  IM using Windows 7

  In the My Pictures folder, I have many many separate subfolders. I have no problem customizing folders one by one, but check the box "Also add this template to all subfolders" does not work. It does, however, if I check this box to display the same image IN the folder.

  This isn't a matter of life and death but Ive got about 200 subfolders (with graphics) and modify them individually will be soul destroying and dead all simply too short.

  Ive tried select all and change properties, but modifies only the 1 folder which has been a right click

My rocket was working fine until about a week ago, when it stopped charging. but after installing the new norton 360 sansa is more appeared in my computer or Windows media player at all. I tried updating the driver but it says that the pilot was already up to date. I tried other USB ports again (front and rear), did not work. I decided to change the USB mode and it has finally started to load again in MSC mode.

In addition, I have a microSD card that is listed as "o" in the car, all the songs I had on this appear, but not those on memory internal to the sansa.

I saw you are solutions, but I decided I'll just change the mode before trying to have ideas. until I reconnected it I also removed the microSD card, and it worked perfectly (make a backup of my songs). the problem could have the sd card in all this time?

• "customize this folder" has stopped working

  Whenever I do a right click on a folder and customize for photos, it changes is no longer the folder view. If I change the display of "Détails" to "Large icons", using the menu bar, the view changes but it default return Details every time that I go back to the folder after leaving it.

  These functions used to work and changes are permanent until a few weeks back.

  Update: After experimenting a bit, I find that I can always change records created before August 10, 2012. All records created after this date are refusing to accept changes "Customize this folder" or by changing the view "large icons".

  I tried a system restore, but my first restore point is August 30, 2012, so this is probably not the problem.

  It drives me crazy because I just returned from vacation with 450 photos to change and I can see them only in Details view! Any help to rectify the problem would be much appreciated.

  You can't do anything. The icon is the local computer. If you move the folder to another PC, the icon will be missing.

  I saw wording like this before, and I don't think it's anything to worry about. I don't know why Adobe chose these specific words, that your changes are certainly editable after the move.

  I understand from your description, that you cannot change the folder icon with a custom icon uploaded to the Internet.

  I'll be happy to help you. This problem could be caused because you may not have selected the right path or the location of the file that you downloaded or the downloaded file may be damaged or does not work or does not exist.

  I suggest to follow the steps below and we update on the State of the question.

  I recommend you to check or find the location of the file or path where exactly you downloaded and to check whether the file is actually present in the location and also check the file is fully downloaded and work very well.

  a. Subsequently, navigate to the folder that you change the icon and right-click on the folder.

  b. click Properties, click the Customize tab, click change icon, and click Browse.

  c. Select the correct path inside the menu drop-down or enter the correct path manually from the exact location of the downloaded file.

  d. open the file downloaded for the icon, choose the name of the file and click Open to select the file, and check to see if it helps you.

  If the problem persists, then I suggest you to download the file once more on the Internet and save it in a new folder and check the issue.

  Thank you very much for the information that informed me of the files compressed, I asked several people about what it could be, but nobody seemed to know, your solution worked a treat, I've heard of file compression but has never had the need to use this method at all for a reason, and it was only caused initially by the computer crash.

  To answer your question above, the source of the images are directly from the camera, a Sony DSLR 550, via a USB cable, they are loaded into the computer, directly in a set end folder, there is reason for the type or the date at which the photos were taken, which is located in the folder "my pictures."

• My Music folder icon continues to change

  The My Music folder is supposed to display the icon "note of music in the folder" rather than the regular folder icon.  This is not so for my user profile.  Explorer Windows recognizes the folder in the My Music folder on my profile.  It does not display the correct icon.  I can't change icon in the properties of the folder; the option does not appear for some reason any.  I went in another profile on my computer and record music right click my profile and managed to change the icon.  It worked, but only until the computer is restarted.  The icon of music then returned to a regular folder still once.  I tried using the Microsoft Fix tool that corrects this type of problem, but it could not solve the problem the first time and could not find the question about the second time.  No other profiles on my computer experiencing this same problem; It is just my user account only.  I'm out of ideas.  Does anyone have any other suggestions?

  I first suggest you to change the display of the photo icons folder type medium or large icons and check if that helps.

  To do this, follow these steps:

  Open the photo folder. Click view > select icons medium or large icons.

  Make sure that default programs > associate a file or protocol type with a program, file types .bmp, .ico, DIBs, .jfif, .jpeg, .jpe, .png, .png, .tiff, .tif, .wdp file names must have the default program like Windows Photo Gallery.

  Otherwise, select the type of file name, click on change program and browse to choose as default Windows Photo Gallery.

  Additionally, set the global folder options

  To specify the global settings that apply to all folders, follow these steps:

  1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Folder Options.
  2. On the general tab, click the options you want.
  3. In the view tab, click the options you want.
  4. Click OK.

  Note To restore the default settings for all folders, click restore defaults on the general tab or on the view tab.

  Use the same display settings for all folders

  You can apply the same view settings to all folders on your computer. You cannot apply the same view settings for all folders, images icons, toolbar settings or tasks folder. To apply the same view settings to all folders, follow these steps:

  1. Locate and open the folder which includes the display setting you want to use for all folders.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
  3. On the view tab, click apply to all folders.
  4. Click Yes, and then click OK.

  Note To reset all folders to the default display settings, repeat these steps, but click reset all folders in step 3.

  You can change the icon of the folder to one of the listed icons if you follow the steps below, however, unfortunately, there is no option to change the color of the folder in Windows 10.

  You can click with the right button on the folder and click Properties

  Click Customize , and then click change icon tab

  Select an icon in the icons in the list, and then click OK
