  Follow the steps below:

  Method 1:

  Start your computer in a clean boot state and see if that fixes the problem.

  Note: Do not disable any program startup list Kodak when you perform the clean boot.

  Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to set the computer to start as usual as mentioned in step 7 in the above article.

  Method 2:

  Uninstall and reinstall the Kodak Home Center of your computer and see if that fixes the problem.

  If you receive the DRM activator error message do the following to correct the problem.

  1. click on start

  2. right click on computer

  3. click on properties

  4. Select advanced system settings

  5. under performance click settings

  6. go in the Data Execution Prevention tab

  7. click on TURN DEP FOR ESSENTIAL WINDOWS PROGRAMS AND SETTINGS ONLY

  8. click on apply and then OK

  This will solve your problem of drmactivator.

  Right click on the desktop | New | Shortcut. Navigate to "c:\program files\outlook express\msimn.exe". Click next | Click Finish.  It will be a new shortcut on the desktop.

  dsca.exe is a Dell program used with, it of the support center and is not necessary to run at startup.  Go to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx and download, install and run Autoruns.  Pass the all tab.  Check all the items until you find the one who mentions dsca.exe or appears related to Dell (check all the items in the list because there may be multiple entries).  For each entry, uncheck the box to prevent it from start to start, and then click OK.  Restart the message should be gone (and you not have lost all functionality to your system by doing this).
