  Here is the problem that I am facing. I have a document Word 2013 which is the A4 format. When I print the document on plain white paper it prints without a problem. However, when I print on paper (120 g/m²) Brown Buffalo output a mixed success.

According to the specifications of the HP Envy 4500, Max paper weight it can handle is 120 g/m². If you are using their HP Premium presentation paper, you can get better results.   New user 8600 and I find that on most of the documents I print, the very top of the page "1/4 of the document is not printing.  This is regardless of the type (doc, pdf, jpg, etc.) and it is in all areas, regardless of the software, on which it was generated.  It is particularly consistent on text based docs.

  I am confused and the only solution I found is to scale down by 96% printing preference, but then of course changing the image down.

  The printer works beautifully outside of this mess.  Any thoughts on how to address them is welcome.

  I understand the printer prints too high on the page and even the test page is cut off. I see that you already have a troubleshooting, but since I'm not sure what you've done already I suggest all initially an alignment;

  1. Load US letter or A4 size, unused, plain white paper in the tray.

  I'm fairly new to InDeign.  I created a nice brochure three folds that print beautifully except that I receive a small margin - may 25 around all the edges.  I want to bleed off the page. I have all my background lost and margins all margins set to 0.  I can't understand why I could get this margin.  I thought it might be a printer setting, but I don't see anything that would have an impact on margins.  Any ideas?  Thank you!

  Most printers are unable to print edge to edge. If you can do without margins, you need to set in the printer driver. Otherwise this should be accomplished by printing on oversized and cut paper.

  1.), I'm not aware of how to do to convert a picture linked to an image embedded in FrameMaker. But you can select the image, press Esc BIF (the shortcut of file > import > File) and replace the image with the same, with the Options of Import set to copy to the Document.

  2.) you have the ability to set the dimensions of the source (Photoshop or Illustrator) application before you import it?

  It seems in my new version of Firefox 40.0.3 that I can't see the tabs at the top at all times. They disappear until I have fly over the top of the screen and they then they reappear. Some of my work requires that I see when the browser tab is over, loading or to update and it is not possible when the tab is not displayed.
