  Please try an another hard reset, as described in this post, How to perform a hard reset, by @Rich1. It is important that the power cable from the printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet, not a surge protector. Questions when it is connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power. This is true for printers and ink jet.

  Then I would try to make sure that the firmware in the printer is up-to-date. Get updates of the printer.

  If this does not resolve your problem, then the printer may need to be repaired / replaced. Please contact HPtelephone support for further assistance.   Printer all-in-one Photosmart D110: think there most of the time paper jams (the computer print or copy).  This happened for some time.  Sometimes it will print and then at other times, it will produce jam messages when there is not a jam.  I tried all the solutions of HP.

  Unfortunately, there is not a firmware update to enable your printer for AirPrint. You could try the HP ePrint App for the iPad/iPhone.

  To add to what sabertooth04 said, here a link to a document that deals with the applications of printing for your printer model. Click the menu drop down titled "Managing planned delivery Print Apps" and the option to cancel or remove an application will be available for you click on and examine measures to remove this application. I hope this helps.

  I have a HP photosmart 2610v printer all-in-one.  It is 5 years and more.  It worked fine no problems until yesterday that I went to change the color ink cartridge. I removed an empty, put in the new one (removal of all packaging), closed dorrs and said of the window "insert the left dropout color ink cartridge.  So I deleted several times re closed the door and he went on to say the same thing.  I got before bad cartridges so I returned it to the store and they have exchanged. I came home with the new cartridge and did the same thing, and it keeps telling me to "insert the left dropout color ink cartridge. By the way, I only buy HP ink cartridges.  I had trouble with brands and refills is a new HP cartridge. I looked in the directory for troubleshooting and nothing seems to help me.   Anyway, I downloaded all the images on the SD card on my MacBook Pro (there is no problem reading them) and then re-formatted the card.  After doing this, the card seems to read OK based on some images of the trial.  I guess we'll know for sure once that I load the card again and try to read it, but for now we'll call this one resolved.

  In general, I think after five years HP may terminate some older products to make room for new products. This does not mean that these older products are considered as obsolete. When a product reaches the mark of ten years from the date of introduction, that would be what they consider obsolete. This would mean that HP is unable to develop new drivers for the new technological advances.
