Internet TV was pulled from the product from 20 September if that's what you
average. Be very specific about what lack us. Otherwise:

Go into Control Panel configuration program and features, you will be able to activate Windows
features on and outside. Disable the two Media Center and Media Player and restarting.
Then turn on both. What is going on?

You can also create a new user with administrator privileges and log out of old
user and log on new user to rule out the possibility of corruption of the profiles.

  • How to watch Internet TV for Windows Media Center to the Japan?

    Hello

Is it possible to watch Internet TV for Windows Media Center to the Japan or watch television show or movies without TV tuner and cable?

I live in the Japan and use PCs running Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit.

My Windows Media Center does not show TV on the internet, so I goggled for this solution, but I have some information and tried the procedures which have set similar problems, but still do not work.

I still believe that Internet TV is supported in the Japan.

You have an idea for this troubleshooting?

    Please help me.

    Thank you

Problem installing iTunes or QuickTime for Windows
    http://support.Apple.com/kb/HT1926

Turn on Windows 7 'Compatibility Mode' to iTunes:
    http://www.PCWorld.com/article/188534/turn_off_windows_7_compatibility_mode_for_itunes.html

Windows reports that iTunesSetup.exe is not a valid Win32 program
    http://support.Apple.com/kb/TS1406

First of all check if you have a version of 32 or 64-bit Windows:
    1) click the Start button, right-click computer and then click Properties.
    (2) in the system, see the system type - it will say either 32 or 64 bits.
    (3) download the appropriate version using the links.

    ITunes download (32-bit):
    http://www.Apple.com/iTunes/download/

    Download 64 - bit:
    http://support.Apple.com/kb/DL1037

Make sure that the "Windows Installer" service is running, or force start to begin.

    (1) open run, and type services.msc, and then press ENTER. You can also go
    Control Panel/Admin Tools/Services.

    (2) locate the Windows Installer in the list of installed services.

    (3) check that the status is "started".
If the condition column is empty, right-click Windows Installer, and then select start.

    (4) If you get the error trying to force start the Windows Installer service,
and then change the Startup Type to automatic (the default value is 'Manual').
    and then restart the computer.

    (5) very Installation Service runs after you restart the system.

  • What is TV tuner/Radio (FM) for Windows Media Center tuner? How to install on the computer?

    Hello

What is the TV tuner and FM Radio tuner? Is it a software or a difficult, how to install them on the computer? I can buy from a retailer. How will I know which is for my pc.

Please help me to answer the question.

    Respectfully,.

    Solvemachine

    Hello

Thanks for posting the question in the Microsoft Community forums.

According to the description, you need to know more about the Tv tuner and tuner Radio (FM) for Windows Media Center.

To listen to the FM radio in Media Center, you will need a tuner FM connected to or installed on your computer and an antenna connected to the tuner to receive a signal. FM tuners are very similar to TV tuners in fact, many TV tuner cards have a built in FM tuner.

  • How to select the output device HDMI as audio playback for Windows Media Center device

    Output audio media center units

    Hello

I'm trying to set up my media center from windows to windows media center of output through a separate audio device audio device by default.

In this case, I have hdmi output that I want to be the output for windows media center and my realtek analog to be the default for all the rest.

So my overall question is how I make windows media center requires is not the default audio device.

    Thank you

    Andrew

Method 1 is useless. Does that change the audio device by default in the system, what the user seeks specifically not to do.

Method 2 has no effect at all on Media Center.
The answer seems to be no, Media Center only works with the audio output device by default.

  • Problems adding our HP Media Extender for Windows Media Center

Hello, we have about 15 HP Media Extenders (MEX) laying around the place, connected to 2 x Win 7 computers laptops and 1 x Vista desktop, all running Windows Media Center.

Previously, the MEXs all the connected without problems on the computers in the library, but for some reason, they do not want to connect now.  What happened was I uninstalled all MEXs on the Vista computer as they were all saying disabled and did not know how to enable them again, so I thought that all delete and just add.

But the thing was, I did not add that Vista Media Centre, outside of the Xbox 360.  But I managed to add a bit of MEXs in other media Centres.  I also noticed there is a Media Center W7 which seems to be able to add when the other two cannot.  The error messages I received were: "an error occurred during the configuration of your computer with the Extender" or "Unable to Find Media Extender.

I'm not under a firewall on all computers, or the other.

Sorry if I missed any information.  Thank you for your help.

    Hello Robert,.

Windows Media Center should look at the file's existing database of the same Media Center once you have disabled the feature and he re-enabled.

!!!!! URGENT! ***************HELP!!!!! ******************URGENT!!!!!!!!!!! Help! ******************URGENT***********************************!!!!!!!

First of all, there is not - and has never been - anywhere to download a legal copy of any version of Windows XP...

Second, Windows XP Media Center Edition was available as a pre-installed OEM operating system (for example, Dell, HP, Gateway, etc.).  If you wanted a computer with MCE, you should have bought one with MCE.  In the unlikely case where your second-hand computer comes from an OEM and it came originally with MCE (look at the sticker on the box), it is possible, at a distance, the same manufacturer can provide the installation media necessary for a price.

If the video card in the computer is able to drive the "big flat screen", then you have nothing else (assuming that the computer meets other material).  See http://www.ehow.com/info_8204776_needed-netflix-streaming-work.html and http://www.ehow.com/how_7561774_stream-netflix.html
