Printing from remote location

The print by sending e-mail to [email protected] feature has no printing options. Ex I want to print on both sides of the page, I am unable to choose this anywhere. Y at - it something I missing.pls tips

Hello

I think this option will come. When, I don't know. The logic is how to load all THE instructions (IE PCL) agents of e-mail or attachments to say printers to print on both sides. Not just a printer, this should work for hundreds of models out there.

You don't miss anything.

Hope that answers your question.

  • HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2135: How to handle the cartridge if move us the printer from one location to another (15-20 hours travel)

I bought the printer mumbai to donote to my school in my village. I tested the printer in mumbai and now want to take to my Village. I have to travell 15-20 hours by Bus to get to the place. So just wanted to know what kind of precautions should take before departure.

A few things came into my mind was as below

    (1) should handling cartridge - I remove the cartridge of the printer? If Yes, then, is there any specific packaging should do. As boxed lunch or something.

    (2) I have the original box, so I'll be packaging printer except cartridge in this area.

    Any guy of pointers?

    Thanks in advance

    Ashok kamara

    Hey Ashok,

It should be possible to carry the printer with you on the bus.  The printer will be with you or it will be in one area of luggage on the bus?

It should be possible to leave the cartridges in the printer, but they must be original and held in the ceilings of the printer.  To ensure that cartridges are held in home position please turn off the printer on the power button and wait that all the noise to stop.  Cartridges would then be held in the ceilings of the printer.  This should be reasonably sure. Then unplug the printer from the outlet on the wall.

If the cartridges are removed from the printer, then it would be difficult to preserve them so that they may function properly after a trip of 15 to 20 hours outside of the printer it is therefore better to keep them in the printer, but they must be original and held in the ceilings of the printer.

Given that you have recently purchased this printer it would be better to put back in the box with all foam packaging printer who was with her when you bought it.  In this way they will be protected during transport.  If you do not have the box and the packing of origin perhaps put in a bag with bubbles of air or paper around it to protect it when you travel.  If possible, it would be preferable to keep it with you on your knees on a trip, but this is not possible.

This is the best advice I can give.  I hope this helps.

I can't guarantee anything, but it would be better to check it out again when you arrive at your destination.

  • Cannot connect from remote location (place of Copier)

obtained on Mozilla.com. Tried to connect. Identified no username or password. I think that I don't use "tenorsherlock" username. I just used alan l. holmes.

Well, I might as well join in the party.

This thread reads like a comic script, with volunteers ask you questions and you answer with stuff not related to chance.

So lets get this back on topic. What you try to do the Mozilla.com?

If it is not apparent, Mozilla.com does not email in a form in any way. Thunderbird Mozilla marked customer of e-mail is software that resides on your computer and which collects your e-mail from the account so that it has been implemented. If you want to send mail from absences from home, your e-mail address, your e-mail provider is sure to have a webmail portal that you can access via a browser.

This that you will not be able to do, it's remote access to your Thunderbird installation, unless you have configured your computer to access the internet using a remote program like logmein.

  • Installation: HPLIP and remote printing from ANDROID and iOS on a static network of HP printer

I recently installed a HP LaserJet Professional m1212nf MFP printer on my network and gave it a static IP address.  On my main computer (also statically networked - Ubuntu 12.04) I installed the hplip service and can print to it successfully.  On the same computer, I have a Dymo Labelwriter and a HP ColorLaserJet 1215 connected by USB.

I can print from my iPhone / Tablet Android of ICS to the printer and the printer color laserjet use Airprint service, but I can't seem to print on the m1212nf with Airprint.  If I print via CUPS with Airprint driver I get a completion from print but the printer does not print.  Now, since the m1212nf printer is NOT connected to the CUPS print server by USB, it makes sense, unless I can be told how to configure CUPS to print to the device on the network.

    -or-

I think, from what I've read so far, this Icould use eprint if there was a way to put a windows driver (Yes, reluctantly, I have access to a Windows laptop that I can put on my network) on the m1212nf and hplip driver which currently allows it to communicate with my main computer.

I would prefer a solution Airprint as Airprint works with mobile devices, the other two printers.

    OK, egg on my face!

It turns out that iOS functioned perfectly well, but does not have the Android app, I had on my tablet.  In addition to continuation of the Android issue, I have found only one free application that worked (at least for the text) in the game store, but we were really a "demo" as the print was a watermark, but we could remove the watermark for two separate awards, one for the text and one for the photos.

But in responding with a solution to this problem myself, I consider that it {SOLVED].  In addition it leaves no doubt that Airprint and the "generate airprint-' script works for versions of Ubuntu Ubuntu on the side.

  • HP OfficeJet Pro 6835: ePrint to remote location

I just bought a printer: HP OfficeJet Pro 6835.

I use an iMac with OSX Yosemite (Version 10.10.2).

