Try the reinstatement of OLE controls to correct the above error.

Method 1: register the OLE control
    To do:
    1. click Start and type regsvr32 ole32.dll in the search field.
    2. press enter.

Check if this helps you to print from Windows Live Mail. This usually solves the problem. If you are still having the same problem, follow the remaining steps.

Method 2: disable the script debugger

    1. in the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
    2. on the Advanced tab , click on to clear display of each box script error notification, and then click OK.

Method 3: Verify that Active Scripting, ActiveX, and Java are not blocked by Internet Explorer

Active scripting, ActiveX, and Java are all involved in shaping the way information displays on a Web page. If they are blocked on your computer, it can disrupt the display of the Web page. Reset the Internet Explorer security settings to ensure that they are not blocked. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. start Internet Explorer.
    2. on the Tools menu, click on Internet Options.
    3. in the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab.
    4. click on default.
    5. click on OK.

Note: ActiveX controls and Java programs are disabled in the high security level in Internet Explorer.

Try to open a Web page where you previously received a script error. If you do not receive the error, the problem is resolved. If the problem persists, go to method 4.

Method 4: remove all temporary files related to Internet

    1. start Internet Explorer.
    2. in the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
    3. click on the general tab.
    4. under browsing history, click deleteand when you are prompted, click Yes to confirm.
    5. in the dialog box delete browsing history , under Temporary Internet files, click delete filesand when you are prompted, click Yes to confirm.
    6. under Cookies, click delete Cookies, and when you are prompted, click Yes to confirm.
    7. under history, click delete history, and when you are prompted, click Yes to confirm.
    8. click on closeand then click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.

If all goes well, you should be able to print now.
