  I have a HP 8600 Pro. I use an HP Pavilion laptop with windows 8.1. I printed a document that had 2 pages. 1 printed page, then I shut down the computer. (my mistake)

  I understand that you get problems printing documents using the Officejet 8600. I will do my best to help you! I recommend you remove the second printer, the first printer is to print a document. Please follow these steps:

  Follow this document here how access to the devices and scanners on Windows 8.1. Now right-click on 4DEDB HP (HP Officejet Pro 8600) with your mouse and choose Remove device. You can do a right click on the HP Officejet Pro 8600 (network) and select set as default printer.

  I recently acquired an Officejet Pro 8600 and immediately connected to my network wireless as stated in the manual. No other type of connection has been used beforehand and the operating system is Windows 7 64 bit.

  After that the installation of the printer driver appears twice each time that a program asks me to select a printer from the drop of the printing devices in the typical menu of preparation of printing.

  There is an entry for "Officejet Pro 8600 (network)" and something in the sense of 'HP95CDN' (Officejet Pro 8600). I can't remember the exact names off the top of my head, but it is the name of the printer with the 'network' in brackets in one case and a kind of shortcut ID printer with full name in parentheses in the other case.

  According to the program, one of the options gives the desired impression while the other simply causes a queue of indelible impression for the name of the unit in question that is stuck to a few KB of data transmission.

  Usually printing works with the device with the identification of the printer in its name, but I recently had a case where with LibreOffice printing only works with the other choice.

  Can someone explain to me exactly means?

  Direct entry Wireless will be visible under menu so direct wireless is on... However, since you are able to print another icon (not the network icon) I assume direct wireless is off coz you will not be able to print from wireless directly on the printer if you are connected to the router.
  
  I believe that the icon of the printer (not the network icon) has a port WSD assigned and is automatically detected by the operating system and installed.
  
  Go to service window and check if you have any input that says function Discovery Provider Host and see if it is started. Try to stop the service, and remove the icon of the printer (not the network icon) in the print server properties.
  
  Restart the PC and check if the icon comes back or try to uninstall and reinstall

  I removed my original pilot, launched my CD orig who downloaded correctly.  When I go to find in my device Mgr it sees and as to continue through the wizard to add to my HP Pavilion he asks that I add the "WPS" I can't find it anywhere in my manual or my printer.  How can I get my WPS so I continue and restore this printer with Windows 10 settings?  Then I should be able to download your drivers 'full foot' and the laptop talk to the printer (at least I hope it's going to happen).  Currently you can only print via USB then please get back to me with an answer as soon as possible.

  Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I think you are asking you if you connect your Officejet Pro 8600 to your wireless network if it will hire additional internet charges.

  The answer to this question depends on how you have your wireless network and internet access put in place. It also depends on who has the Officejet Pro 8600 that you configure.  For example, if you enable web services use ePrint, it requires internet access to work. If you are unsure about your internet use and installation, I would recommend that you set up the printer with a USB connection.  Who will ensure that you are in control of when the printer is connected to the internet.

  Just replace an old model of printer officejet with the officejet pro 8600/premium printer. Installed HP Solution Center when I installed the officejet model age.  What I still have to keep HP solution Center or can I uninstall it?

  HP Solution Center was replaced by the HP printer Assistant (at least that is what my Windows 7 computer with a 8600 use).  You could uninstall the older printing software.

  I always got WiFi printers in my house and never had to deal with this problem personally, but the following CNET article seems to answer this question:

  My printer is a HP OfficeJet 7500 E910, which allows me to print from any wireless device and my printer is plugged only the power source.

  Also, I did not read the entire article carefully, but I would venture to say that if you have a cable to connect your printer to your wireless router, it should appear as a network printer. If your iPhone is connected to the same wireless network as the router is mounted, you should have this success. It would still be printing wireless from your iPhone, but just a different configuration.

  It seems that you have 'Full' selected instead of "Normal". If you switch Normal, messages print with just the From/to/subject?

  I had been printing since I bought this Epson 3880 Stylus Pro, at least once every 2 weeks to more than a year without any problems. I print directly from photoshop, last week I printed 2 images, isn't a problem. Until today, prints comes very evil. In 2 different images green appears in the shadows and like don't muddy not sharp or details. Very hard to explain, but you can see the result of printing with an attachment.   I have some of my electricity and gas supplier invoices and invoices are printed with squares displayed instead of text. I have already restored the book of fonts for the default fonts. I have no problem with the display of these bills on my computer. I have another PDF files and they all are printed correctly. If I open the PDF file that is badly printed and export it to PDF in PREVIEW app, the output is the same as on my printer.
