  There are version 5.10.00.5510 for your available A60 Realtek sound card!

  Try nu - and reinstall the driver. Maybe it works after that!

  "Problem with sound recorder" suggests that there may be a problem with your input device.

  Open Device Manager (right click on my computer > properties > hardware > Device Manager) and search for "imaging devices". Click on the + to expand the category.  There is a warning (yellow!)? Right-click and select Properties.  Is it the box at low say "use this device (enable)"? If not, do so and click OK.

  While still in the Device Manager, click on the + next to "Sound, video controllers and game."  Locate the entry of your webcam microphone. There is a warning (yellow!)? Right-click and select Properties.  Is it the box at low say "use this device (enable)"? If not, do so and click OK.

  Take a look at control panel > sounds and Audio devices

  Click on the tab "Audio".  What is the default device for sound recording?  It should be your webcam; If this is not the case, adjust it using the drop-down list box.  Same thing for the "Voice" tab and the default device for voice recording.  Be sure to click on the "Apply" or the OK button.

  I am a new user of Premiere Elements. It runs on a PC Pro Windows 8.1. Everything going well until I'm not closing the pragram. If I save a project, close the program and re-open, audio files (any type) can only be heard on the left speaker. If I double-click the audio (audio tool opens upwards) I can see the left and the right lane and it seem okay, but in the draft, I can not both speakers to work. Burning of the project or making changes nothing. All other software is running okay, i.e. None of the problems of sound. Either it's a bug or it's sth. in the settings.

  The sound chip is a RealTEch High definition audio on an Asus motherboard. Any help is very appreciated.

  Finally, what helped was uninstalling the realtech High Definiton Audio Driver and re-install the same version.

  It is not sensible, but it worked.

  I just bought a 8 GB Clip + to replace an old Creative Zen. I don't sync most of my music to the player last night no problem at all, but the audio seems to be another issue...

  I updated the drive with the latest firmware and tried to copy the files to the Clip + mode MTP and MSC, as well as with the latest version of Windows Media Player - the problem is that .aa files do not appear at all in the folder of audiobooks on the drive or appear as "unknown". The Clip refuses to read the file 'unknown' and shows a duration of 0.00.00 - oddly enough, if you check the news of track for the file, he referred to corrrectly an audible file with the title and the time everything is OK.

  With the latest versions of firmware, the Clip + and Fuze will work with the files in the Audible Format 4 or Enhanced (.aa or .aax) format.  Check your client Audible (Audible Manager) to the selected format.  If the files are of size 3 or less, this could be your problem.

  Do you use the Audible Manager or Windows Media Player to transfer the files to the Clip +?  The Manager works best.  Do not forget that the Clip + has been authorized using the Manager.

  I have a problem with an AVC HD interview clip in first Elements 10.

  If I open Windows Explorer's original movie, it plays perfectly in Media Player.

  If I import the movie into own Adobe multimedia and read there it plays perfectly.

  If I drop the clip into my project in PE 10 sound abandons himself completely for a crucial 1.5 seconds about a minute in, whether I am image previewed in the video monitor or I put it in the timeline panel.

  If I then remove the "defective" quite my project clip, check first that the clip is not yet perfectly everywhere else, then fall back into the project again exactly the same problem of full stall happens again exactly in the same place.

  It is not just a small reading problem; the problem remains in any version exported whole movie I do, any export format.

  Any ideas?

  Looks like the AV file has Audio, and that's good, until you import the file into the pre. Note: readers video, organizer and even the Source monitor Panel access the file on the HARD drive, but inside the front, the program actually accesses a file CFA (Audio compliant).

  This seems to be a classic case of the Conforming do not fill, plays only the initial part of the Audio. First of all, I would like to see this ARTICLE for general information. I delete the AV project (not the HARD drive), and then delete the CFA files and PEK for the Source of the media Cache files (located where you chose your Scratch disks to write). Then re-import the Source files and let comply them with all 100%. Depends on three factors, it can be very fast or take a few moments:

  2. Duration of the source files
  3. How far from 16-bit 48 kHz, the Audio is

  I wouldn't touch the computer during the process in accordance with the standard.

  I m not surprised of your message. Vista needs specific drivers, and possibly the new driver audio update could solve some problems.

  It seems that graphics card sound for HDMI controller might have exceeded Onboard Audio.

  Go into the BIOS with the F1 key at startup-> press Advanced menu, select Onboard Audio, input, select activate. Press F10 to save and exit.

  Restart the PC, go to the Manager of audio, video and game controllers, right click on related existing NVidia entered driver and click on uninstall.

  Download and install the driver Audio Realtek from the URL below and restart the PC.
