Problem connecting to the remote site

I created a FTP user on the remote server that works perfectly fine, when I click on test connection. Now, when I click on the remote view or download a file, or connect to the remote server I get this message-"Waiting for server" then I get this error message "connection to the remote host is lost. "Click the button connect to reconnect." I disabled my firewall too. This has been driving me crazy for a long time. Any source of help would be a great help.

I had finally found the solution. My internet access point was behind the residential gateway, who created an internet cache (something like). I had to install cygwin which solved the problem. Just had to follow the simple rules to install and you have the problem solved. In any case, I would like to thank all those who had given their suggetions.

Problems connecting to the remote host via FTP from DreamWeaver

I have problems to connect to my remote host in DreamWeaver. I can connect via the Client File Zilla and was able to connect until my hard drive crashed. Now w/new drive, I get an error msg. I tried to create a new site, which connets when I test the connection, but when I go to view the files, a dialog box appears saying "(cannont get info dossier distant, accès refusé, etc) I tried selecting the different settings and combines following parameters: use firewall, secure ftp, ftp passive mode." Don't know what else to try at this point. I have WIN XP, Adobe Creative Suite CS3. I'd appreciate any help, thanks!

OK - it's good. I noticed that your host directory contains only the character ' / ' and that could be the source of your problems. What happens if you remove that, just leave this field blank?

I'm using oracle 11.1.6.0 on LINUX centos 5.
After the successful creation of database of sleep by using rman duplicate, I am faced with the issue of the journal not shpping to backup site.

I have a problem ping between remote sites. Now the Cryptography and no nat ACL's for different sites just to affect traffic between the remote site and main site. I tried to add roads, adding other subnets to the crypto and no. ACL Nat at the remote sites... nothing worked. Any ideas?

PC migration - converter could not connect to the remote computer. A general error occurred: unknown internal error

I am brand new to fusion m v so forgive me if I miss useful information of the first post time around.
I try to use migrate your PC, feature of VM Fusion 8 but I see the error in the title of the topic when I try to start the import operation.
I have disabled the firewall on the PC and MAC
I tried over ethernet and direct connections
When I run the migration of PC Windows tool, he complains that UAC is enabled even if it is not (confirmed via Control Panel and evolution via the command prompt)

Well well just in case someone found this one in the future, the question turns out to be that my PC has been joined to a domain, but I was connected to a local account. I solved the problem by leaving the field. There may be other ways to work around this problem.

When I tested missing missing datafile and control file scenario on the primary database, it worked (Advisor to recover data)

However, missing datafile scenario does not work on the physics of the day before.
Here are the steps I followed:

1 renamed a file of physical data - in standby mode:

2. restore the datafile (find the data file # view v$ recover_file):
RMAN > restore datafile 5;

3. in spite of the error, published "recover datafile command.

6. of course RMAN commands have failed to restore the missing data file;
So I renamed the file to original and rebooted repeat services applies - this restore the data file and now the configuration state of the DG is normal.

Not quite sure if I'm still he hands the right way or if the error above is related to RMAN not able to synchronize with the physics of the day before.

CS4 'the connection to the remote host was lost.

Suddenly, I get the error message (CS4) when I try to connect to remote hosts: "the connection to the remote host has been lost. Click Refresh to reconnect. "It is impossible to connect to a remote host.
This happens for all my sites on remote servers in different countries, so it must be a problem of DW. Please advice.

Have you tried to use passive mode:

Definition of site > advanced > click on the passive FTP box and see if it works.

Apple TV constantly loses the connection to the remote

I have the latest version of Apple TV and remote control (touch screen version). The TV will say that he has lost the connection to the remote control, and then a second later he will say that he has restored the connection. This is repeated every 10 to 30 seconds.

It was before the last software update and still happens after him.

Sometimes even if the remote is fully charged.

It happens after restart of the Apple TV.

Looks like interference to me, check your environment for other devices that may cause interference (babyphones, phones wireless, wifi, devices etc.)

Remote Web Workplace 2011 connected to the remote PC lot

I have a client who is having a strange question about Remote Web Workplace 2011.

It will connect to RWW that herself as usual, but when it connects to the remote computer, I'll call him PC1, it connects to a different machine (PC2).

I have logged on to the SBS server and made sure his remote PCs are configured correctly, she only has permissions for remote access to PC1, all other PCs have been disabled for the remote access.

There were no changes made to the names of PC or anything.

The server is a Windows Small Business Server 2011 Standard.

If I have excluded any information please let me know! Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Remote Desktop cannot connect to the remote computer

Hi all

I'm having a problem on my server running Windows Server 2008 R2.

I can not can not on the remote server by using remote desktop (mstsc).

Here is the error I get when connecting:

Remote Desktop cannot connect to the remote computer to one of the following reasons:
(1) remote access to the server is not enabled
(2) the remote computer is disabled
(3) the remote computer is not available on the network

Make sure that the remote computer is on and connected to the network, and remote access is enabled.

I tried to restart the services, but nothing helped.

I even restarted the server, which did not help.

Also, I can ping the server without any problem.

Kindly help. !
