Problem Bluetooth Stack 6.30.01 on Satellite A40 with SD Card3

I just tried to install the new Stack 6.30.01

I have an A40 Spain with SD slot and a Toshiba SD card 3.
I had 6.10.10 before one TI worked well.

The news we don't recognize the correct card. Not install the correct driver.

What is the problem?

I would try the Microsoft Bluetooth Stack.

To enable the Microsoft Stack, you must uninstall the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack and install the Bluetooth monitor.
The Bluetooth screen can be found on the Toshiba site

    Hello

I installed Toshiba Bluetooth Stack on my laptop Toshiba Satellite p300. (Vista)

The question I'm getting is the CD has not installed the software completely, but is shown in Add & Remove Programs, when I click on uninstall I get error 2753.
I can't see BT Stack V1.2 - 2.0 installed in c:/program files & if I try and install from disk once again as I remove program then error 2753.

How can I remove BT stack of my laptop? I tried to install the later version of the site, but all I get is installed then accept then he said there still remove error 2753.
(the only place where I can see bluetooth stack is to add & remove programs)
He was appointed as something else in program files?
where is this hiding so I can rename or delete?

    someone had this problem?

  • Protocol Bluetooth Stack in LabVIEW

    Hello

What I'm trying to do is to use LabVIEW on a PC with an attached Bluetooth dongle to talk to an owner designed Bluetooth device to connect with Bluetooth phones. I need the program to send some commands to the patented device, disconnect, then connect and talk to another device. The patented device that I want to connect is essentially just a server waiting for a cell phone to communicate with her. Once connected, garbage are exchanged between the phone and the device, and once authenticated, the Unit completed its function.

I've tested my Bluetooth dongle using the Simple Bluetooth Client.VI and the Simple Server.VI of Bluetooth running on two different PCs. They have been able to connect and transfer data properly.

My question arises, however, in LabVIEW allows you to specify a channel to connect via Bluetooth. The device patented essentially being a dumb device, she wants to follow the typical Bluetooth Stack Protocol and start once paired frequency hopping. He will not be able to devote himself to a single channel and frequency with the computer of pigs.

So I want to know is how LabVIEW treats the Protocol. The string that you specify in the VI Bluetooth actually affects the Protocol or that's just the way it communicates with the Bluetooth dongle? I have just need to know if LabVIEW supports already the Bluetooth protocol, or if there is a way around a dedicated channel. I want the computer to display and behave like a mobile devices view.

I read through several of the NOR tutorials, examples and discussion forums, but I couldn't find answers to my question. I could be missing something simple or easy here, but I want to assure you that it is still possible to achieve before I start to develop the code.

    What I use:

    LabView Full 2012

IOGear Bluetooth 2.1 USB Micro adapter

I must admit that I'm not the most technically savvy person when it comes to Bluetooth stacks and protocols, so please excuse mistakes with technical information, I could have. I must, however, work colleagues who are very experienced in Bluetooth (but not in LabVIEW), worry is not on the level of technical language that you use.

Thank you for your considerations in my problem. Do not hesitate to ask others (within limits reasonable owner) or clarification.

    Kind regards

    Bronson

    bronsonmock,

The screws of LabVIEW Bluetooth and functions use RFCOMM, which is a connection protocol that exposes the Winsock interface. RFCOMM is a simple protocol that emulates communication series. The RFCOMM interface defines the clients and servers of Bluetooth.

Creating client applications and server Bluetooth in LabVIEW is similar to creating applications server and client for TCP communication. A Bluetooth Server uses the Protocol for discovery of Service (SDP) to broadcast the availability of the services on the server contains and listens to incoming connections. A client creates an outgoing RFCOMM connection to a server. Once the client and server connect to each other, they exchange data until the client or the server terminates the connection or the connection is lost.

Bluetooth of LabVIEW functions are really just a wrapper for the Windows bluetooth library functions. You can take a look and see how these protocols are processed to a lower level comprehension. I've also included this document where I shot the first two bits of information.

  • Portege R100 Bluetooth Stack needs license number

I had to have a new hard drive installed on my laptop recently and since that time, I downloaded the latest driver for the Bluetooth stack from Toshiba web site and used with my USB bluetooth dongle. It worked OK for a while but it must note it on the bluetooth software stack was that he was the evaluation software only and that he would need a license. I can't find out how to get the license! Bluetooth on your laptop has always worked from day 1 to have the laptop and has only been disabled after the re - build due to the new hard drive!

What? I never heard about the BT stack license key.
Are you sure that you have installed the proper software?

