  Thanks for your help.  The only thing that worked was uninstall LR and CC 2014 AND preferences Remove.  After you have reinstalled the programs worked well, but I still couldn't edit CC from Lightroom in 2014.  After restarting the MAC, many times the function returned.  I don't know why, but it works now.

• Issue using the Magic Wand selection tool in Photoshop CS6

  I m following a tutorial to learn the basics of photoshop and I m stuck on the magic wand tool, while doing a very simple task. I'm trying to select the white background of the image and then pressing on delete to remove it and make duck yellow transparent image.

  But when I press the button remove key a window opens and the eyedropper tool is selected. And when I press DELETE, while the background is filled with the yellow color of the duck. Please look at the picture and let me know how I can fix this.

  This happens because you are working on the background layer which is special in Photoshop. What you need to do, is make a regular layer by double clicking with the ALT key or double clicking and pressing ok. Incidentally that's going to happen with any selection tool not only the magic wand. Hope that helps

• Problems with the "Select tool?"

  Because I have updated the latest version of Adobe Illustrator on cc, the "Select" tool does not correctly. It does not scale the rectangle shapes (made by the tool 'Form') using the "select" tool (all other forms work fine). I tried to contact customer service at this topic and it seems that it is a software update. I asked an ETA, but was initially ignored, and the 2nd time said they could not provide me with this information yet, only that he had been sent to the engineering team. I have projects and patterns to talk of the possibility of those not being not on the time and all I was asking for a was an estimated time that the glitch would be fixed and then nothing more said, I booted from the live chat. At this point, I am furious because I tried to be patient ALL day with the customer service team and that's how I'm treated...   It seems that the problem is a bug that is limited to only one of the MAC versions starting from 10.7 and 10.8, but not 10.9 (Mavericks), see this thread linked below.

  Since the last update a few hours back, automatic selection no longer works as before.

  At first I thought that it was simply does not work. I made sure that the "auto select Layers" has been checked in the move tool, I went to the Brush tool, which held the key CTRL pressed to activate temporarily move and... Nothing.

  Try to reset your 2014 CC Photoshop preferences and also reset all tools.  I have no problem as you with subscription versions of Photoshop CS6 13.1.2 14.2.1 CC and CC 2014.2.2.

  I'm in a strange problem. Tool for the quick selection of my Adobe Photoshop 7.0 is missing. The magic wand is there. But there is no small black arrow on this topic, click and move to the quick selection. There is no way that I can use quick selection. Press the W button opens only the magic wand. I believe that my software is broken. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling software and use custom and made sure all components have been selected during the installation, but it does not help. I tried the regular Setup Install 7.0 as well as creative cloud. For both, the quick selection tool is still missing. If someone could help me solve this problem, it will be very useful.

  Correct, there is no quick selection tool in Photoshop version 7, The Cloud Creative offers three versions of Photoshop.  Photoshop CS6 version 13, CC Photoshop version 14 and CC 2014 Photoshop version 15 all versions have the quick selection tool.

• Clips of images are not stay in line with selection tool when dragging a layer to another

  Hey guys, an annoying problem with the selection tool in first pro. Basically when I go to drag a clip on one layer with the selection tool the clip does not stay with my cursor... I drag the upward and the video goes two layers under my cursor... As I slide left or right, there any kind of a mind of its own... goes up a layer or to the bottom of the other. I can put the clip where I want, but I may move my cursor to selection tool several layers above the one I want to drag on... His slow me wayyyyy... How can I get it so that it remains in the video clip with the selection tool cursor? It used to work fine, but now it doesn't.

  So I got on the chat with adobe... and they put me on the remote access... They have nothing, but all of a sudden, now there is no problem? Everything they have done has been to open google earth on accident!

• Selection tool issues

  I have problems with the Selection tool on an ellipse shape. I mean resize a circle, forced to anchor to the left. When I fly over the strewn right anchor a little oval appears next to the selection tool which then requires me to restrict to the Center. I need it's off. Also, I discovered that if I compensated a circle, these options are disappearing.

  

  It is a feature of newly introduced bug. Ellipses are now living forms by default. To change back to a regular form, select object > shape > expand your form.

• Cannot select Tools or settings in CS6

  I just installed InDesign CS6 via creative cloud and I'm having a problem with the selection tools. With the character Panel, for example when I select the text in my document and go in the character Panel, InDesign will not let me select any other font, select the drop down menu, or change the font settings (size, location, etc.). If I'm in a text box, I can not select the direct Selection tool. I tried a new document and an old document with no luck. Any advice? Thank you!

• Selection tool resize

  Illustrator worked very well for me for the last week and I've never had a problem with the selection tool to recover and resize my items but for some reason some today my selection tool only SELECT objects will not resize.  Arriving from the angle of an object, the black arrow remains but a small white square appears at the right bottom to instead of the cursor turn everything into resizing/rotation arrows.  I tried to restart my computer nothing works.  It happens on I created as well as objects that I place in objects.  Any ideas...?  Thank you!

• Pen pressure does not work in Photoshop CC 2014 (using remember tablet)

  I just recently remember H610 Pro tablet. After installing the driver, I tested the sensitivity of the stylus in the pad mini test that provides the pilot of Oh and the pressure on my pen sensitivity totally worked well. The problem is that when I used Photoshop CC (2014) and select 'pen pressure' in the 'dynamic form' tab, I see a triangle with an exclamation mark inside, indicating that Photoshop does not recognize my pen pressure. I can draw very well, but I have zero sensitivity pen! I use windows 8, and I have already made sure I used the tablet driver update. I tried uninstalling my drivers and resettlement, then by restarting my laptop, but so far, nothing has worked!
  Any suggestions?
