Dpocment and printer presets are saved in the InDesign Defaults file (it's a real file name, not a location). See replace your preferences for more information on find and save the preferences or look in tools Blatner (plugin) or in-Tools preferences Manager (I think).

My bookmark 'COMPUTER' suddenly disappeared, HELP!
Only the "COMPUTER folder/bookmark is missing from my bookmarks bar. Every other bookmark from the toolbar is stable, as the toolbar itself. I know how to restore the Favorites, as I backup frequently. However, in the restoration, I won't lose a good number of changes, moves and respective additions of others bookmarks and their marked envelopes of a bookmark.
Therefore, using restore itself and is, of course, a last resort, but there should be and long ago there was a now forgotten, way to go towards a 'library' restore only lack Toolbar/folder, without having to use the backup restore.
Knows the option above to anyone? Finally, can anyone suggest why this exact situation has occurred under my administration a few more times? What could I do to cause this sudden disappearance while I'm working in the missing bookmark (that I forgot to mention earlier). Something may be corrupt? I need some "with it" ammunition for future episodes! These events are really traumatic for me... No. a joke!

My preview pane of Mail suddenly disappeared and will not return. I tried all kinds of drag and switch between the 'Classic' provision and normal page and stop/restart implementation.
None of these work. What has gone wrong?

It is possible that there is a problem with the files that store the registry extensions.
Delete the files (extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini, extensions.cache) extensions.* and compatibility.ini in the profile folder of Firefox to reset the extensions registry.
New files will be created if necessary.

Printer Epson Surecolor P600 problem
I have a problem with my printer Epson Surecolor P600. Support of Epson are blaming my MAC! I want to print a panorama on roll paper, but the printer will scale down the image to A3. If you have the latest driver downloaded from the epson site and this also happens when you print from non-apple programs then I don't see OS X intercepting the print job from the app for the epson driver and change what needs to be printed
If you are not using the latest epson driver then you probably use what epson printer has given Apple to include in OS X at a point in time that could be interrupted if they have not given a new since then, or it might be their printer have simply not support appropriate for the version of Mac OS X you are running that it's the same for some older models of printers

Satellite Pro L300 running on wireless. Recently turned off don't but when restarted there is no wireless connectivity.

What operating system do you use? Are you using the original OS, you got with your laptop?As a first step, try to roll back OS to an earlier time using System Restore tool.

(1) what version of operating Windows is installed on the computer?
(2) did you of recent changes to the computer before the show?
(3) is your computer connected to the home network?

I have two printers installed on my laptop, only appears. The Epson Workforce 600 is connected via a usb cable, the other is a wireless network. I run Windows XP Home Edition and have a printer Epson Stylus C43UX Color. Quite often, the printer connects, is recognized by my laptop and works very well, but sometimes, when I connect and turn on the printer, I get a ball on the toolbar "USB device not recognized" State the Device Manager shows the printer as an unknown device and in the State of the device properties is no indication 'no driver installed for this device.