I also installed the HP ePrint app on my iPhone, which is running iOS 8.3

In order to print from a remote location (i.e.: at a distance well my network), what I have to enter the e-mail address of my printer? Exactly what steps i take to print remotely? Can I email the point to the e-mail address of my printer?

    Hello

No, please send what you want to print (types of supported files) as attachments with your email.

Update: for example, I want to print on my printer at home in Melbourne, Australia and I stay in a hotel in Los Angeles. I have to open my email account (for this example, I use Yahoo), I have to compose a new email and then

b type in my e-mail printer address in of: field.

    (b) subject type - we need subject otherwise ePrint might be thinking it is spam.

    (c) attach my document, I want to print to this email.

    d click send

    Kind regards.

  • I replaced a HP with an Epson Stylus all-in-one printer and cannot get the printer to print more than one page when printing from the computer.

    Original title: new printer

I replaced a HP with an Epson Stylus all-in-one printer and cannot get the printer to print more than one page when printing from the computer.  The printer works fine when printing from a laptop or ipad!

    Start by going here--> http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?UseCookie=yes&oid=232591&prodoid=63099059&infoType=Downloads&platform=nodetect

If the web page has not correctly detected your operating system, select it by using the drop-down list.  Rather than using the "Combo package" recommended but huge, expand the "Drivers" section and download driver printer v2.32 to a location that you will remember later.

    • Click on the ORB start and go into devices and printers.
    • Select (click) the icon of your Epson printer.
    • Once you have selected the printer, a button labeled "Print server properties" will appear in the toolbar.  Click on this button.
    • Click the "Drivers" tab on the print server properties dialog box.
    • Select the Epson printer in the list of installed printer drivers, and then click 'remove '.
    • In the context menu, select "Remove driver and driver package" and click OK
    • Click Yes, and then delete
    • Once the removal process is complete, restart the computer (probably not really necessary, but can't hurt)
    • Install the driver and the software using the file that you downloaded earlier

At this point, your printer should work fine.  However, if you want the ability to print by emailing a file to your printer, you may need to install both 'Remote Printer Driver v1.65' in the category 'Pilot' and "v1.30 utility Configuration of printer Epson Connect" in the "Utilities" category

  • Printing from Iphone/Ipad

HP 7510 All in One Printer Prints fine for three computers on the network.  It also works well for Iphone/Ipad printing via ePrint.

However, it does not systematically print remote HP on the Iphone/Ipad.  When it will not be printed, always shows the printer, he says that it is offline.  ePrint works very well, but there are certain things that he does not print and the HP Remote is therefore necessary.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer from net work.  I also gave a fixed IP address to the printer.

Any suggestions how I can get thr printer to print consistently since my phone/Ipad?

Have you tried to print using AirPrint is integrated in Apple devices?  You should be able to print without using special applications.  Any application that supports printing should allow you to select any compatible printer AirPrint on your network and it print without having to install special software or applications.

  • photosmart HP 6520 trying to print from the ipad, but it keeps telling me tray paper empty

I try to print from my ipad and it still says that the paper tray is empy, when it is not.  I think he wants to "photo paper" and I don't want to print a photo.  ??

    HI Vicki_O,

Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that when I try to print from your iPad using Apple's AirPrint feature that you have found an error output of paper for the printer Photosmart 6520.

I suspect that you are right and the AirPrint feature is that the document is printed as an image file, so it's like a photo manipulation. I have included document Basics AirPrint from Apple. For any additional consultation, I've also included HP How to use Apple AirPrint on a wireless network.

If you want more that what is available with Apple's AirPrint printing options, you can use the application Mobile HP ePrint. I've included the HP ePrint Mobile App FAQ document.

If you want to scan from your printer directly on your iPad, you can always download the AiO Printer Remote app from HP.   I've included the HP all-in-One Printer Remote Mobile App FAQ document.

If you need further help, feel free to post back.

  • How to print from word in Labview

I'm doing some automated tests for printers and I need to be able to print a specific document on the size of 10 points in font Courier. So what would be probably easier is to print directly from Word. I hope that someone has suggestions to do this task. I also have the file to a PDF file as well, but it is only on a specific page in the document. So either print the Word document, print in a font size of 10 points through Labview Courier or print a page of a PDF file. Thanks for any help I can get.

Thanks for all the help I figured it based on what I needed. I found the vi of the report in a location or format plain text that you can choose a font and size and tell Labview to print from the default printer. Thanks again for all the help.

  • Why can I not print from my samsung Galaxy phone?

I can print from my iPad but my samsung s3 says I can only print to printers samsung, is this true? Due to an upgrade and the need to know if the samsung later would print to printers from the air.

    Hello

What is your printer? You can print from the iPad, which probably means that you can print from Samsung (or Android). Please use Google Store/Play to install "HP ePrint" or "HP AiO Remote" on your Samsung, and you should be able to print your Samsung.

    Kind regards.