Bluetooth driver is free and you can download it from the page of the Toshiba driver!

  • Satellite A40: keyboard mapping with us Euro WinXP Pro

I thought it was a simple problem to solve, but unfortunately it has escaped me. I had to reload a Satellite A40 with the American version of WinXP Pro Corp. Laptop was purchased in Germany. The keyboard is physically different than typical laptops, used here (pressing the button gives you a Z, for example). Is it possible to map the keyboard so that the user can get an idea of what is typed? I crossed the region in question, and I had no chance (unless it's just me?!). Any guys help? Thanks a lot :)

    Hello

As you said in your advertisement you can change the keyboard language settings in the Control Panel regional and language settings language Details tab

In the installed services, you can add the language of the US or UK keyboard.
Please note: you can set several languages. To switch between the settings please use the keys ALT + SHIFT.

  • Satellite A40: HARD drive no longer works

I have a Toshiba Satellite A40 with a 40 GB hard drive that was supplied as standard.
I have had absolutely no problems with it since buying it... so far.

On September 19 I left my laptop (do nothing) for a while I had to rush. I went back to the 'blue screen of death' that says I had a hardware failure and Windows were closed. It was late, so I turned off the laptop and he left until the morning.

The next morning I start the laptop. It makes a noise of terrible rattle than he ever has before. It loaded windows extremely slowly, me connected and then crashed to blue screen.

When I heard the noise, I thought it was the turbine that is blocked will cause the laptop overheating and stopping. Then I checked the fan for obstruction and dust and then cleaned the dust out of the heatsink at the back. I turned on the laptop and the sound came back.

After listening to the noise more closely, I heard that he was not coming right in front of him - the hard drive fan, but the compartment. So when I started the computer I got the Toshiba POST screen and then it would not start. I booted from the recovery CD to reformat the HD, but whenever he tries to read the HD to start re-formatting it crashes. And now, whenever I turn it on I get the message "insert system disk".

I had this problem before with another computer and everything just re-installed windows, but I have never had such a strong and terrible HD noise. I'll try to reinstall windows later today, but wanted to know if anyone else has had a similar problem and if it would be wise to replace the HD altogether. Preferabbly I want to reinstall Windows and recover files lost which unfortuently have not been saved, I typed only their place the same day.

Any comments or ideas would be very useful.
    Thank you.

    Hello

For me, the matter is very clear. According to the description of you, it sounds like a HARD disk head crash. The noise is coming from the inside of the HARD drive.
In addition, the message "Insert system disk" appears because the BIOS can not find the HARD drive or operating system.

Well, unfortunately, in my opinion it is not big thing to do. I don't think that replace drive HARD will solve this problem and allows you to reuse the laptop.

    Good luck

  • Problem Satellite C660 - 1 DR Bluetooth Stack Win7 x 64

    Hello
I can't install drivers for Bluetooth to my C660 - 1DR in Win7 x 64. I tried the site bluetooth stack, but it does not work. This is showed by info wait because it is installing Bluetooth driver but nothing happens for an hour. When I cancel the operation and start it again after the reboot, program tries to install the bluetooth, rfbus and another peripheral controller bluetooth but all are not installed correctly.
Maybe there are alternative drivers for Bluetooth?

    Hello

    As far as I know the Satellite C660 - 1DR is equipped with a WLan card * ATHEROS 802.11 (B/G/N) WB195-HMC w / BT V3.0 + HS *.

As far as I know this card WLan Bluetooth support.
This means that you must install the WLan driver for this WLan card and this will allow Bluetooth!

Here you can find the right driver WLan:

    Check this.

I have an annoying problem with Windows XP: crash after a period undeterministic due to the crash of the generic host for Win32 (svchost.exe) services process. I tried all the updates, which are offered on various forums, my NTB is spyware/malware free (new installation). This problem occurred for me after installation of Toshiba Bluetooth stack, I had only before Bluetooth screen.

Seems to be something with the Toshiba Software?
Maybe this should be reported directly to Toshiba, but I don't know how.

    Hello

It will be interesting to know what A100 you exactly.

Just for example: I have A100 (PSAA9) with Windows XP Home edition. If you check the document instructions facilities on order page and Toshiba support facilities, you'll see that battery Toshiba BT must be installed initially and monitor BT later.

Sorry, but I think that there is no software Toshiba problem but maybe you even. Please check it out in the future.

