  Hello all together.

  We are runnig vRealize Orchestrator 6.0.4

  This version presents the problem of copy / paste in the Client (means: you can't copy items to flow work.) which is fixed in Version 7.0.1.  (According to the release notes)

  Unfortunately that I can't update to version 7.0.1 due the depreceated of the SOAP API. One of our main business application starts vRO workflows via SOAP protocol and cannot be freelance rest in the next few months.

  Is there a work around known for this silly question which could be applied to the 6.0.4?

  BTW, this will be probably fixed in the next version of vRO 6.x - 6.0.5 update.

  Hi, I am a user of Pages on the Macbook Air and the problem I have is this: I use to write poems of litle Pages and then if I like them, I post on facebook. But when I copy the text of Facebook Pages, all line breaks have disappeared and all I get is a wall of text I need to manually change to make it actuallt resemble a poem. My solution is to copy the poem to gmail first (which does not cause / suffer from this problem) and copy to facebook in gmail. Is there a solution more directly than you guys can show me?

  I suggest that you install the free LibreOfficeand write your poems in LibreOffice Writer. The application will take your exact text and allow you to export to x / html. When you view this html in Safari, it will have the same format as in LibreOffice Writer. Who can publish on Facebook better than your current situation using Pages, or it may not depending on if Facebook made a hokey content filtering.

  All of LibreOffice installs in your Applications folder with a simple drag and drop in the installation program. The first time you start, OS X will check the code and then say you that it's a developer not saved. Click the Open button to access the application. It is a unique case, and later, it will launch LibreOffice without this prompt.

  Hello! I received an official update for 10.3.1.1565 a couple of days. I have an issue10.3.1.1565 say copy and paste a couple of days. I have a problem of copy/paste disastrous. When I want to copypaste sth, I type, I chose the copy, then I type where I want to paste and... nothing at all! Sometimes I get a pop up menu (but), but no option to paste here.

  I tried to copypaste from web/twitter app/share feature. Doesn't work at all.

  (I tried with cut - same thing)

  Someone undergoes a bug? How can I solve this problem? It's REALLY upsetting.

  Update of my situation: this morning, I installed the app updates that appeared after the OS update and restarted the terminal. Do not know exactly how it works, but I tried after the last restart and it works perfectly now. So I'm a little intrigued, but very happy.

• How to copy or move a virtual machine to one vCenter to another?

  In the near future, we will have a HA cluster in a foreign vCenter, connected to a dedicated line. As far as I know, we are able to integrate the HA cluster in our vCenter, but are not able to copy or move a VM in our vCenter to another because there is no direct connection between the storage.

  What will be the simplest possibility to copy or move a virtual machine to the other vCenter?

  I was unable to copy and paste between my office and my view client session so I turned off the VM from view and added that the following advanced configuration-VM:

  insulation. Tools.Copy.Disable = true

  insulation. Tools.Paste.Disable = true

  Partial success... I can copy my desktop and paste in the virtual machine to view but I can't do the reverse.  I can't copy inside the view virtual machine and bring this text clipboard réécrirait on my desktop.  I don't see anything about copy/paste in the pool of the view connection server or global configuration.

  What is interesting is that apart from the Customer View, copy/paste works both directions for access to the virtual machine using the vSphere Client remote console.  That tells me the above commands work and are correct, except that they do not work 100% with the customer in sight.

  Am I missing something?

  No need to change the settings of the VMX Customer View does not use them.

  Have you checked the view Agent GPO to make sure bidirectional copy / paste is enabled?

  I intend to pass our mailserver's current installation of Windows Server 2003 running on native hardware in a Windows Server 2008 running in a virtual machine on ESXi.

  This is the same machine as we will reuse so I would prefer to be able to create the virtual machine on a different computer and test it before wiping Windows and install ESXi. Are there problems with the creation of the virtual machine in VMware Server and then migrate to ESXi using VMware Converter? I won't if the result is not a 'perfect' virtual machine that performs as well as if it had been created on ESXi from the beginning.

  All our other VMs were created on ESXi from the beginning.

  If you are not sure, you can load VMware Server 2 and then install ESXi in it and test your configuration.  Do all this from your desktop (as it is decent).  You can also do in my computer.  A quick google search should give you all the information you need to get something like this configuration.

  When I try again after 3 seconds, I get a new error, ora-01041: internal error. Hostdef extension doesn't exist
  
  Stop and start gave no problems when I had a database. Why I get problems when I have two databases?
  
  I use: show the pfile parameter. SPFile; to make sure that I have the right parameter locations, the error should not be the location.
  
  I never installed two databases on a single machine, then perhaps that I make mistake of a first - timer.
  
  Anyone know how to get this working, i.e. start and stop DB without problems?
  
  The oracle 11 GR 2 on Windows 7 64 bit, everything works normally.

  First of all... the Oracle Service for the instance must be started for the DB that you try to connect or start.
  Next... from the command prompt:

  Set oracle_sid =

  sqlplus sys as sysdba

  Startup pfile = 'location of the pfile respective db.

  Now, if you want to start or connect to another DB, which is on the same server (again assuming that the Service is STARTED)...
  From the same command prompt or other session...

  Set oracle_sid =

  sqlplus sys as sysdba

  Startup pfile = 'location of the pfile respective db.

• Problem fixing existing vmdk to the new virtual machine

  Just upgraded to Fusion 6 and things seem ok (except for the dreaded license bug, but it's ok now).

  I'm having a problem attaching a form of virtual disk existing a VM - operation - existing. Basically, all the vmdk files are grayed out and non-eligible, regardless of the option to share / copy / to support the disc.

  I checked that I have full R/W access to the fie (and it works fine if I fire up the other virtual machine).

  Any idea?

  Well I ended up adding another player new to the virtual machine, I wanted to and the drafting of the description of disk (Disk DescriptorFile #)

  in the manually - vmdk file works great...

  When I try to copy files to a CD, I get the message "Windows has encountered a problem when trying to copy this file."  I press the button "Retry" without any result.  I get the same message that I have click on 'Copy' files on a CD or drag the files to copy to the CD player.  I was able to copy these same files to a CD a few days ago.  Thanks for the suggestions.

  2. what CD burning software is installed on your computer?
  3. what kind of CD do you use to burn?
  4. What is the status of the CD - DVD drive in Device Manager?

  Method 1.
  Let us first check the status of the optical drive in the Device Manager. Check if there is no error code or yellow mark is listed.

  If the problem is to start the computer in a clean boot state and check if you are able to accomplish this task.
