  My Photosmart HP5520 will print from my IPhone and IPad wireless, however, on the touch screen memory card error appears saying "memory card error. Please remove the memory card.   Please try an another hard reset, as described in this post, How to perform a hard reset, by @Rich1. It is important that the power cable from the printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet, not a surge protector. Questions when it is connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power. This is true for printers and ink jet.

  Then I would try to make sure that the firmware in the printer is up-to-date. Get updates of the printer.

  I use a brand new HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus.  When I insert a good 32 GB SDHC UHS - 1 card (SanDisk Extreme UHS-1) the led next to the card slot flashes for awhile, and then "Memory card error" appears on the screen.  The card works fine in the camera and my MacBook Pro's built-in card reader.

  Anyway, I downloaded all the images on the SD card on my MacBook Pro (there is no problem reading them) and then re-formatted the card.  After doing this, the card seems to read OK based on some images of the trial.  I guess we'll know for sure once that I load the card again and try to read it, but for now we'll call this one resolved.

  I suggest you to format the card from disk management. Follow these steps:

  (a) click Start and select Control Panel.

  (b) click on Administrative Tools and then click computer management.

  (c) click on disk management and find the device in the viewer of the reader.

  (d) right click on the drive and select format.

I have found that if you remove the card and push the back of the fone where is the memory card and also the face before of the fone where the memory card is in the back it... I put my memory took out the battery and restarted my fone back in... And it worked

  What happened in your case, it's the same with all computer peripherals. Because electricity passes through constantly, the connectors between the SD card and the BB becomes corroded over time with oxidation and the accumulation of 'stuff '. This 'trick' can hinder the good connection between the two. Remove and reinsert the card basically scrapes connectors against each other, scraping this kind of 'stuff' and allowing a good connection again. The common term for this is "re-seats".

  Can your computer play the same map? Can your printer read a different card? What is the format of file with the card? What is the size (capacity) is it? My suggestion: copy all the photos on your computer, reformat the card and copy all the pictures back, then try again. Try to format in FAT32 first - believe it or not, my $ 100,000.00 A car can't read gt 2 GB SD and is not NTFS format!

  All of a sudden I, m is 0 x 80070570, error report when I try to put files on my memory card, before that these same files just went straight. I use Vista Ultimate. and just had new CPU and RAM, that's why.