  • Re: Satellite A300D - Bluetooth Stack can not find a service

    Hello!
I have the Satellite A300D with Windows 7 and battery Bluetooth Toshiba (ver. 7.00.10)
I want to connect my mobile phone to laptop via bluetooth. I tried to add a new connection in the Bluetooth stack. BS found my phone, but cannot connect to. BS showed an error message 'Cannot find a service' (I have a Russian version of Bluetooth Stack, so I have to translate the message). And I don't know what service is not running, BS don't give any additional information.

Please, advise me what can I do to solve my problem.

I think you must turn on the bluetooth feature in Administrative Tools-Services:

  • Satellite A200: Bluetooth stack & Flashcard is not responding

My new A200 gives me a headache. After you receive the following message: thank you for the evaluation of battery Bluetooth Toshiba Windowsby. The evaluation period has expired. You can purchase a license for this version of Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba"I downloaded the battery Bluetooth Toshiba home page multilingual. It does not work, I still got the same message and can't use bluetooth.

The second message I always get is "that the Flashcard Toshiba not responding" so that Vista is looking for a solution, but can't find anything.

The third problem is to include a second monitor. Only once it has worked very well, but never again. I can't control the second monitor via the laptop, sometimes I can't extend it, sometimes I can but the second monitor is slow. I use a Targus docking station.

    Thank you

    Hello

This message is intended for third-party developers of Bluetooth adapters, but may appear if you use such an adapter with the Toshiba Bluetooth software 'stack' - rather than with the stack of the manufacturer of the adapter. The third-party Bluetooth adapter can operate with the battery Toshiba Bluetooth, but only for a 30 days evaluation period.

If you use a 3rd party Bluetooth adapter, get and install the battery correct Bluetooth from the manufacturer of the Bluetooth adapter.

If your laptop was already equipped with the BT card then you n t need to get the version of BT of any other battery manufacturers 3rd party.
You should be able to download it from your space to download Satellite A200 Toshiba page.

I also got a few problems with Vista's Flash cards.
Seems there's a bug in the previous version. But you worry about don t; the new version is already released on the Toshiba page!

However, it seems that you have messed the entire BONE because the switch to external monitor does not work too. Then maybe you should pick up the laptop with the Toshiba Recovery CD and then update the utility Vista FlashCard.

    Good luck

  • Satellite A100-234: Bluetooth stack 30 days trial only

    Dear Forum,

My Toshiba Satellite A100-234 just recently upgraded from Xp to Windows 7, downloaded and installed the last BT stack which supports windows 7. Installation was successful, the bluetooth devices work well.

My question is... Why I only limited to use the 30 day trial period where infact I use PC Toshiba laptop.

Y at - there a patch to make it fully activated without limited period. From Toshiba Web site address to trigger this query?

If someone wishes to help solve this problem, it will be very appreciated.

  • Satellite L655-145 cannot install the bluetooth stack

Cannot install bluetooth stack. Just Setup freeze. All other drivers installed successfully. Device Manager only show Bluetooth ACPI device. This problem appeared after the update of the BIOS of the original version 1.80 to more older (1.80-1.90-2.10-2.20 > > >). Downgrade from 1.80 take no effect.

PS. Sorry for my bad English.

    Hello

As far as I know the laptop is equipped with WIFI and Bluetooth combo card!
This means that Wlan and BT functionality is controlled by a single card.

If you BIOS outsider (don t know why) Please put failing first.
Save the changes and reboot the laptop.

Then download the BT BT Toshiba stack.
Activate BT (FN + F8), then launch the installation of battery BT once more.

  • Satellite T130-11u - problem Bluetooth Win 7 64 bit

    Hi, also got a new T130-11u with windows 7 64 x

I have a problem with bluetooth.
After that I installed 7.10 bluetooth stack. (new manager) I can't conect any device on my laptop.
The esteem devices Manager starts the instalation and it displays an error indicating the DETECTION OF SERVICE FAILED.
The same goes for dfferetnt bluetooth mouse or same conecting to mobile phones!

I tried to download the different bluetooth Manager, but it's the only one who can install drivers.
If I uninstall the Manager, I have also uninstall the drivers, and Device Manager does not recognize the missing bluetooth. !!! WTF!
    Then. Help, please...

After installing the last stack of BT have you activated BT module properly?
I use BT on two Toshiba laptops and I can say that the principle is always the same so I don't think on your T130 is some difference.
Move the WLAN switch to position ON and use the FN + F8 key combination to activate the BT module, and you should be able to connect to your mobile phone. If necessary, create new connectivity.

Is symbol of BT in the notification area red or blue when you get this error DETECTION OF service failed?
